Two of you should distract a Siame guard like that.

Loral has some basic combat training that he remembers, but he wouldn't fair as well in a firefight as any of the numerous guys and gals who actually have that kind of experience. So, I'll just have Loral be a techie as well, maybe help out Kali because I'm positive Aran won't need assistance.

Kali would, considering her current nervousness and uncertainty regarding her actions, probably cling to the familiarity of a fellow quarian and the self-verification provided by knowing she is not the only quarian to believe it is right to fight Siame (though, of course, Loral is anything but the typical quarian she'd expect to find!). No matter how independent she may feel from the Flotilla just now and how much she may stick to her own sense of purpose, it's natural to subconsciously favour familiarity when we're scared or uncertain. So it makes sense that she'd want to team up with Loral at the moment.
Furthermore, though they make lack combat experience individually, together Loral and Kali would hopefully be able to hold their own enough to counter any threats - so they wouldn't require a bodyguard, freeing up others to focus on the Siame forces in the hanger.

Need someone gunned down in a fusillade of hot lead (or whatever they use in ammo blocks)? Henrik's your man. Need someone to have the enemy shoot at to provide cover for others? Well, actually, ask a biotic, but otherwise, Henrik's your guy. Just don't ask for quiet. He doesn't do quiet. I don't even know if he knows what 'quiet' means. Maybe he knows it as 'that thing I never have to be' or something.

Also, I should have stated who those dossiers were - they're for three of Henrik's contacts that he'll share with the crew. Anyone interested in what they offer is more than welcome to ask.

Having read the plan of action again, I think Aran's most useful in keeping the station locked down and the enemy support ships in the dark. He's going to need one or two guns and associated trigger-fingers to get him to the lockdown and comm systems. Volunteers?

Hmm, I'll take that job. Sounds like Mark's kind of mission. We could even say that Aran provided info for Mark on a few occasions seeing as Sleuth is exactly the kind of person Mark would have gotten in contact with working freelance jobs.

Works for me. I left possibilities like that open in my post by having Aran recognize some of the names on the list of attendees; mister Russo could definitely have been among them.

That had been exactly what I was previously offering :p

You can still take Jaerdi along as well, i'm not that attached to the sniping idea.

As to knowing of him, its possible, though Jaerdi does prefer to work in more civilised space. Still, there have no doubt been a few well paying jobs on Omega too, and he does have a bit of a reputation.

All this delightful plotting.

But no posts in 3 days? I'm starting to think weekends are a no go for people. :P

Well I kind of thought we were waiting for Mosis to get something in.

If you still need another guy, Henrik's up. Reckon he and Mark would make a pretty no-nonsense team, if Voltaire is down for this as well.

Don't worry so much about a strict posting order. If you end up waiting for one person, nothing gets posted, and games die an embarrassingly early death.

The weekend is, indeed, a bit of a weak spot for me. At any rate, I've posted something that might get the ball going (or at the very least provide a starting point for a conversation).

Aran's physical frailty is a breath of fresh air. It gives him an air of badassery too, or charm. It will be fun to see how he handles himself in danger.

I believe as a general rule, the motto of this rp is "don't wait for someone to post unless absolutely necessary." That being said, a more valuable rule is DON'T EVER WAIT FOR MOSIS TO POST.

Your wish is my command :)

Actually this post turned out to be a hell of a lot longer than I expected so I never even got to the part where Kosso throws his two cents in about what he may do during the mission. But that's not a huge deal, since we're sort of already working that out in the IC and it's not a huge deal until the mission actually starts, at which point I can put him anywhere.

So yeah anyway now I've posted so I'm just going to sit back and smugly judge everyone else who hasn't.

Fine by me. I feel sorry for anyone who tries to stop us, but there's gonna be a lot of tension between the two. Mark's already revealed what he thinks of Henrik's methods. :p
He'll be none too pleased with the viking throwing bullet riddled monkey wrenches into his perfectly laid plans.

Beautiful post Moe and Hank, I'll get a post up tomorrow as my day went to pot with the fantastic weather we had and the currently burnt bbq that fed us stinking my garden meaning I couldn't be bothered to type lol.
