"And to conclude, we would like to welcome our Freshmen once again to your Academy. We recommend going to your respective houses and looking for a roommate. After all, we're going by a much more laid back course this year to accompany our new students. Classes will begin bright and early tomorrow morning,"

In Zodiac Academy's auditorium, the students had been dismissed. The new school year was beginnng tomorrow and was boding to be, at least according to the Dean, the best one yet.

Each of the four Houses held a dorm room and a practice arena. The school itself held a majority of classrooms (for regular school subjects plus power training classes), a stadium for sports games and school-wide Zodiac matches, a cafeteria, a pool and track area, and several club rooms if the students wanted to start a club.

To the outsiders, it was nothing. To the Zodiacs, it was home away from home.

~

Andrew, a Libra Zodiac, looked around confusedly. He wasn't good at interaction and he'd have to find a Zodiac to room with? He knew that since the school was lenient on co-ed integration he could ask literally anyone in the House of the Skies, but either way, he was worried about finding a roommate period. He swallowed and made his way off to the House of the Skies.

~

"Forget that. I'm getting dinner,"

Instead of heading to the House of the Seas, senior year student and queen bee, Nikki, left the auditorium and made her way to the cafeteria. She pulled out a water bottle from her purse and opened the lid. With a quick movement of her fingers, the water floated up and into her mouth. Yes it was showing off but she honestly didn't care.

Erik was heading down the path to his dorm, his bookbag slug over his shoulder, a small sketchpad in one hand and a pencil in the other. He was making a simple sketch of a type of flower growing along the pathway- the gardens only seemed to get more and more vibrant as he approached the House of Earth Dormitories, but he was off in his own little world at that point and didn't seem to take much of it in besides what he'd initially seen.

Isk began to walk towards his dorm located in the House of Fire, reminiscing of the glorious time he spent in the forest. Isk honestly felt that this academy was stupid, and longed for his aunt to continue home schooling him again, since if he was with his aunt and uncle, at least they would allow him to go the forest, but, Isk was sent here to get a "proper" education.

Aki walked out of the auditorium. He was starting to wonder who he would ask to be his roommate. Though he would figure that out after he went to his dorm. So he headed for the House of Skies.

Getting out of the auditorium, he quickly stretches before pondering whether to get food or drop off his bag, he yawns and says, "Whatever I'll go to my Zodiac house first.". Making his way to the dorms of the House of the Skies he quickly finds a dorm and tosses his bag into it "I'll find a rommate later, I am pretty hungry" he mutters to himself, making his way to the cafeteria, yawning again, he scratches his head and walks into the cafeteria.

Sonja walked straight to the House of the Seas; he had a lot of books and he wanted to make sure they were put in a safe place immediately before his bag hurt his shoulders. Even though he had long ago gotten used to the heavy weight he encountered with all the books he liked to have around him at all times, he still had his limits in terms of how long he could carry them around. Besides, some of these were new and he didn't want anything to happen to them before he got through them at least once. Keeping his nose in his current book and ignoring the other students traversing the paths and halls, he soon made his way to his dorm, deciding to worry about roommates later.

As the orientation ended, Kiyome walked out with an excited smile. She was thrilled for the days ahead of her, meeting new people, and learning more about her powers. She quickly searched through her bag for her phone. She dialed her mother's number to tell her she got here safely. But as usual, her mother continued to not pick up her phone. With a sigh, she put her phone away.
"I'm sure she's busy..." Kiyome said, persuading herself. Forcing on a smile, she began to head towards the House of Skies.

Austin shook his head as he left, rolling his eyes. He always thought the orientation was so very boring, after all these years. As normal, he did his typical picking of a roommate. He walked to the house of fire, his strides long, eyes narrowed. He didn't even bother to look at someone, and refused to alter his path or speed, many times pushing someone out of the way. He walked to the dorms, picking his usal dorm that he picked every year. Once inside, he threw his stuff on a bed, not glancing at the other beds before spinning on his heel and walking out.

( anyone can pick the dorm room he is in or say they already placed their stuff in the room.)

Selene stood in the back not really paying attention to the oriantation she never really did instead she opted to listening to the earth itself which was a buzzing the first day back so many people around caused her to tune out completely to everything. As the orintation finished She picked up her bag and walked towards the earth Dorm she wanted to get herself set up and relax. Walking into the same room she was in last year she unpacked her books stacking them nicely upon the shelf over the bed before she sat down and the. Curled up her two tones eyes closing as she relaxed hoping that no one chose to be her room mate this year she preferred to be on her own and another person always made her feel like she didn't belong.

Alyssa sighed listening to the orientation. It was so boring but then againt they needed it. Alyssa made her way to the house of seas, grabbing a bottle of water opening the top and drinking it. She would now walk to her bed, plopping on it not knowing what to do.

