Yumi Hasewaga
A last day alive.

She came home, but it felt different. Like she didn't already belong here. As if she was a stranger in her own home. It briefly made Yumi feel sad. She wanted to spend the last day alive to prepare something for Leo. To make sure he could grow without her. For that reason she had brought all the empty scrolls she had at home and some ink. With a pencil she started to work on what would likely take more than half of the day. It was a kind of instruction on how to improve Crystal Release with some training. To literally write down how each technique she knew could be used, would take too long. She had only one day to make sure that Leo would have some knowledge about their bloodline ability passed.

At the end, Yumi looked at the few scrolls. With a rather sad look. But it was something she had to do. Picking up the scrolls, she would put them in the closet and locked it with forming crystal around the edge. It was barely visible, but she would leave a note for Leo. Yumi only realized how much time she had once she was done with that. She could still do something. Only one more name came in mind when she thought about it. She would write one last letter, this time to Sakamoto Senju. It was written like this was part of her last will. Actually, she would have to form that too. Sitting behind a desk, she would place both hands against her head as she leaned forward. A loud sigh escaped her lips. This would be one long day.

Kiyomi Sato-Hon
Jounin-sensei of Team 2.
Hokage Apprentice.

Kiyomi had been on the standby the whole time. Ever since the orders were dispatched by Sakamoto that the jounin were needed, Kiyomi had already taken Samehada and jogged out of home. The young girl was then a bit confused by the fact that Zakito then ordered them to stand down. After some time, it was settled. The jounins would be on a standby. Walking back home, Kiyomi would dress herself as a proper jounin. Once that was done, she thought of what she would do today. It was a good day to arrange some things. Both for herself as for Team 2. Making two shadows clones, she would send her students a note about grouping together again. Another shadow clone would bring a note to somebody else Kiyomi knew. She wasn't really happy about it, but it was better that way.

The rest of the morning she spent on cleaning and taking care of her gear and weapons. Even Samehada would get some attention. The shark blade was laying in the shadow to avoid the warm sun. The normally bandaged sword was now without it as there was no need for it. Kiyomi was just done with cleaning a ninjato as she caught eye of the sentient sword. Slowly and careful to not make a sound, she rose up from her place, a low chair. Narrowing her eyes, she picked up two ninjato's. This was always a big pain to do. Not literally. Samehada could easily store around five blades in his body, but three was enough in Kiyomi's opinion. ''Sharky, Sharky, come here.~'' Kiyomi said, slowly advancing to the sentient shark blade. The latter just laid still on the ground. Until it seemed to understand what his master was planning. Like a surprised deer, the sentient blade shivered and then tried to slither away from his master.

''Oh no! No you don't!'' Kiyomi mumbled as she gave chase to the sentient blade. Surprisingly, the blade was quite fast on his own. Kiyomi was however faster and she was close of catching the blade. Diving towards the blade, she noticed what it however did. Squeezing itself underneath the fence, it managed to escape Kiyomi's grab. Quickly placing a hand on the ground, Kiyomi managed to do a kind of flip to get on her feet. Gritting her teeth, she then proceeded with blowing a few hairs from her eyes. ''Fine, lets play.'' Kiyomi mumbled as she would quickly jump over the fence to chase down Samehada.
Several hours later.

Refreshed and properly dressed, Kiyomi patted the bandaged sword on her back. ''Don't complain that much. It was faster than last time.'' Kiyomi mumbled before turning her attention to the building she was heading to. The Hokage Office. She would report there as she normally did. That were the orders after all, doing what would keep the peace, thus doing what wouldn't worry people. Like chasing Samehada over some blocks. Thinking about it, Kiyomi knew that Hisoka was at the hospital. But he had only ordered the ANBU to come over there. She wasn't part of the ANBU organization, so she would just listen to the words of Zakito this time. Hopefully her students would get the note that they would need to meet in front of the Hokage building. While another shadow clone of her would meet up with somebody else.

Asami Sanosuke,
Raikage Assistant.
Temporary Leader of Team 13.

