Yeah exactly, but maybe a bigger cooldown? I mean this ability has the chance to figure out someones weakness. Thats a pretty big thing. Like you don't have to worry about us not getting hit, we are more than fair. So possibly a bigger cool down and I say you are good to go.

No problem at all, I can work with a bigger cool down. Let's see.. shall we put it like... lasts 5 posts and the cool down is also 5 posts? Or maybe 8?

Since he has his syringes, I can work with 8 as well. :P

Hey Grim, I was talking with the gm peeps and they are iffy about the Narcotic Knowledge, cause in a way it can be greatly over powered, such as retaining the knowledge of what this guy is weak to or what they are planning to do. So sorry, but I believe you can't use it, cause it can be abused. You did say though that he wanted to join Squad four, so why not some healing abilities? But yeah Narcotic Knowledge just sounds a little to op, sorry man hope you understand.

Don't sweat it, I can see how it could be used as an OP skill (purposely losing the first fight and then kicking everybody's ass the next time he faces them, since he would know all their moves, hurr hurr)
