Rosaline followed Dr. Douglas to her car and watched her open the door without even touching her keys. "Well that's handy."
The other guy, who wanted to be called Silver Ryu , suggested the idea of code names. She giggled a little at the idea. He must have thought they would turn into some sort of Justice League or something. "I call Super Girl." She joked. She climbed into the backseat and buckled in. A sudden vibration in her pocket made reality set in. "Hold on I gotta take this." She slowly put the phone to her ear.

"Hey mom... Don't worry I'm fine. Yeah I, uh, went to the library to study. I'll be home later... Love you." She slid it back into her pocket after hastily easing her worried mother. She didn't like lying to her but if she had told her she had just gotten in the car with some mutant physics professor it wouldn't have gone over well.

Alexis took seat in the car "Well, Doctor, I did not know that, With your degree You would know what is possible better, So you dont have to be angry at me for not knowing all that, But at least I am save if they need to find hairs and such, my power covers me completely so nothing would fall out as far as I know"
Alexis then looked at the shadowy girl, smiling to her as he could see her face before continuing.
"And the code name is more then just keeping my happy, Like I said, my power covers me, like our new friend here, I can hide my face with ease, BUT if anyone knows who I am, It wont help much if they start yelling out my real name, I can be full active on the field, so I need a codename when getting addressed, and the club comment was kind of a joke, trough I wont mind working together with others like this, and if people need my help"
Alexis sighed.
"sorry, feels like I am rambling"

Tony nodded and stood up, "well then let's get going" she walked over to the door and pushed it open the old neglected hinges creaking as it swung. She stepped out into the rain and looked back to make sure Mr.no name was following her, she set off in the direction she saw Kevin run to with the silver fellow. She knew she needed to be covert at this point, as she didn't know if the police saw her clearly. She slipped onto the street in front of the church and headed into an alley directly infront of it, she ran up the alley and made a right turn. She wondered what this man wanted with Kevin, but she figured it couldn't be that malicious the man couldn't even remember his name. Or perhaps he was telling the truth and there was something deeper at work here, whatever it was she wanted to know it seemed important. She saw a motel and figured that was a good place to start looking for Kevin, she walked into the establishment and made for the counter. She got a sick glare from a man behind the counter reading a news paper as he spat "what do you two freaks want" the words came out of his mouth like venom. Tony just smiled and couldn't help but pity this man gripped by bitterness and anger, she spoke calmly and asked about a man matching Kevin's description. The man grumbled "yeah he's up in his room now beat it" Tony bowed her head slightly and thanked him, as she walked towards the rooms she added "holding onto anger is like gripping a hot coal with the intent to throw it at someone, only you get burned." As she said that she walked to Kevin's room and knocked upon the door softly, she wasn't sure what was about to happen. This guy was dangerous, so was Tony and if at all possible she'd like to avoid more conflict tonight she already took two lives more then she wanted....

As Kevin spoke, the man flanking Tony stared blatantly at him. His mouth opened slightly, as if he wanted to say something, but wasn't sure if he should. He had no idea what the man was talking about, but he knew. He knew this was the man he was looking for, right in front of him. Nothing else mattered; not the rain, not the uncomfortable way his stolen clothes clung to him, not the soggy feeling in his boots. Because the man was right there and he had to finish his mission. The nameless man hesitated before taking a step forward, his eyes slightly wider, almost surprised.

"You're the one I'm looking for," He said bluntly. "I have to take you somewhere."

It took a moment for Kevin to fully realize what was going on. Was this him? Well, that would explain the boots. Though further examination of the man before him would indeed fit him into the profile of the agent. They had the same height, the same size and they had the same eyes. This was him. Clenching his teeth, Kevin took a step back and titled his head for a moment. "You ruined my favorite jacket..." He clenched his fists. "Let's just end this..." The agent seemed to be tapped out on explosives and was unarmed. Unless he had managed to hide a weapon in those tight clothes, there were no surprises except the fact that he looked like he did. Kevin produced his knife and gracefully twirled it between his fingers, his eyes meeting the agent's.