For a while Asami observed both Midori and that clone. It was very interesting to see how the two reacted. For a brief glance, it would look like it was just a clone technique and one under control of Midori. But the controlled clone was reacting and acting very different. Standing up from her seat, Asami decided that this was a perfect time for the next step of her plan. It was just too good to let it slide now. Moving out of her study room, Asami was on her way to the door until she heard somebody knocking on it. Raising an eyebrow, she wondered who was smart enough to bother her now during the opportunity that was in front of her.

Heading to the door, she opened and noticed two ANBU. That was very strange, but Asami just stood there with her eyebrows raised. Then the two explained why they had came to her. Asami listened to their briefing, actually interested. It seemed that the Three Tails was kidnapped and that they had found some things. With the Raikage leading the operation of either getting the jinchuriki back or to make sure the village wouldn't fall prey to the Three Tails, Asami thanked the two before she would head on her own way. A bit worried that the jinchuriki of the Three Tails was kidnapped and now his location unknown, Asami would now head to fetch the key to her questions. Whether Midori liked it or not. Not even somebody that she once considered kin would do better than to stand in her way.
Michi
Asami's summoning.

The sparrow was flying towards the east, trying to keep Reyna away from her friends. As the sparrow briefly turned to look if Reyna was still following him, the bird noticed that Deidara had somehow entered the fray. Dodging the water butterfly, by a quick dive, Michi landed on a rooftop as he tilted his head. The poison wasn't that weak, so far he knew. His lady hadn't gone soft, had she? The sight of Deidara being there was just confusing, but the bird focused on his current task. To keep luring Reyna away. Deciding that spending attention to Deidara wouldn't help him, Michi would suddenly dive towards the street level, to quickly make use of the crowded street. For the quick and nimble bird, it was pretty easy to hide and move around in the crowd.

Only later, Michi would surface from the crowd again, once he was sure that Reyna was still trying to find him, without any kind of help. Not that the genin had much options to help her friends from the poison.

Mika Hayashi,
Jounin-sensei of Team 14.

It wasn't the best wake up she had. The pain of the previous day that she had tried to face Rika was still there, present to remind her what would both happen today and what would happen if Mika would try to warn Haruhi. There were bandages covering parts of her body to hide away some wounds that Rika had delivered her, during the latter's rage. Slowly pushing herself to sit up straight, Mika tried to flex her fingers. Even that was a bit painful. Only that one thought came up, that was more painful that the physical pain she was enduring.

The plan of the Mizukage. Mika hissed softly as she finally managed to get out of bed. Though not one to care too much for looks, she saw soon that she was a mess when she looked in the mirror of her bathroom. Getting a shower and brushing her teeth, things that were normally routine and without any pain, were now quite bothersome. Two of the bandages were about to drop and Mika had to grab some new ones to make sure that the wounds would be still bandaged properly. That done, she could get dressed. Like always, as a jounin from Kirigakure. But still, she wasn't sure. Maybe she should do something about her looks? Meeting the Mizukage torned up, with Haruhi at her side seemed wrong. Very wrong. Like she had lost and had submitted to the Mizukage's wish. Yes, Mika couldn't prevent Haruhi from becoming a Jinchuriki, but she would make sure that the girl wouldn't suddenly following the Mizukage more than her. Clenching her hands into fists, Mika had to control herself to not slam the mirror in thousands of pieces.

Instead, she formed several handsignals to summon a small smoke cloud. The transformation technique would show Mika like she was before she had spoken against Rika. Without any cuts, bandages or anything like that. Walking towards the living room, she could hear sounds from the kitchen. ''Haruhi, we're moving. Now. We will eat later.'' Mika said. It really sounded like an order, which it was. Though Mika didn't had a high view on Rika, she had always been raised by the Kirigakure ANBU to not let the Mizukage wait. Bad things happened if you would do that.