While Erik was walking the path, a girl had shoved by him and snapped him out of his drawing daze. He noticed she was going the same way he was, and realized this must be another earth zodiac student. She seemed to be in quite a hurry, but he just stopped briefly and then went back to his work. Once he got to his dorm, the first thing he did after unpacking was take out the four seedling packets he'd brought in his bookbag- Violets, Geraniums, Orchids and Hibiscus. He put each one in a pot in the window, watered them, and afterwords stood back and admired his work. They weren't much to look at now, but soon he'd several new subjects for his paintings. Plants were so much more agreeable then other humans; with his peers he only ever seemed to get in the way.

A slice of pizza in hand, Nikki noticed another student come into the cafeteria instead of going to the dorms. She nodded in acknowledgement before asking, "What house're you in? I'm guessing not Seas since I've never seen you before."

~

Andrew sat his suitcase down in the Sky lobby and sat on it. He didn't really know what to do or who do ask to room with, but at the same time, he didn't really want to room alone. He watched people walk in and out of the House of the Skies, as he pulled out a book and began to read it.

The junior walked down the side walk, once again refusing to pay attention to anyone there . He shook his head, looking around at two places. Cafeteria, or the arena. After thinking for a moment he walked towards the cafeteria, deciding to get food then train. He was what you could call a trainoholic, he was almost always training. Stepping inside, he went to get some food, glancing around at the people already in there but not acknowledging them.

Kiyome walked into the Sky lobby, marveling at the interiors of the building. "Wow..." she whispered. Kiyome was too absorbed in gazing at the decorations of the room, she didn't notice the student she was about to collide into. Kiyome yelped as she stumbled over the student sitting on the suitcase. Thankfully, she didn't fall and make a fool of herself.
"I'm so sorry! Are you alright?" She asked, her eyebrows raised high with concern.

After taking a minute to organize his books in his room, Sonja looked around and finally smiled in satisfaction at the neatly stacked books that filled his shelf and practically covered about half of his desk. He turned to the other, still empty side of the room and thought for a moment. If nobody decided to claim the other half of the room while he was gone, maybe he could find a roommate after dinner. Either way would be fine, he supposed. Having decided that, Sonja picked up one of his Italian dictionaries and a book of German fairy tales before leaving for the dining hall.

Tack was loitering just outside the auditorium, leaning up against a wall and weaving a purple thread between his fingers into two pairs of eyes that blinked their eyelashes at him when he let the string go slack. He felt a bit too shy to greet anyone in the House of Seas, and he supposed he could just find a dorm later; even if he had to sleep on the floor it was better than trying to mutely greet a some busy teenagers on their first day and then having to (just as mutely) explain why he couldn't say hello like a normal person. The white mouse on his shoulder squeaked to make him aware of her presence and he quickly hid her in his shirt pocket--he wasn't sure if they allowed pets in the school, yet, and he wasn't going to take any chances. Standing up, he figured he should go somewhere at least, and meandered on outside to find the school grounds' pool.

Axel took a deep sigh as soon as the orientation finished and made his way to the Cafeteria. For some reason, to him it felt like it was overly long, so by the end of it, he was pretty hungry. He would find a roommate later, or maybe he would be on his own. Either way, it didn't bother him one bit.

Opening her eyes Selene realised that she had fallen asleep so far no one had come to claim the other bed in her dorm room for which she was greatful for. Her stomach rumbled as her redish locks fell over one shoulder rising to her feet she walked over to the window and looked out over the school before sighing. She knew she had to go down to the cafeteria sooner or later and so turning she headed out of the earth dorm and over to the spacious cafeteria where she saw students from every dorm sitting and chatting. Grabbing a salad she moved to a corner her eyes moving around locking onto faces of different people as she quietly hoped no one would bother her at least until classes started.

Josephine didn't really pay as much attention to the orientation as some of the others had. She was a Junior, so it didn't really matter whether she did or not, because she already knew everything that was said. When it was finally over, she slowly made her way towards the House of Skies. Looking around as she strolled, she noticed a lot of unfamiliar faces. Many of them looked confused, and others had looks of determination or irritation, mostly. Oddly, though, she didn't stop to talk to any of them. She just made her way to the dorm that she was in the year before, looking to find a roommate.

James didn't really listen to the speech in the auditorium but he did hear the instructions for freshmen and when the speech was done, he left for the dorms in the house of earth. He didn't have trouble finding since his analytical power allowed him to deduce where the houses were and he found the dorm. once inside, he found a place for his things and then decided to go look around the academy after he set his stuff on his bed. he walked down the corridors looking for any other Virgos that were attending the school.
