Anyway, I was able to make the list. It is completely random for the most part. Once you see your pairing, you can proceed to post. So here are the characters who will be torturing one another, thanks to the Bloodwolf!

Now, please PM with your partner boundaries and such. And don't just go straight into it. At least wait until your partner posts first before beginning the procedure. This is something all have to do, because I will have guards stationed at each place to make sure it happens. Now, you can collab, but, if you choose to post directly onto the IC, I would advise you putting "(character-character)" before each post so that it isn't a jumbled mess of torture posts. A collab is when you both write, either in PM, Google docs, or something like that, and post it as one big post. That way there aren't a bunch of posts that elongate the IC thread more than it needs to be. Just a suggestion, however.
