Well, fortunately the Feddies have the power of technobabble on their side. And if not, we've got several vessels with ship/fleet bust ing weapons to deal with the Hive Ship when it inevitably stabs us in the back.

Who says they're going to stab you in the back? I'd much rather look into your eyes as I feed on you. No need to waste precious food.

Though just wait until we discover some of the long life species in the SW galaxy.

Oh yeah. (Just gotta make sure Wraith dun get fat)

Not my Feddies they don't, I'm nuTrek. And even if I were to use anything from TNG I generally play some AU version where that too is also absent, otherwise it gets silly. Prolly why Abrams went with a new canon as Trek was falling apart due to it.

Lol.

We're just ingenious little Feddies that reversed engineered a network from an equation - it was all YOUR fault anyway, Mr Spock and Nero contaminated our timeline

EDIT: It woulds be cool if my ship had those equations, but they don't. It would imbalance things too much.

Now I think about it, Kirk in nuTrek reminds of Pete in Doctor Who (Rose's dad). In this timeline he is next to useless, I mean he hasn't even won a fist fight yet. Whereas the OTL he hardly ever loses those, out thinks machines, and is the best Captain Starfleet have ever had. what a contrast in the same character.

Not even out thinks machines. He talks them into committing suicide. And will definitely be remembered as long the Federation endures.

By the way so everyone is aware I will allow for people to make second ships later on. Though that is the condition that it is another random ship and in no way connected to your current vessel.

This will be available after the IC is up and everyone has had at least 3 posts so I can see what your posting skill is like. If you want a ship that somehow relates to your current ship you need to wait longer.

Also players if you wish you can make ships that relate to someone elses. E.G. Click This, RogerD if you really want you can have Trek Ships from the same timezone that know eachother if you really want.

Thanks dude, but that'd spoil the WTF we'll have when we meet

And if Matt doesn't choose Bab5, I will have that (Excalibur type ship) as a second polity, and as I'm one of those kind of RP'ers, i.e. likes to make things difficult for myself the first thing I'd have happen would be some massive misunderstanding and they (my B5 and nuTrek polity) start shooting at each other.

There are vast caverns deep down in coruscant where it opens up for the undercity.

Nah, I was making an obscure reference to a time travel novel. A modern fleet sent back to WWII and ended up on top of the US Pacific fleet, and some ships clipped onto each other. Big explosions ensue.
