lolwutNo, on so many levels. The new Pope is the exception and is hopefully heralding a new era of Catholic tolerance and development, but up until this point they still ferociously condemned contraception, homosexuality, and a whole bunch of other stuff.

And no, I'm not the only one, either. Everyone in my church that I actually know well is a decent human being who also fits in pretty well with society.

I wasn't criticising all individual Catholics; I acknowledge that individuals of all religions and creeds can be wonderful or terrible people of their own accord. The institution of the Catholic Church, however, I am not much a fan of.

Ok, now, I have been told to check out spam and if this is what the whole thing is about I don't want to check it out again. I was raised a Baptist and I major in science. I am still a Christian and I believe in evolution. So what you just said is one of the most wrong things I have ever seen.
