Could be, but the US has very few regulars. You'd think they'd conscript some Filipinos or something.
EDIT: Actually, nevermind. 35,000 regulars is probably more than enough.
EDIT2: Based on all the orders sent, does it look like most players are indeed playing? I've noticed there are quite a few people missing. Most haven't posted in IC, and some haven't even posted in OOC. Some of the more important players missing include the Ottoman Empire, which I feel needs a player given how important the situation in the Balkans might become. The Bulgarian player (Mathrim) has already reached out to the Ottomans in IC, for instance. I feel like, if the players don't turn up, we should get some people to replace them as soon as we can.