Tsubasa Kokoro

With a heavy sigh, Tsubasa calmly told the secretary to leave a message for Meisa. Nothing urgent, but enough to let her know that she was there... and alive. Dusting off shoulder from the small bits of ash and soot the was still there. Hilariously to her, she recalled that only less than an hour ago, she was flying up Megalis with her life supposedly in the balance. Looking at the vibrant colors of her robes, she found it was oddly honouring to wear the light and delicate robes, though it would seem that Tsubasa was the only one who knew why. Making her way down the stairs, Tsubasa could feel the eyes of the higher ranked ninja eying her up and down. Probably gawking at the custom gear of the young chuunin. She got that a lot. Brushing some of her bangs out of her face, Tsubasa adjusting the her now heavy great sword, in an attempt to ignore their sight. Loosing that much of her chakra so simply scared her, as well as her teacher. If she ever got the opportunity, she'd probably have to report that part as well... Upon more thought, Tsubasa thought about one of Fushichō's comments. "Tis an anomaly, something that I am unable to understand." Tsubasa bit her lip in thought as to what it could be. She'd probably have to leave that of her report. She sighed as she exited the building and headed toward her parents home. She figured she would at least stop by.

Chou Minori

After what she considered was a very average morning, Chou was all set to go. Living on her own meant she was always the boss of herself, which made it somewhat hard for her to get orders from others. But that was something she knew she would eventually get used to. She opened her scrolls and made sure she had enough weapons sealed in them before closing both of them and putting the medium one on her lower back, using a small rope to make it stay there and the small scroll in her pouch. She had already recieved orders to arrive at the docks, and that was what she was going to do.

She quickly left her small apartment and locked it before beginning to walk, taking a bit to leave the building in a quiet manner. Chou then walked in a faster pace outside, arriving at the docks about 20 minutes later and wondering if she arrived too early. She looked at the sea, not being able to see its edge, and wondered where her old mentor was now.

Kirigakure, graveyard
Kichiro Kakurenbo

“Very true, very true. However! For several reasons I will not be one. I do not have the true drive to excel in these arts, the motivation to become a star that lights up the heavens. Furthermore singers have certain responsibilities and restrictions that would just chafe away at me. Example! Could you smile for a whole day? A smile that would fool anyone into thinking it was genuine? No one wants to see a crying clown. Because that just. Isn’t. Funny. Flip the coin around, and what would you think of a heroic lauded warrior poet who wants to sing and laugh and dance because the source of his insecurities turned out to be that he likes boys rather than girls? The point miss, is that to me such a life would be too much of a cage. A gilded one, but still a cage. I like the freedom to express myself as I like. Furthermore-” Kichiro said, his hands clearly forcibly contained up his sleeves rather than waving about. A spade-sized armored hand descended on his shoulder before he could continue chattering.

“We were gonna give her space, remember.” Mahiro said. Kichiro nodded emphatically.

“Yes yes, of course. Apologies but I tend to get carried away. My dear mother did wish for me to enter show business but the only thing that stuck were the drama lessons. And the words. Dear god the eloquence lessons! I love her dearly but she made me read entire dictionaries at age 5.” Kichiro appeared ready to ramble on some more. Behind him Harumi lifted her hand and gently whacked him over the head. Then the quiet huntress nodded sharply towards the exit.

“Ah, yes, I shall be silent now.” Kichiro said.

Said silence lasted up until they were out of the cemetery gates.

“SO! That was oddly relieving. Well guys, I guess it is now time for us to say goodbye as well.” Kichiro stated.

“Yeah, my new team assembles in… five minutes from now.” Mahiro said as he checked the time. It took exactly one second for the penny to drop in his mind.

“SHITI'MRUNNINGLATESEEYA!” he said and practically vanished in a cloud of dust.

"Well I suppose my time has come as well. Harumi... Stay safe out there okay?" Kichiro said in an unusually sober tone.

"Same... Take care." Harumi replied and turned to leave.

"Meet up?" she said with a final glance over her shoulder.

"Alas, I canNOT say what the new schedule will look like yet. As soon as I do I shall leave a note at both of your residences." Kichiro said. With a quiet rustle, the extrovert boy was left alone. Slowly Kichiro started to saunter over to the training field he would meet his own new team.

Konoha Team 7
Kensuke Nimatsu - Hisoka Uchiha

Politely knocking on the door as he arrived at the Hokage's Office, he sighed. His first official mission as a Jounin team leader. Practically a disaster. The only one who escaped unscathed was himself. All of his genin had gotten themselves wounded one way or another, and they even had to carry one of them back to the village. He ignored the commotion around him as he set his mind on calmly reporting what had happened during this mission, irrelevant of the recent attack on the Konoha hospital. He admitted to himself he wasn't in the right mood for this right now, but he'd just have to deal with it.