Jacket? By the furrowed brow, it was safe to say that the man had no idea what Kevin was talking about. He was about to ask when the Kevin pulled out a knife and twirled it. The nameless man tensed and took a step back. He hadn't exactly thought about the man being dangerous. Although he remembered being shoved into an electrified puddle, he didn't know the exact circumstances. The idea of a fight had somehow not crossed his confused mind. He didn't even have a weapon. Maybe if he just talked to the guy...

"I don't know where we have to go," He admitted, "But I know it's important." His eyes lingered on the blade. "It would be easier if you put that away."

There was some sense of honor in Kevin's heart, mainly not attacking an unarmed man who didn't seem to want to fight. Perhaps it was a stupid desicion but he wasn't defenceless simply because he'd be unarmed. So be it. With a heavy sigh, Kevin returned the blade to place and crossed his arms. "Have you malfunctioned or something?" That was a plausible theory as he had been pushed into an electrified puddle. "You know you need to find me...but you don't know where we're supposed to go." It wasn't quite a question, but rather Kevin trying to understand the circumstances. "You tried to kill me a few times today, ring a bell?"

The man's claim took him by surprise. He hadn't tried to kill anyone, had he? "I woke up," He said, his voice sounding as if he were trying to convince himself as much as Kevin. "I was- There were bodies next to me. I don't know how I got there but..." His head was starting to hurt again. He paused to clench his teeth and wipe his face with his hand. Why did it hurt when he tried to remember? What happened before he woke up in that alley?

"No. I didn't. I didn't kill anyone," His voice was softer this time. There was emotion behind it, as if he was slowly realizing how wrong he was.

"No." Kevin responded, shrugging. "You didn't kill anyone in that alley. No clue who you killed before you came to dance with me but there? No, no killing." He really had lost it. While Kevin was an impulsive individual, he wasn't stupid. His many years on earth had taught him a thing or two and this guy seemed to have been brainwashed beyond measure. How else could one describe the sudden change in demeanor and the memory loss caused by electrical currents? The Weapon X Program wasn't really filled with moral people and this guy, he seemed to be the product of their insanity and Viper's blood. "Do you know your name?" Kevin continued.

Name? He didn't have a name. The man still seemed stuck on the idea of himself killing someone when Kevin asked. He shook his head, eyes staring off at a point in the road ahead of them. But then, what had he been called? There was something. A number. He'd heard it so many times, it was on the tip of his tongue, but he couldn't grasp it.

"No," He finally answered, sounding a bit defeated. Then he felt a surge of frustration. "What about you?" He asked, looking up. His eyes focused on the man before him. "Why did I have to find you? What's so important about you? Where is it that I have to take you?" He was determined now; he had to know. He was missing everything; his mind was a blank slate and every time he tried to fill it in, he was punished with another throb in his skull.

Kevin was about to respond with something witty but decided to leave it, and instead throw this guy a bone. He seemed to have been through a lot and even an enemy can deserve a break from time to time. Besides, this was just no fun. This wasn't the hunt Viper can been expecting, this was just a broken, lost man. "You know what? I'm gonna' go ahead and tell you everything, and then do what you will with the information. If you choose to pick up your hunt, I will shove a sword through your metallic heart. If not, you can go and do whatever you want. I won't come after you." The Asian shrugged, placing his hand by his hip as he continued to speak. "Alright. So you're working for a bunch of psychos who want my blood to create more of you." He motioned to the agent.

"I was captured at one point and held for six months in that hellhole, chained to the wall in a cell." The memories of such a time wasn't something he'd want to revisit, but perhaps his words could make a difference for this man. "I don't know your story, but from the looks of it, they pumped you full of my blood and here you are. If they get their hands on me again, there will be an army of you and that would be quite annoying." Kevin reached up and scratched his nose. "To sum it up, the Weapon X Program builds super soldiers and I am a sought after ingredient. You're their errand boy, out to get me back to base. That's your purpose to them, I guess. You do their dirty work. You and I are very much enemies but from this point on, it's on you. I can be your enemy or not, whatever suits you." Kevin finished with a shrug of his shoulders.

