The sounds of the other students getting ready roused Chris from his slumber. They were bustling about, many already out of their sleepwear and donning the outfits they would take into battle. He sat up in bed and rubbed the sleep from his eyes before standing up and heading to the washroom. Chris showered and changed back into his usual attire, and slip his hands into Nom. Instinctively he flicked the blades on the ends of the fingers in and out before heading to the sink to brush his teeth. Chris looked into the mirror and extended his jaw and began to brush his teeth. The cybernetics requires a special kind of brush, so that it wouldn't eventually wear away anything. After brushing he re-filed his teeth to points. Chris smiled at the mirror before walking back out into the ballroom.

Chris scanned the ballroom looking for any familiar faces. A way down the room he saw Olivier hovering around Gideon, who was sipping tea and seemingly oblivious to the faunus' presence. He laughed to himself, even from this distance he could see that Oliver was enthralled by the tea Gideon possessed. Chris crossed the ballroom towards the other two boys. "Morning guys," Chris said as he approached the two, the smell of tea heavy in the air, "I hope you guys slept well, we have a big day of kicking Grimm ass ahead of us! Can't be dozing off when a Beowolf comes at you!"

As Robert continued sitting on his mattress, he noticed two other students gathering around a third student who seemed to be drinking something. He got up and began to walk towards them. As he got closer, he realized that the student sitting down was drinking tea, the second student appeared to be a canine faunus, and the third student was... Frankenstein's Monster? Robert didn't judge. "Guy has probably been made fun of by hundreds of jerks in the past, same with the faunus," he thought. "Hi, I'm Robert. Who are you guys?" he said out loud.

After passing a large, armored faunus whose species he couldn't identify on the way in, Abel made his way back toward the mattress that still had his things near it. While his intention was to clean up, he realized right after starting the laborious journey over and around all the mattresses in his way that holding the Ampere as he was currently doing made him look suspicious. He hoisted the weapon onto his back, where it remained despite not having any sort of harness. He was, of course, using his semblance to hold it there, but to the casual observer it would look like the polearm simply stuck to his hoodie. Luckily, the casual observer would also not be paying any attention to such trivial things.

With the his weapon now out of the way, Abel navigated the ballroom floor back to his mattress. With people awake and things moved around, the journey was more treacherous than he had left it. The mess of mattresses and personal items was a far cry from the neat, divided rows left by the school staff last night, but with teenagers, they'd have been fools to expect anything less. Halfway through his trek, Abel became momentarily intoxicated by the scent of some exotic tea in the air and accidentally trod on a sleeping girl's hair, twisting it slightly beneath his heel. He stepped off as if the girl's pink locks had been red-hot coals. "Oh crap, my bad, you okay?" He hovered over her somewhat, concerned. Making a mortal enemy on the first day of school probably wasn't the best idea, so he felt that any mistakes like this had to be set right immediately. As he looked at Priscilla's face, he couldn't help but notice how lovely she was. In his eyes, that made his error all the more egregious.

In his panic, Abel failed to identify Priscilla as the girl that the dog faunus Oliver had been so attached to yesterday--it simply slipped his mind.

Gideon eventually acknowledged the three that had approached him, looking towards Oliver first as if he had kept track of some sort of queue, his calm indifference becoming almost unnerving, "I failed to bring extra cups, but there is plenty to share." Offering his clay cup forward rather bluntly. Due to being totally uncovered by the lack of traditional scarves Gideon wore, Oliver would notice for the first time:

As much as Oliver's features seemed similar to a dog, Gideon's features resembled a snake. Though he had the features of a human, his high cheekbones and sharp chin, along with his consistently narrowed eyes, it was as if Oliver had met a pseudo snake faunas.

The cup was stationary in its offered position even whilst Gideon's head turned along with his shoulders.

His head turned to Chris next, he nods in response, albeit delayed by a good 10 seconds, "Good morning to you as well, I assure you, I received plenty of rest. The mattress was perhaps excessively impressionable." As if to add to his response, Gideon frowns for only the smallest feasible moment before tilting his neck to either shoulder, each side followed by a resounding crack.

Looking to the other side of him to greet Robert, Gideon's eyes scan him within a second, causing him to make a minuscule nod of understanding. "Hello, Robert, would you, perhaps, like some tea as well? The water is still on the point of boiling."

"No that's all right, I don't really like the taste of tea," Robert replied. "I just came over here to talk. I don't really know anyone here, and you all seemed to be nice people." Robert stood there, thinking of something to keep the conversation going. He didn't want to sit by his mattress alone again. Finally, his mind found a topic. "So, do any of you know anything about this test we're supposed to take today?" he asked. His mind then raced to find other topics he might be able to talk about, in case this one led to another awkward silence. "How do other people do this socializing thing?" he wondered to himself.

