Burke, if I may comment: Demons, by the common idea, are Treacherous, backstabbing, power hungry, and brutal beings. If having two demons with those same traits is bad, then we're going to have a problem with nearly every demon. Honestly, I find both of your characters interesting and the fact they are on the same side makes it even more interesting, as they can have a competitive partnership.

The thing I find insulting was that you took part of my bio, put it in your CS, and tweaked it to be more evil. I don't care if we have similar traits but it seems like you actually took from my bio. Yea, demons are power hungry, yea they are back stabbing but that isn't the point I'm trying to cross. I'm saying that it really seems like you took from my bio and simply tweaked it.

I liked both characters. However, while I'm no GM and have no authoritative power, I would ask people to look over the characters sheets just in case. You don't need to read everything, just a skim would be nice.

I'm not saying anybody is wrong here, I really do like both characters. Having people of similar backstories and personality types is interesting. The fact that Maverous isn't quite as evil gives him a slightly "human" side, and makes him interesting in his own regards. And Zaziel is a monster, which is also interesting. LOL I love them both!

Ok listen here. It is specifically mentioned that demons come into the world in two different ways, fallen angels and those who crawl out of the abyss. As a fallen angel he felt both obliged to kill the demons, those who he'd lived his whole life to despies. Even if not for God, he still had to remove the unholy. There's a saying ''Take the fight to the enemy capitol and face victory''

By making my character more interesting I thought I'd combine the two parts of what made a demon into one. Through the use of his divine powers he was, sadly, slowly deteriorating into what he'd lived fighting against as an angel. Twisting into what he hated he had lost emotion and devotion, he'd made a complete 180 turn personality wise into what he'd hated. I left the bio brief since it was just that, a small bio.

Missunderstanding is easilly present when sufficient information isn't displayed.
I only hope to end this quietly and calmly.

Yes, Savi did state those two ways, but Maverous killed as he moved up to make she she was strong when he got out. It was him doing that that defined him. It gave him his brutal nature and made him what he was, for you to simply take that, put it in your CS but tweak it really does seem insulting to me.

If you feel that it is that insulting, do you want a bio change done here? If you really feel that the abyss fighting was an integral part of your character, maybe we can just have that changed or come to a consensus.. Don't just say it's insulting... Tell us what would make you satisfied so that this issue can be resolved.

Well obviously you don't care, and what I'm clearly saying isn't getting through so I'm gonna simply do what I normally do when a conflict like this happens. I don't like arguing and this conflict clearly isn't going to go away so good luck with the rp everyone. Forget Maverous and Astiroth. I'll just snip them from the ooc in a bit. However, honestly, this is a tinge sad to watch. This reminds me of what took out the original role-play in the first place, on-top of god-modding-definition-problems. I mean, it's completely fine if you guys had a little similarity; we all have similar characters in the end, and even so, Hell -- I have a character who's very similar to a *real* character from a *real* series (which I *really* didn't realize, and when I did, cried myself to sleep). All I really see, as seen through here (Whoa! You went that far?! Yes. Because it's that heart breaking for me to watch), is that they both crawled out of abyss.

I can see and understand the dislike of being another drone, but we should seek out the differences in our own characters. Motives and goals may be common -- it happens! I'm sure if we looked back at other profiles, we can see similarities between each other, but no one should feel bad that they're not original. Not with an role-play with this many characters, it's bound to happen! Who knows, maybe they unite under their similarities too, or such -- (( I've been told there's been update and I just -- I can't keep up with you younglings!))

My point being: please, please, please -- it's okay! We're all okay! I'm so worried and concerned about the role-play that sure, I may be disregarding both of you and your needs, however I do feel the need to speak this concern because I wish to cherish what Savi is doing. This, at the moment, is not me running the role-play, but someone chose to play this -- (( I just been told... BK left... the role-play... Goodlord... )) -- out again.

I really wish we can all sit and speak about this. It's not too difficult, even if everyone sees it as such...

Well this was a pain in the ass to read. People try so hard to be unique but it's damn near impossible when it comes to wanting a vicious demon character. I hipe this rp starts soon.

I am fully open to this, the only reason I engaged in this, I guess you could say heated, argumentation was because he said that he was insulted, with no real proof other than guts. I told you so because I was tired of trying to speak sense into you. I must say that calling my character an insult is not only rude, but it's also more rude than what I said. I will stay silent from now on.