From the behind the door came a short and almost snappy "Enter."

Carefully opening the door and closing it behind his back, he entered the Office. He had been here so many times now, and it never ceased to inspire him with a sort of respect, this room. As if he had to do everything extra careful and make sure he'd do nothing wrong. "Lord Hokage, I'm here to report about Team 7's mission, concerning the prisoner execution." He said, as ever impressed by the mountains of paperwork awaiting the Hokage's attention, and decided that he didn't want to waste Hisoka's time, especially with the entire ruckus around the attack on the hospital taking most of the Hokage's time.

Hisoka knew it was Kensuke who would enter his room before the boy had even set a foot inside and he felt bad. No, he felt guilty. Guilty for what he was going to tell the boy in a minute. Guilty because he would be lying about something that had hurt him just as much as it would hurt Kensuke now. But, it was for Konoha and for Konoha he was prepared to do everything. Kensuke was here to report about the mission and while Hisoka wanted to hear everything about the Genin there was simply no time for that now. He had things to do of greater importance, but this was something he had to tell Kensuke personally and he had to tell him now.

"Sit down." He said as he took a seat himself: "please."

Kensuke nodded and took a seat on the chair in front of the desk, making sure he wouldn't knock over the towers of paperwork with the sheath of his katana as he did. He had knocked over a cup of hot chocolate milk at home that way once, and both the emotional and physical pain had been a good way to remind him to be careful for the rest of his life. "The mission is a succes, all prisoners are executed. However, ... We suffered-"

Hisoka interrupted him by raising his hand. The boy fell silent immediately and for a split second Hisoka was slightly amazed by the respect Kensuke seemed to have for him. the way he listened to what he said. And he would betray that respect, but Kensuke would never know. "I have something to tell you. Something that comes before a mission report and I fear... It is not good news." He said. He did not avert his eyes from the shinobi before him, but gave him a steady unwavering look. He could not mess this up now. This had to be done. Kensuke was going to lose his friends.

"While you were away another team was on a mission as well. A team consisting of Tsubasa Kokoro, Katsuko Moto, Yumi Hasegawa and... Ryo Katsu." He paused for a second and forced air into his lungs. "Their mission was not succesful and... unfortunately... none of them made it back to Konoha." Hisoka closed his eyes for a second and his hands curled into fists.

Blinking his eyes and shaking his head as the Hokage told him his old friends, his only real friends, had died on a mission. Surely there was a misunderstanding somewhere, right? Katsuko, Ryo and Tsubasa, yes, even that sadistic bitch Yumi, they were all like weed. You just couldn't get rid of them. Team 4 had faced impossible odds time over time and had proven every single time they were not to be eradicated. They were that stubborn group of shinobi who just refused to die. As the Hokage kept staring at him, awaiting an answer, and judging on how the man looked, truly sorry for what he was saying, he knew that this was real.

"What? Are you sure? Have they found any bodies? Are they really confirmed ... dead?" He asked with a rising desperation that consumed everything going on in his mind. The entire farce of a mission, a stain on his carreer, was meaningless compared to this. His friends... No, this wasn't possible. Right? Right?!

Hisoka could see Kensuke's bewilderment, his desperation and he could feel it too because he knew those feelings. It was the disbelief that the people close to you were just... gone and you would never see them again. Hisoka's friends had been burried under that bridge, but with Kensuke... He would never know their true faith. How could he be so cruel? Was this what Konoha made him do? Was this... Hisoka shook himself awake. It was done. It was over either way. "I am sure." He only said. "They... died serving Konoha."

It felt like a physical fist in his guts when the Hokage confirmed it. He wanted to ask further after the details of their deaths, but he knew damn well that the man infront of him wouldn't tell more details anymore. They had been classified as an ANBU team after all, and their business were often less proper. Thereby, Hisoka probably didn't want Kensuke to get revenge for his former teammates, but Kensuke didn't feel like he wanted revenge at all. He had carried the vessel of hate and vengeance with him once already, and once he had killed the one person he hated so much, he didn't feel any better. His eyes searched the Hokage one last time for a small light of hope, but only found cold compassion. His shoulders dropped a few inches and he needed to support his head with his hand as the news finally got through to him. Katsuko Moto, Ryo Katsu, Tsubasa Kokoro... His only real friends in Konoha. The three people who had made living here worthwile, who had given his life as a hostage a purpose here in Konoha, ... All dead. He would never see them again. Never. Again.

