Given the fact that he would essentially have to affect the other person's nervous system to cancel out the pain, I don't really see why he would need to experience pain himself as a drawback, unless it were some sort of side effect of using the power in general, rather than getting an analogue of the other person's pain. Having your sensory apparatus tampered with can already have its own nasty set of complications. Chiefly among which an incapability to feel pain might lead someone to ignore dangerous injuries, causing additional tear and damage. Not to mention the possibility of temporarily losing some dexterity or fine motor control in the process. But that's not really my place to say... <_<

Speaking of mind control, it was my intention for Rhys to eventually learn possession. It's a lot more complicated than mind control though... he'd have to battle the original conscious for control, and of course when he's doing this his real body is in a coma. But if that's not alright then I'll stick to possessing inanimate objects or animals or even the dead. (And this would only be later down in the roleplay, if he grows as a character and becomes stronger).

(15 Lithium batteries, a high powered hand held dremel, a rather extensive set of pliers, a soldering iron, a huge collection of dremel heads, a highly customised, potentially weaponized smartphone, augmented reality sunglasses, custom tablet, several tiny flying robots, a sophisticated 3d scanner, a makeshift high intensity welder, what appears to be some sort of strange high powered flashlight with speakers, a potentially weaponized lighter, several magnesium fire starters, disassembled 3d printer, a metric crapton of miscellaneous electrical components, etc...)

Although none of that technically counts as a weapon, I'm pretty sure someone with a luggage full of power tools might have some problems at customs...

In the stellar station, Cormac would be pulled aside to inspect his various items. Things meant to inherently kill someone would be removed. Other questionable items would be moved into non carry-on.

Isabelle is able to manipulate matter around her. She can stop an object in its course, levitate it, prevent it from moving or throw it at a speed that can injure someone. However, she can not yet move something beyond the size of an average person. She is able to strangle someone if absolutely necessary but it's not inescapable. Isabelle cannot be too far from the object nor can she perform advanced abilities of this power just yet.

Anything unnatural to the world.

Unlike in the X-Men of the marvel universe, these characters have developed their powers by inexplicable ways, as opposed to being the result of a genetic mutation. As such, just about anything could occur; ghosts included.

There might be a few very small insects crawling around on the elevator or ship, but given the areas are fairly small and void of sufficient nutrition for a population calling it home, there won't be many for very long. Nikki and Micheal are free to have some on their person, however.