Oliver looked up at Gideon with sparkling eyes. Oliver would have begged Gideon for a sip if he had to, but he didn't, Gideon was nice enough to allow Oliver the chance to drink he enchantingly good smelling tea. Oliver relieved Gideon's hands of the clay cup, holding it steady in his own. He didn't want to spill a single drop of the liquid so he handled the clay cup with caution, even if it was less than half empty. Oliver went to thank Gideon for this, but something caught his eye. Gideon seemed to have some of the facial features notorious to the snake, of course, this made Olive wonder if Gideon was a snake faunus. It then made Oliver wonder if there was such a faunus. Oliver took a sip of the tea as he pondered.

Oliver stopped thinking. Oliver almost forgot he was drinking this delectable brew, until he tasted it. Nothing back home compared to the tea, that this man had made. Tea back home was flavourless and left a gross after taste on the tongue afterwards. This tea, however, delivered it's taste to it's fullest, and it didn't even leave a bad after taste. Oliver was indeed jealous of Gideon for this skill. Oliver was a self proclaimed tea connoisseur, of course he would never tell somebody that. Oliver handed Gideon his cup back. "I will forever be in your debt for letting me taste such godly tastes!" Oliver stated.

"Yeah the mattresses could have been better, hopefully the ones in our rooms won't be like this." Chris looked around the room looking at the mattresses that were missing pillows, "It looks like some people didn't even get pillows. Hows that for service?" Gideon's sharp features stood out to Chris, almost serpentine in appearance. This was odd, could Gideon some sort of snake faunus? Chris had never heard of anything other than mammal faunuses, so the implications of a snake could be massive. Does he have to warm up in the morning it become functional? Is that why he is drinking hot tea? Could a snake faunus produce venom? If Chris caught a mouse would Gideon eat it? Chris's thoughts were interrupted by another student joining the conversation.

Guess Who said "Hi, I'm Robert. Who are you guys?" he said out loud.

"Sup Rob, name's Chris." Chris said sticking his thumbs towards himself. Gideon offered some tea to Robert, who declined.

Guess Who said "So, do any of you know anything about this test we're supposed to take today?"

"I have no clue what the test is. I heard that it changes every year, things online said one year all you had to do was kill a grimm and you were in. My dad used to say the old test was you had to survive a week alone in Forever Fall. Hopefully its a little better than that." Chris sounded uneasy when he spoke about surviving a week in the woods. The woods were dirty and didn't have nice beds.

"I can't tell if that's better or worse than just sitting in desks, filling in papers... like in normal tests," Robert replied, trying to crack a joke to make a good impression. The pause in the middle of the sentence only made the already bad joke worse. Robert got the feeling that the conversation was starting to become awkward, no thanks to his awful joke, he almost wished for the announcement to start the test.

Tai didn't spend long in the bathroom, taking a quick shower to wash off the sweat and dirt, before brushing his teeth and readying for the day. He emerged to see small groups gathering as everyone fully awoke and waited for the test to be announced so they could begin. He moved through them back to his stuff, packing it up so it could be more easily moved when that was needed, before sitting down and watching, listening. he wasn't a recluse, but merely practical, deciding whether a person would be one he wanted to interact with before doing so. People didn't know how much they gave away in their common actions, but he was, and he used that. So for now, he waited for the tests to begin, and the school year to really start.

For a moment, Abel suspected that Priscilla was preparing to unleash her rage, gathering it within before making her indignant outburst. After half a minute, however, he became aware that she was, in fact, still asleep. Wow, that's lucky, he thought, relieved, and quickly moved away from her to return to his mattress. Once there, he quickly packed up the few things he had removed from his luggage. Guessing that whatever school staff had moved his belongings here would transfer them to his dorm in due course, he left the small suitcase where it lay.

The next step was to head outside. All of the activity in the ballroom -particularly the heady aroma of the tea and the small crowd that had gathered around it- was beginning to grow a bit stifling. On the way out, he found a much straighter, easier route through the mattress sea and sauntered straight out. While he looked very official with his weapon chambered and confident air, he actually didn't know where he was going; he did believe that the upcoming test would be outside though, so that was the place to be.

Abel found his way to a small courtyard area that sported several vending machines. He spotted bottled tea and granola bars among the sweets and sodas an, resolving to make a breakfast out of them, approached the vendor. As he did so, he became aware that he wasn't the only student in this place.

Standing in one corner of the plaza was an older boy. His sharp, ferretlike complexion and long, scruffy hair matched his chocolate brown overcoat decently well. In the boy's huge collar -and indeed, all over his expensive-looking clothes- was a noteworthy amount of golden stitching. Abel briefly wondered if it was simply thread or actual gold wound into wire. More interesting than his getup was his behavior: this guy seemed to be in a fit of rage, swinging some sort of flail-like weapon that resembled a yoyo at the air around him.