The man stared at Kevin with a slack jaw. He looked doubtful. Surely he would have remembered all this. If he...if he was some kind of super powered soldier, why was he standing here in wet sweatpants and a shirt he'd pulled out of a trash bag? Still, the man in front of him seemed pretty sure of this notion. He glanced back at the girl that was still standing off to the side, then back at Kevin.

"Can we...talk about this? Somewhere else?" He felt a tight, icy fist grasping his stomach and giving it a twist. What if this man was right? What if he did work for some kind of evil company? What the hell had he just woken up to? He needed to get things straight, and this guy was the best bet he had. He needed to sit down, to talk about this somewhere other than the middle of the road in the rain. He could see a tinge of light rising in the east; the sun coming up. If what this man said was true, then there may be people looking for them. He didn't really want to be around when they came.

"Alright." Kevin responded, turning to look behind them. "I have a motel room not too far from here. We can talk there if you're eager to speculate, though I've given you everything I have to say. I don't know anything else." He finished, putting his hands in his pockets. He'd prefer the agent to walk next to him or in front of him, but he stood besides the other man as they started to walk. "You know..." Kevin rubbed his chin. "You remind me of someone...some guy who got...shot..." He stopped, looking at 32 with a raised eyebrow before it hit him. Damn, he knew he had seen this face before somewhere. It was all over the news. "Wait...hell...you were shot...on stage." In the heart, no less. That would describe his apparatus. "You were some kind of mutant activist, people seemed to like you. Joshua...or something..." He kept walking, though the name didn't really come to mind.

Kevin spoke as they walk, talking about something the man had no idea of. An activist, being shot. It kind of rung a bell. He got a flash of something; he was on a roof, a sniper rifle lined up with a speaker on stage, the laser pointer over the man's heart.... No, wait. That wasn't how it went. He was talking. He was looking at a large crowd, and talking about something, then, he was on his back. There was pain, and blood. So much blood.

The man stopped in his tracks, letting out a pained hiss as he held onto his head as if he skull would split in two. He bent his head down, facing the ground for a while until the pain slowly crept away again. That had been the worst one yet. Maybe he should stop trying to remember to past and start working on what was ahead of him.
"I don't know what you're talking about," He finally said as he began to walk again.

"Eh, I might be wrong, then." But the man did have memory loss and the sudden head ache that just hit him like a fist didn't do him any favors in sounding believable. However, Kevin decided to leave it as it was. There was no need to dig around in this man's head, at least not like this. They seemed to have done enough of that. The rest of the trip was rather quiet. Though it'd be a funny scene. A monk, an Asian teen and a hobo walking down the street, it was as if the start of a joke. Before long they'd stand before the motel entrance and Kevin lead the crew up to his room before he let them in. As usual the owner glared at him and shook his head. "Well, I won't be staying here for much longer." Kevin commented, closing the door behind them.

Dr Douglas waited for them all to climb into her car, trying not to voice her impatience. When the rag-tag group had piled into her car, Dr Douglas checked her shades - tinted the darkest shade that was commercially available to make sure she didn't startle some pedestrian - were in place and touched the ignition with her bare hand, mustering up all the technopath energy she had left that was rapidly beginning to dwindle. She'd only done this once before (a long, long time ago) but she could remember it being fairly easy to do at the time. Of course, back then, she hadn't only just narrowly escaped a bomb nor an evil robot/mutant thing.

She started the car and once it was running, she transferred her hands to the steering wheel, ensuring she kept contact with the system the whole time. She could feel the overall draining effect it had on her energy levels almost instantly, but thanks to the electric wire she'd powered up from early, she had enough to sustain both herself and the car...for now. She pulled out of the town square parking space and began to manoeuvre the car out onto the main road, finding herself speeding up a little more than usual. She forced herself to stick to the town speed limit but powered up on both electricity and adrenaline, and not wanting to get spotted, she was struggling to keep her foot from pressing down on the accelerator. At least it wasn't raining anymore, though the street was still slick with rainwater.

