Witty, as far as your Nightkin goes, I'm not a huge fan of the reasoning...but I'll allow it. I'll figure something out on Tenpenny's side. There's only one criticism I have, and it applies to a lot of bios...we have a lot of shooty-stabby type people, but some bios are lacking an explanation of the characters non-combat skills, why they have them, what they do, etc. Not every problem we encounter is going to be solved through slaughter. So make sure you're planning your characters with more depth than "trigger pulling", otherwise it's gonna be a boring RP. No one needs to change anything, just keep that in mind. I'd be very interested in joining up if there's still room. I've had an idea for a noncombatant science-intensive ghoul character with a bit of a tragic back story for some time now. I've put him up in a couple of Fallout RPs (pre-guildfall) but none of them have ever gotten off the ground.

If you're interested, committed, and can write at a high casual/advanced level, do up a CS. We're always open to new characters.

Bio:

Javier Mendez, a wandering cowboy that goes from town to town, doing odd jobs and mercenary work.

He began his life, in Texas , Dallas to be exact , his Father was a rancher, while mother died due to complications in child birth. Javier often really was a charmer with the girls. But his marks weren't up to par with the other students. He failed twice , before dropping out at the age of 16 with only some knowledge in computers and other stuff. He was more of a hands on guy.

After dropping out, he began to pursue a girl named Hannah, the daughter of a NCR Lt. Holmes, Javier , being Javier was unaware of this , and went on, only to having to run away due to two shots of a Rifle almost hitting him. His father after that incident disowned him, and he packed up and left on this adventure

Javier liking for Energy weapons is a bit odd. His father had a .44 and a 9MM in the farm, but one day during a contract with a few other friends, the group walked into a cache. Turns out that it was a local arms shipment, that went of course. They managed to find new gadgets and contraptions. But Javier found a plasma rifle, and a pistol. After that day, he went onto using them.

It is not really known when Javier came under Tennpenny's radar, they are a few theories however.

One of them was a contract, for the Brotherhood of Steel. A Simple contract to pick up an advanced encoder, that would allow addition firewall security for computers but also allowing tranmissons and messages to be encoded in a advanced encryption. Javier and some of the other mercs agreed, the pay was good after all and no one really gave a shit about this gadget, but a scientist , who was also hired by the BoS, knew of the encoder. He preceed with Javier and the mercs to the point, the contract was done, Javier grabbed the encoder and placed it into his bag, but before then a pistol was on the head of Javier's , the scientist preceded to inform that he wasn't a normal scientist, he was a member of the NCR. Javier wasn't really found of the NCR, so he did what he does best, smooth talked his way out of it. The Scientist removed the pistol, nodding before he looked to the encoder, viewing it. Javier then grabbed his pistol from his waistband, and aimed it at the scientist, he moved away from the area, before heading to the BoS Meeting point. Turns out, the place was overrun with NCR, looking for the encoder. Javier snuck away, before placing the Encoder in the back, probably planning to sell it later. Has days however went by, Javier learned how to use this encoder and use it for advanced purposes (Still, he lacked the knowledge of hacking and other things that people seem to do on computers) , he later (With the help of a few "friends") installed a custom boot loader onto his pip boy, allowing him to use the encoder , not only to encrypt messages, but also to decipher them.

Javier was also known to be a good shooter , and a smooth talker that has connections due to his traveling around America. He could smooth talk his way out of anything and also, had the guts and the firepower to back it up.

Now, Javier ventures to The Strip, to spend his money and enjoy his break...

I think i'm gonna change my speech skill to a survivalist skill. and fix up my CS, IMO it looks a little sloppily put together.