After a few moments, the crazed boy seemed to notice Abel's presence, and ceased his struggling. Abel began to walk toward them, and on the way heard footsteps and a muffled giggling rush past him, though nobody was there. Once a respectable distance away from the panting rich kid, he spoke up. "What was that about? Some sort of problem?"

The other student bared his teeth, clearly distressed, and replied in a Scottish accent suffused by rage. "Of course there is, you nitwit! D'you think I'm fightin' the bloody air? Some invisible jackass tried to nick my Aurum Jenny." Abel's eyebrows shot up, which only seemed to make the rich kid angrier. He held up the yoyo as it it would prove his point, and Abel saw that its thread was golden as well, though the bulk of it was wooden. He guessed that it was the 'Aurum Jenny', though truly he was losing interest in the whole affair due to the boy's rudeness. "I know it looks mad, but it's the truth. I'm not crazy!" The manner in which he said this, too loud and too quick, seemed to discredit his claim.

Abel shrugged. "I dunno, man. Maybe it was another student using their semblance." A look of uncertainly passed over the other's face. Did he not know what a semblance was? Abel continued. "But I'm just here for some food." He indicated the vending machine.

The other boy followed his gaze and seemingly noticed the vendors for the first time. He stood up straight, trying to salvage some dignity. "Aye. Well, if you see any invisible blokes, you tell 'em that Paron Skaft wants a rematch. Eh...and sorry 'bout gettin' mad at you. Weren't fair of me." After fixing his collar and smoothing down his coat, Paron stalked off.

Putting the incident out of his mind, Abel fished some change from his pockets and grabbed some snacks from the machines.

Time continued to march forward as everyone continued their conversation; all-in-all, it must have been exciting for them, the thought of being thrown into danger, and being forced to cling to another to survive. Of course, given their backgrounds, even Ozpin could imagine that this test was more of a trivial matter for more than a few of them; Especially Ineko and many of the few who'd scored high and done well in their respective combat schools prior to Beacon. Within a matter of minutes, an announcement would be heard around the campus, though this time, it was Ozpin himself giving the announcement.

"Attention all 1st year students; Please report to the skyport within the next half hour. There, you will be sorted and distributed properly; one group shall be headed towards the Emerald Forest, and one will be heading towards Forever Fall. Prepare yourselves adequately, the staff will not rescue you should you find yourself in insurmountable danger. And, remember this: No matter who you should be paired up with, they will be your partners for rest of your life here at Beacon. That is all."

With the announcement over, the students would have their time to prepare for the trial ahead, and, really, most of them were armed to the teeth even in their pajamas.
After some time, and the gathering as well as the flight, the selection of students chosen (all the ones we give a damn about) had arrived at Forever Fall, with the other ship having not been needed, given the School's proximity to the Emerald Forest. The Forever Fall, however, was a bit of a ways away, and it wasn't like they wanted the students to just walk there.

Standing there before them were two teachers of the school, one with rather wily green hair who kept sipping from his seemingly bottomless mug of coffee, and an elderly man, rather portly, though he had a rather FANTASTIC mustache. Clearing his throat, the mustached man spoke with a clear, loud voice, saying: "Now, I suppose you're all fed up with waiting! Why, it reminds me of the time when I was young, preparing to fight off my first Grimm...In fact, that reminds me of how I got my weapon. It was a dark and stormy night........" They were basically forced to listen to an extremely lengthy story, one of which had only reached half of its length, a length only comparable to his endless and glorious mustache resting upon his lip...Luckily, they were saved by the coffee-holic, interrupting with a loud slurping sip.

"Now that you've heard his words of inspiration, it is time for this test to get under way. You will all be taking one of the many Zip-lines located around this area, and riding them down the pass and into the basin of Forever Fall. The rules of partnership are simple, first come, first served. Eye-contact binds you together as a pair, and every pair must search around the basin for an artifact." He took another drink before pointing his mug-hand towards the many ziplines scattered about, all about 30 ft. away from each other and heading down into different directions. "Two pairs with a matching Artifact will make a team of four, which, needless to say, will be your permanent team. Good luck to all...and uh, word of warning Students, there are Grimm a-plenty in there. Oh, and a train. Careful of the train. Now...any questions before you start?" He took another sip while looking expectantly at the students from behind his glasses, raising an eyebrow slightly.

Serara

She turned..waking up as she heard sudden noises of an announcment. She saw the other students standing and grabbing there weapons. She gulped..grabbing her weapon as she stood up following the students. She was the last one too exit the room. She sighed closing the doors of the ballroom and heading towards the skyport. She yawned, stretching out her arms. Her fans dangling from the side as she walked. After a few minutes of walking they had reached the skyport. Seeing the airships, again she was amazed. From the outside gates of town she would be slightly surprised. Yawning again as she stepped onto the port seeing as many had entered the ships. She sighed as the guard had gestured her too hurry. She dashed in seeing multiple seat of seats and some open spots for the students too sight see through the windows.