She pulled into her driveway - thankfully the gates were open - and stopped the car, allowing the last drop of power to drain from her fingertips. She felt a wave of exhaustion hit her, nearly causing her to flop asleep on the spot, but she forced her eyes opened as she scrambled out of the car seat. She found herself leaning against the hood of her car as she tried to keep from passing out. She wasn't used to using her ability and it was taking it's toll on her. She could feel herself fading into sleep...

"Get whatever you want from the kitchen - I'll track them later," she finally manage to mumble back to the other mutants as she made herself walk up to the front door of her terrace. She was too tired to even be annoyed at letting a load of strangers into her pristine home, that she usual didn't like guests in. The house was quite large for saying it only had one occupant and the garden was neatly manicured, courtesy of the gardener she employed once a week. She didn't even bother locking her car, letting the others exit or do whatever they pleased, at their leisure. She grabbed the house key from where it was hidden - nope, not telling - and thrust it into the lock, clicking it open and staggering inside. She dropped her key in the tray by the phone - which was flashing with several voicemails - and made a beeline straight for the living room, passing straight past the polished black marble units of her kitchen, which were mainly to maintain a degree of normality since she didn't cook. She flicked the lights on in the living room and tumbled inside. Modern and minimalistic, it had been ordered by one of the best interior designers in the country, with a huge flat screen TV and sleek, leather couches, along with an assortment of sophisticated ornaments that even Dr Douglas herself wasn't quite what they represented. A glass coffee table hosted a range of framed awards and certificates, all declaring themselves in honour of Angela J Douglas.

But Dr Douglas ignored all of this in favour of a subtle, dark leather armchair towards the back of the room into which she collapsed and promptly fell asleep.

Ally had walked a few paces behind the whole way to the car, however she had dropped her shield of shadows altogether now. She was used to using them for frequent, short periods of time but this extended usage was starting to take its toll.

Once they reached the car Ally had paused for a moment, she hasn't been in one for so long. Sure she had been in one as a kid at her foster home but ever since she'd been out on the streets she had not been able to afford nor needed a car.

She carefully climbed in, pulling the door to a soft close next to her before putting on her seatbelt and facing the front. The car had one of them newly cleaned smells and she marvelled at its interior.

She flinched as it roared into life but soon relaxed as they set off. Her gaze was glued to the view beyond the windows, it had been a while since she had last left town, there was never anything outside of it for her to see apart from the odd dealer who would make her travel on a series of buses to reach the destination.

As the car pulled to a stop outside a house Ally moved her gaze back to the woman who had kindly drove them. She realised she still didn't know everyone's names here, neither did they know hers - which still wasn't a bad thing.

She stumbled from the car and followed the woman to her door. As she took a step through the doorway she froze, never had she seen such beautiful interior! The foster home had been nothing like this and it's sleek clarity took her back.

Ally glanced back at the others, wondering whether she should remove her foot ware for the fear of tarnishing the shiny wooden floors. She thought it only polite to do so and quickly slipped her overly worn and grubby trainers off on the mat.

Her stomach rumbled at the mention of the kitchen, she had managed only one meal (if you could call it a meal) for the whole of the day. Despite her earlier thoughts of politeness she wasn't about to refuse the offer of free food and so rushed to find the kitchen.

Once again as she entered her breath was almost taken away at the sophistication of the decor chosen. For a brief moment she felt it would be better left untouched, but her street nature quickly urged her to rage through the cupboards. And so she set to work trying to find something edible.

During the drive Alexis mostly just watched the road, the car's movement started to make the dizziness return.
He was likely the last to get out of the car and get into the house, due to the dizziness.
Eventually he got up, walked slowly, not to lose to the dizziness.
Entering the building he grabbed the doorway and looked around slowly "damn, she is rich, high class degree alright, now where is a..."
Then he found what he was looking for, a couch.
He kicked his shoes off and went lying down, trying to sleep as well, hoping that it after sleeping the dizziness would finally be over with.