Without realizing he let out a deep sigh, and closed his eyes. It seemed that every time he was on a mission without the people he cared about, that they'd have horrible things happen to them. He should have... Why was... If only... If only he could have been there, to protect them. It was just like that time when Matsuri went rogue. He had been on a mission without anyone he knew, and Matsuri had fled the village and became a hunted criminal. Another unconscious sigh followed the first one, as he thought about how he could have done more to prevent this. They were his only friends. One by one, those he cared about were dying. Who would be next? Kaori? Kiyomi? ... Noone else... Wow. He really had no other friends. All the others were dead. He cou-. No. He had promised he would not start blaming himself again. He wouldn't. He couldn't. Not after all his friends had done to him to stop him from blaming himself. He couldn't do this to them. Blaming himself for their deaths now would be an insult to their legacy, if their young lives had even left any. He sighed once more. He would live on. He would make sure they had a legacy. Just like all his other friends that had died. He would make sure their will would live on.

Standing up from the chair he politely bowed to Hisoka, his Hokage. "Thank you for informing me of this, lord Hokage." He said with a voice that was devoid of any emotion, and life, before turning around and leaving the office. Somehow he was even more careful than when he had entered, making sure the chair would make no noise when he slid it back into place, and that the door wouldn't even make a sound as it was closed again. Soullesly he walked through the circular halls of the Hokage's Office building towards the exit, ignoring everything around him. The friendly guard that had given him a friendly nod, the sweet elderly lady he had met along the way that had said him hello, they didn't seem to exist anymore.

His friends were dead.

Back in the office Hisoka still sat unmoving. His eyes were pinned on the door that was now closed, pulled shut by Kensuke as he shut the barriers around him. Hisoka could see it. Suddenly he got up and almost rushed to his window to see the young shinobi leave the building. He saw him walk, he saw him disappear both physically and mentally, he saw him freeze inside. There were a thousand things he could have told Kensuke, but none of them would have made any difference. Only Kensuke could take the next step, whatever that step might be.

Hisoka's hands were resting on the window still. He burried them so far in the wood that it hurt, but he didn't look away. He had just doomed someone to his own faith, to his own pain, his own problems. He could only hope that Kensuke would not go down the same road as he had. He could only pray that Kensuke would keep walking, would find peace and courage in new places, in new people.

But for now his friends were dead. And it was Hisoka's fault.

Hyuuga Ezuri

Ezuri walked through the sunny streets of Konohagakure, he was still glowing from the moment before. The young Hyuuga could barely believe that the hokage's apprentice has taking an interest in him! The pretty, young and very skilled Kiyomi Sato-Hon. Ezuri made his way over to Azumi, he wanted to make a good first impression there and he didn't know if the furious blush he was wearing would help him with that. Before entering the teahouse Ezuri took a deep breath. He opened the door to the teahouse, a nice scent flew towards him as he entered. He looked around, the place looked nice and had a soothing atmosphere. Ezuri looked around to see if he could see anything that would indicate a guardian but could not made anything up. There were a few old people enjoying their tea but that was about it. The genin decided to sit down on one of the soft cushions on the ground at a table for two. He ordered a cup of green tea and decided to think about what to do for his second date with Kiyomi. It also was a good spot to sit down and look for any Guardian activity while he sat there.

A battle with big impacts.

A collab between Mr Nim, Mr Gero and Ms Alice.

Summary :
The Yonbi keeps approaching Amegakure, while the higher ups try to slow it down. But it is painfully clear that something must be done about the advance of the Four Tailed Beast. Already Kuni has been chosen to become its host, for they can better seal the beast than hope to kill it.

A very important collab for Amegakure. Those of Ame who wishes to join this event should post that they are gathering at the lines of defense. The first line is on the like itself, where every water release user is gathered. The second is within the city, those who can't perform Water Release.
