"Found it!" Keegan exclaims almost as soon as the Housekeeper told Melissa about the cookbooks, setting down on the table with an audible crash. "Alright, what are we gonna make?"

"... Cereal?" Replied Melissa, a little more open. "Apparently cereal is a cold soup..."

"I don't think the teacher wants us to make a cold soup, Melissa. Now, what should we make?"

"Umm... I like pumpkin soup."

"Great! Easy to do and doesn't taste terrible! Alright, you get the ingredients listed here! I'll get the equipment!"

And so, the two of them began...

She started adding ingredients to the soup after making the starting broth first. Peeling and cutting up a potato she dropped them in the pan the same as the rest of the carrots and stuff.


The quiet boy watched the process of cutting up the vegetables, trying to memorize the technique. After a moment, looked around for his pencil again.

Should I stir it? Or is there something else you want that I should do?

As they finished making their soup, Chip taste-tested it. It was delicious. His partners had done a good job. "Good job, partners." he nodded and walked over to the Housekeeper. "What do we do now that we have finished our soup?" he asked.

Melissa and Keegan got to work on their soup, which was relatively simple to make. They split the chores of cooking between themselves to help increase efficiency, and were done rather quickly. The two of them taste tested with large spoons...

"Ready?" Asks Keegan, dipping out a spoonful, Melissa doing the same and nodding. "Okay! Three, two, one-" the two of them put the spoons in their mouths...

Whereas Keegan doesn't seem to appreciate the flavour of such an eloquent dish, Melissa savours the flavours, eyes closed as if in taste bud paradise... She takes some offense to Keegan's rather rude behavior, as she was mostly doing the "cooking" aspect of the meal...

Chip nodded ad walked back to his group and the soup. He pickedup the large bowl that they had stored the soup in, and poured it evenly into three smaller bowls. "The Housekeeper has told me that this is our lunch." he said as he began picking up a spoon and starting on the soup.

Accepting the spoon, Kyo turned to the soup and began stirring as it cooked. He wondered what it would taste like when they finished.

"The class where we will development your powers so that you can have control. We want you to know your strength and weaknesses so that you can survive in the real world without anyone knowing what your capable of." The housekeeper explained.

Anna smiled at the boy and got too bowls out. Taking a ladle she started to pour the soup into each bowl fill each / of them up , leaving the pot with enough for second serving.

Grabbing her bowl she sat on the stool eating the soup, it was good but that was just her taste maybe.

Upon trying the soup, Kyo couldn't help smiling. It wasn't bad at all. It was even very exciting to know that something he had helped make actually tasted kind of good. He quickly finished up his bowl of soup and washed it out before making his way toward the doorway.