The man looked at the woman behind the front desk as they walked by. She didn't look to happy to see them. The nameless man followed Kevin to his room, then proceeded to stand awkwardly just inside the door when let in. He looked around at the shabby little room: slightly damp carpet, a strange smell to it, the bedspread was hideous.
"This is where you live?" He asked, trying to not sound rude. He honestly wasn't sure why he cared if he insulted the man's presumed home, but it felt that he shouldn't.

The man looked down at the carpet beneath his feet to see a small puddle forming as water dripped from him. He sheepishly stepped away from the spot, only to continue dripping in another.
"Sorry," He apologized, not quite sure how to rectify the situation.

“It’s a shit hole.” Kevin responded as he opened the window. Some fresh air was welcomed. “I was going to buy a home, a villa.” He turned to the agent and grinned. “But then I got attacked and my plans were a bit thwarted.” The whole situation was a bit ironic and how did it ever end with his attacker now standing in his motel room unsure of what to do next? Yes, the world was quite the interesting place. “Make yourself at home, I guess.” The asian shrugged and motioned towards the shower. “You should wash up. My clothes are a bit too small for you, but at least you’ll be clean and dry.” Kevin rubbed his forehead and sighed, his eyes trailing the floor. “I’ll get you some clothes when the stores open…” Now he was buying clothes for his enemies? What was next? “I’m not going to stay here for long. And you’re most likely hunted.” A moment passed before Kevin dropped down on his bed, falling to his back. “Honestly…You’d be the perfect bait to just lure every agent into a spider web and cut them all apart but…I wouldn’t want them to brainwash you again.” With all the cards on the table, Kevin would rather have 32 as an ally than an enemy.

The man remained by the door for a few moments. How exactly did he "make himself at home"? Was that a direct order? How should he follow through on that? He decided that the man's suggestion of showering was a good place to start. The nameless man nodded dutifully and went into the bathroom. It was not like any kind of shower he could remember using. For one, it was in a bathroom and not a room full of guys in white coats. He pulled off his soggy clothes and dumped them on the floor, not sure what else to do with them. The man stepped into the tub and turned the water on; it worked about the same as the one he was used to. The water was cold, also the same as he was used to.

It took his precisely 2.6 minutes to rinse his hair and body before he was out and standing in the doorway, stark naked, and dripping water all over the tile. He looked mildly confused. Where was the man with his uniform? When he got done showering, there was always a man waiting with his uniform. The black gear. Every time. It took him a second to realize that he wasn't even sure why he wore that uniform in the first place. Or why he expected it to be handed to him the moment he left the shower. What had he done before? Other than shower and sleep? He had a feeling that there had been quite a bit of violence involved.

The man looked to his...friend? ...Target? ...The guy on the bed, and asked, "What should I wear?"

Rosaline entered the house hesitantly. She felt unwelcomed to say the very least. Dr. Douglas was less than thrilled to have them in her home. She moved forward, spinning around on the heels of her sneakers to do a good scope of the house. It was definitely not the house of an impoverished woman. Her house was very well decorated and perhaps bigger than her own even considering her house had three occupants. "Your house is really nice." She told her as the exhausted woman moved rapidly past her. Rose bit her lip and picked up the woman's car key after she had stepped away from where she had placed it. Pointing it out the window, she locked the car for her and set it back down. She stepped into the living room and watched as Dr. Douglas and Alexis fell into slumbers. That was it? Some crazy people could be tracking them down and plotting numerous ways to kill them and they just were going to take naps? She sighed, her gaze falling to the certificates on the glass coffee table in front of her. Rose wasn't so sure she wanted to be here anymore. They probably didn't even care about them. That man had been mostly interested in the Asian guy anyway. Dr. Douglas had played a major part but Rosaline was sure she wasn't much of a big deal to them. Besides, what did she know about hacking into the internet and whatnot? What help could she possibly give this woman?

