That's true. Majority of the people from the topic wished to create their own AI which is why that was added. I don't want to say too much without Dessie being here but we may end up changing a few things before the IC starts. We may end up giving out AI like they did in the show and have a list of AI to compliment each Freelancer, but then again, we may just stay with what we have. Not sure yet. Also posting my Councilor CS, and I know you'll love is Sep. I tried to think of someone else for him to look like but I couldn't, I swear I'm not making a theme.Name: CouncilorAge: 57Gender: MalePersonality: Serious, cares for the Freelancers. Tries to act as more of a teacher, but sometimes begins acting as a father

ADAMA.

You are doing this on purpose >.>

Also he looked cooler with his PedoTache.

Also what would you think of some limited teleport ability? Whats more OP teleport or time dilation?

I think the main problem is that I can't think of anything for an AI.

Think of the exact OPPOSITE of your char. That is how personalities usually work. Somehow augment him. Or that complements.

I.E.

York was a joker and wasn't the brightest(He wasn't) so he got Delta, the logic.
North Dakota got Theta who was childish and due to Norths caring personality he looked after him.
Carolina was a bit of stickler for protocol, she was (supposed) to get Sigma who was creative.

So I need an AI that'll mentally clock her over the head to shut her up then. Or something.

Or is kinda more serious, alternatively you could get one to make her act better. Carolina ended up going for two AI to try and enhancer her Eta and Iota, and Tex(Who was an AI herself but let us not go there) got Omega who was anger so kinda made her kick even more ass.

I personally think that teleportation would be more OP. I don't have a problem with time dilation as it's in the series

All right, I was going to stick it like the Time Dilation where the further the distance the more time it takes to calculate so I wouldn't be able to use it in battle. Time dilation it is.

what kinda timeframe before we begin btw? I have been looking forward to this but I am getting tired of waiting since the Intchk :P

I'm not sure when we're going to start, I think we should wait for a few more people to join up.

Note: Also, I will be inactive until noon/afternoon on Sunday.

Okay changed my A.I to Theta to fix that problem.

Oh and for A.I creation try to go with a different personality but they'll still get along For example North Dakota-Theta or go with an A.I that could be a little O.P but have the freelancer hate the A.I so they don't work well together. Just an idea

They're not OP. Theta is one of the worst probably as he needs constantly reassured or he will end up balsing up.

It's fine, though towards the end Theta was going places mostly due to the close realtionship with North Dakota. I think what i was trying to say that maybe you could go with a stronger A.I ability but due to a bad partnership the rate of improvement is low. However if you went for an A.I which complimented your character's personality but had a weaker power the rate of improvement would be higher or to take from anime a higher synchronisation level.

So maybe the Counciler takes you into his office and gives you the choice of strong A.I or one that you'll work well with.(Or for those that don't want one walk out the door)

Mista Slaya said Halo 2 used Mk VI as well
You need to learn to read every word in a post.

Revans Exile said Reach Armor nothing more than the Mark V seen in Halo and Halo 2 before upgrading to the Mark VI.

I don't like the idea of people refusing A.I. It removes the entire point of being part of the project. If you don't want it you wouldn't be there. South is an example, she worked hard to be the best as she wanted one. She wanted to prove herself. If people start refusing AI surely the director would just replace them with people he could use?

I did read the entire post Revan, and what I read, "the Mark V seen in Halo and Halo 2 before upgrading to the Mark VI", as meaning was that you were saying Mk V was in both Combat Evolved and H2 and then upgraded in H3. If I'm the only one that read it that way then I apologize. I was simply posting in response to what I thought you meant.

That's a good point Sep, I didn't think about that. I just edited my CS to fix what I put about AI, thanks for pointing that out. My mind is everywhere today.

I am full of good points :P

You could just make yourself lower down on the list at the start of the RP to not get one. If we have a ranking (Say chosen at random) that lists the players who want AI at the start give them all points (randomly generated) and in the course of the RP the director can add/remove points like in the show just by how he feels the agent behaved. Also my last recommendation is that the AI part of the sheet is scraped. Even if you let people chose what their AI is called you should dish them out in alphabetical order starting with Gamma, Delta, Epsilon etc.

Or this is another recommendation (all recommendations) Have players design A.I, personalities, appearances, names. Then dish them out using a random generator so say Revan designs an Evil Delta and it gets set to me, I have to portray Delta as evil.

Meh, just ideas.

That might be kind of what I did in the thing I created her as Nevada for, where she was 28th on the board.

Well maybe not 28th as Freelancer doesn't have an agent for every state. Far enough down the list that by the time in the plot it is your turn something bad happens.

I am not going to play someone else's idea of what my AI should be like.