She really shouldn't have gotten herself into this. Rose had decided long ago on a normal lifestyle and she had no idea why she let herself stray from it. Conflicted, she paced into the kitchen, cell phone in hand, debating on whether or not she should just call her brother to pick her up. The sound of items being shuffled around made Rose glance up to find the girl with the shadowy powers ravaging through the cabinet. She heard her own stomach growl at the thought of food but she didn't feel right just taking food from Angela when she barely knew her.

Ally pulled out a loaf of bread and lay it on the counter. She glanced around again and identified the toaster, oh what she would do for some toast. It was such a simple food and yet something she hadn't had in years. She moved towards it, placing the bread in the holes and turning it on before heading to the fridge in search of butter. The cool light washed over her as she pulled back the door, how long it had been since she had opened a fridge. She marvelled at the contents for a moment before grabbing the butter and then the jam besides it.

As the other girl entered the kitchen Ally paused mid stride, looking at the food in the her hands and then the concerned look on Rose's face. However she quickly continued with making her toast for it wasn't as if the lady was going to miss a bit of bread, she had all this food, this furniture and this house - what was a bit of toast to her. The sound of the toaster's release signalled the end of the cooking and she rushed over to retrieve them.

She pulled back the lid of the butter and began to spread it on, glancing back at the cheerleader. "Want any toast?" she offered, although it wasn't exactly her food to offer. But all the same maybe someone else eating wouldn't make her feel as bad as helping herself. She was grateful for Dr Douglas kindness and wasn't about to refuse the statement of help yourself to the kitchen even if the others did. Ally hadn't had a meal all day so she thought a few pieces of toast was pretty small in comparison to what she would like to eat here.

While 32 was having his shower, Kevin rummaged through the closet to get a hold of the baggiest boxers he could find and his biggest t-shirt. They would most likely be as tight as the other clothes the agent had been wearing but it was only for tonight until Viper would go out on a shopping spree. No matter how many seconds passed, no matter how much time he spent in this situation, it never felt right. The enemy was having a shower in his bathroom, it just felt weird. Luckily he had found what he was looking for when 32 appeared by the doorway, naked. “Uhm…” Kevin gulped, looking at the man. He was no stranger to the male body but this was one thing he didn’t expect would happen. “A towel would be a good start…” He stood and walked past the naked agent before grabbing a towel from the bathroom, tossing it on 32’s shoulder. “I grabbed some underwear for you. It’s only for tomorrow when I can buy something else for you.” Viper couldn’t help but crack a grin as he stood in the bedroom, arms crossed. “Nice body, though.” He winked and chuckled, laying out the man’s sleep wear. He had to admit, the Weapon X Program had a good taste in men.

"Thanks?" The man wasn't really sure how to take a compliment; he wasn't given them very often. What was he supposed to say? 'I grew it myself'? He wasn't even sure if that was entirely accurate. The glowing device embedded in his chest said otherwise.

He took the towel and went back into the bathroom to dry off. It didn't take long to rub his short hair dry, and towel off the rest of him. He took the clothes that had been set out for him. They were too small, like the others had been, but at least they were dry. He pulled on the boxers and t-shirt. The nameless man then stood, visibly uncomfortable, in the middle of the room. What was he supposed to do next?

The man found that, without orders to follow, he was pretty lost. He didn't know how to operate society's delicate rules: politeness, tact, small talk, anything. He found it impossible to begin to unwind here. He was pretty sure that this man, Kevin, was supposed to be an enemy, but he had no desire to harm him. He, honestly, wasn't sure what he desired at all. Why was he here? Kevin had already told him what he knew: that he was some kind of sick experiment, created from stolen blood. Did he really want to know more?

The man's stomach made a growl, and he shifted on his feet awkwardly.

Dr Douglas never slept for more than a few hours. It went against her basic human instinct which told her that she had to be working or she wasn't productive. A little while later - it was impossible to tell when - Dr Douglas found herself coming to, sprawled across her favourite leather armchair. She blinked several times and scanned her room, to find a man that she didn't know lain asleep across one of her dark leather coaches. Her eyes widened for a split seconds, as she tried to recall the events prior to her nap and sighed in relief when it all came flooding back. And then, she tensed again, when she realised the memory of her evening was not a good thing.

Someone had tried to kill her.

What a surreal thought. Sure, students at her lectures sometimes verbalized their boredom or complained at her marking, but they didn't ever attempt to physically harm her. For the first time, she'd actually feared for her life and it had ripped away the cocoon of safety she hadn't realised was surrounding her. She struggled to her feet and caught sight of her reflection in the blank TV screen; her hair was stuck up on one side and large bags hung beneath her eyes. She grimaced.

She retrieved a hairbrush from a drawer and dragged it through her brunette locks, until it once again resembled that of a normal person rather than a dazed sewer rat. She kept her eyes locked warily on the sleeping man - a mutant, like her, she remembered - as she edged out the room. What a bizarre thought. She headed towards her kitchen and found two girls inside - one digging in heartily, one hanging back tentatively. Though she could remember them both, she still couldn't picture have them in her stylish home and yet, here they were.

"Go on - before your friend scoffs everything," Dr Douglas mumbled to the girl in the cheerleader outfit, shrugging. She noticed that she was still wearing her (now rumpled) jacket and shrugged out of it, hanging it up by the refrigerator as she switched on her coffee maker and poured herself a black coffee. She took a seat at the small glass table in the corner of the room. She wasn't used to see people potter around her house - she didn't entertain visitors very often. Not only did she feel like she had a killer hangover - so that was the side effect of mutant power overuse - but she still felt half asleep. But once awake, she could never return to sleep.

"You guys not got to be anywhere? No worried parents? Friends?" she asked them both, with a raised eyebrow, taking a sip of the hot liquid.

not long after Douglas had woken up did Alexis woke.
First he simply sat up, shook his head and felt relieved that he did not turned dizzy again.
"Yes, back in action" he said to himself.
Standing up he noticed that the doctor "would be a good code name for her" was gone from the chair.
In fact everyone was not in this room.
He started to walk trough the house trying to find the others when he heard the doctor's voice.

"You guys not got to be anywhere? No worried parents? Friends?"

He stopped in his tracks after hearing those words, Parents, friends....
leaning against a wall he did not reveal himself and just listened, suddenly not in the mood to come out and talk.

"Oh no thank-"Rose began to reply when a mumble filled her ear, making her pause.
"Go on - before your friend scoffs everything,"
The woman joined them, walking past her, looking as hung over as her mom used to back when her father left. Rose could guess that overusing the power could take a lot out of someone. Rose ran a hand through her disheveled blonde hair with a sigh. She felt as if the woman looked at them with contempt. "Sure I'll have a slice. Thanks." She tentatively took a piece of the toast and sat down with it. She had to admit the warm and crunchy texture of the bread was comforting after being drenched by the ice-cold rain "I told my mom that I was at the library." She replied to the woman's question. "But I'm going to be completely honest with you here. I really don't want to get involved with anything too eventful. I've had enough excitement for a while I think I'm going to go back to teenager slash closet mutant once we're done here."

“Let’s just head to bed now, tomorrow I’ll get you what you need.” Kevin slipped out of his clothes and approached the sofa, laying down on his back. “Take the bed. You need to some rest.” They both needed well deserved rest after a day like that, but Kevin was unsure if he wanted to drift off to sleep with 32 in the same room. While he trusted the guy enough to turn his back on him, being asleep together was stretching it. Waking up in a cell, strapped to a metallic chair with countless needles sticking into his skin wasn’t a tempting thought. Either way, the hours passed and as it was when the sun eventually started to rise, he was still alive and well in the motel bedroom. “Good morning.” The man stretched with a yawn. Looks like they both survived the night and a bad outcome seemed like nothing but a paranoid thought.

Kevin jumped up form the sofa and slipped into a pair of jeans and the shirt he had worn the day before. It would do for the errands he was about to run. “I’ll be right back.” He scratched the back of his head, yawning once more. “I’ll get you some clothes and breakfast. Try not to blow up the room while I’m gone.” Kevin winked and headed out the door. His trip wouldn’t take very long as he quickly slipped into the first best clothing store he saw and bought a set of three of everything needed. Pants, underwear, socks, t-shirts and shirts all medium sized for 32’s frame. While he was at it, he passed a restaurant and bought some breakfast and finally headed back to the motel room, dropping the bags on the floor and placed the paper bag with breakfast on the bedside table. “Still alive?” He chuckled.

The night proved difficult for the amnesiac. He gingerly crawled onto the bed and laid down, but as a couple hours passed, it began apparent that he wasn't going to fall asleep. Not like this. He kept tossing and turning, trying to get comfortable. The bed was too soft; he felt as though he would sink through at any moment. After a couple hours of this, he finally got up and slunk to the bathroom to wash his face. He pulled the door halfway closed behind him so the light wouldn't wake Kevin.

The man bent down and splashed water from the sink to his face. He dried it on one of the white towels and started to head back to the bed. Then he saw the tub; it gave him an idea. He remembered sleeping in some kind of liquid, not on a mattress and sheets. The tub was more closed, long, and once he'd filled it with cold water, closer to home. The man took off his borrowed boxers and got in the tub, stretching out of his back and resting his feet against the far wall. It was cold, wet, and confined, just like he was used to. This time, he actually managed to get some rest. And when he rested, the hallucinations returned.

The man awoke to Kevin's voice coming from the doorway. He opened his eyes and shifted to look up at him, mildly confused and slightly dazed. It took a moment to remember how he'd gotten here. He silently crawled out of the tub and dried himself off, then put his boxers back on. He didn't say anything as Kevin left; he was too distracted. While he was asleep, he'd remembered something quite disturbing. He debated whether or not he should tell the other man.

When Kevin returned, he was sitting on the bed, watching the door. He jumped slightly when it opened to his new roommate. "Yes," He said quietly, answering Kevin's question. He remained silent for a few moments, then decided it was best to get this thing off his chest. "I remembered something while I was asleep, in a hallucination." He called them that because he had no concept of dreams; he wasn't supposed to dream. "I was in a room with a man, he was sitting at a desk. I think he was important. He was telling me about something I had to do: go find this scientist woman and bring her back to get some kind of formula for her. He said he would use it to create an army of mutants." The man looked at Kevin with what could only be regret. "I think I've already done it."

With his memory returning, the agent was getting incredibly disheartened. It was an understandable change, but it would only go further. With a job like this, things other would consider inhumane was an everyday chore. How long would it take before his actions would drive the man insane? “Well…it wasn’t you…” It was, but not quite. “It’s what they do. They brainwash you, and you become their slave.” Either he would crumble and fall beneath the weight of his atrocities, or he would brave through the memories. “Look, I understand that you have a lot of shit to deal with…” Kevin sighed deeply and paced the room as he spoke before eventually reaching a halt by the window. “…I have some things I need to do.” Leaving 32 by himself in such a time of need was nothing a gentle person would do, but there were indeed things calling the asian away. With the Weapon X Program up and running like this, he had a lot of things he needed to do and while 32 was an essential piece, Kevin couldn’t prioritise him.

The mutant made his way towards the bed and reached below to pull out the case, his sword contained within. “I’ve put some money for you in the bag over there. It should help you to get around and if you’d like to stay here, you can rent the room. Though those guys are after you so I’d recommend being on the move…” It didn’t feel good leaving him behind, but there were others that could take care of him, mainly that monk. “Good luck. We might see each other again.” Kevin offered a faint smile before he opened the door. “Try not to die, or get captured by them…that would be worse.” With his goodbye, the asian moved out the door and down the stairwell. Hopefully the agent would be able to take care of himself. All his training had most likely evolved into muscle memory, and he would be a hard fish to take down.