Serara was serverly afraid of heights. She couldn't dare too look over the window or she'd faint. Nervously exhaling she would take a seat far from the other students who had taken the seats.Again she sighed she had taken a few minutes worth of rest. She looked around the horsey acts and the loud sounds of students conversing or the males or females playing around. She grabbed out her phone that she brought too the ship. She didn't exactly know the rules of the ship. She shrugged as she began listening too music while they took there one hour trip too Forever Falls.

1 Hour Later

Serara yawned she dozed off and felt tons of energy in her. Grinning she'd stood up yawning and stretching out her arms once again. Looking over the window as she saw the red trees and the faint color of red in the sky. It was beautiful. Again she'd smile again as she saw the students stand. She was eager too get outside and feel the fresh air of the forever falls and so she dashed through the multiple students infront of her just too get in the front. Her head turned staring at the students. Seeing if anyone would match her as her partner. Shrugging and a slight fear crawling onto her spine. 'No no no..' she said in her mind looking up as she saw the doors beginning too open. She dashed outside looking back as Ozpin looked at her with a slight 'mean' look. Pouting she'd see the students exit and..saw one in peculiar. A green faunus orc? Odd he looked. She'd never see any green skins at all. Following the group for a few minutes, getting into position as she looked at all the others.

As Mr.Ozpin spoke she was dazzled! Though she was a bit down because they didn't get too do landing strategies of somesort. Her grandma was a student at Beacon..all the stories just got her excited. After Mr.Ozpin finished she rolled her neck a few times and was ready too zipline through the forest!

Many students began going down through the ziplines she did as well. Not sure what she was doing she'd go too the nearest zipline next too her and then 'Woo!' she said loudly in her mind feeling the soft breeze dance along her skin. Focusing back on the ziplines she looked seeing the end of it. Rather than waiting she would release her hand too grab her fan and so she flicked her arm making the fans open. Letting go of the zipline as she fell. Taking out her other fan she didn't fall rather than..glide down like a bird. The fans were made like wings. She finally landed onto the red grass looking around. Silence had already fallen upon the area. She had too go now and find a partner..but was unsure but the creatures that roamed in the ....forest.

....A hot liquid running down on her hair as she would quickly pop out of her sleep. "Aaah!" She yelled, and looked around seeing most people staring at her. "Who did this to my hair?!" Priscilla looked around, but everyone seemed to shrug and walk off like they didnt care. She
stood up from her bed and ran to the closest bathroom, now all she had to do was wet her damn hair and that's what she did. Not instead of straight and nice, her hair was all wet and .... puffy. Her first day and something bad happens, she looked up at herself in the mirror. "Whyyyyyy." Priscilla whined like a little baby as she would turn around and hear the announcement.

Ofvourse she wouldn't want to be late on her first day right? So what she did, was brush her hair down, now it was long and curly instead of straight. And she quickly put on her outfit (red would be changed to pink and no dragon lol)

Priscilla would grab her weapon, beauty's thorn, it was in her sword mode as she placed it on her holster behind her back, and would walk out now, the announcement sounding again. BUT this time she hears it clearly.

"What....? Partners for the rest of my life in Beacon?" Priscilla questioned herself as she walked outside of the academy and now on her way to the skyport, where she and the others would be seperated into two places. As she got there, Priscilla looked around, as her right hand ran through her long curly pink hair, it smelled nice and it was smooth too. But she had to find out who messed up her hair with ... something. Whatever it was, eventhough it smelled like tea.... and so she stood there, waiting for this thing to happen. "Grimms...? Hm..." she bit her lip a bit nervous now, also wondering who would be her partner.

Gren's time at the garden was cut short for the test. Carefully he rose from his seated position and looked towards the airships. He gulped once. "It is time." Gren approached the airship, patiently moving through the crowds to a place where he could sit. This was nerve wracking; his first test, the dangers, the excitement. The thrill of the fight and the chance of death. It was a pleasure that Gren has little chance to part take in, not since so long ago. He grinned at the idea of going through such passionate emotions once again.

The ride to Forever Fall too forever, if Gren was the type to make such puns. In actuality it wasn't that long, but the tension in the air did make it seem like it took a day at least. Gren had been working on The God Eater during the trip, calibrating it's systems and ensuring that it won't malfunction during the test. The last thing he needed was for it to jam or overheat. Forever Fall itself was breathtaking, and very red. It almost reminded him of home, and how the grass was always covered with the blood of his kin and of their enemies. Gren shook his thoughts away from the past however, and focused on the present. After a portly teacher was finished/interrupted with his story, another teacher briefly described what they had to do. "Zipline hmm? I bet there's a catch to this..." Gren stood up, putting his helmet onto his head and picking out his song. He felt that this song was most appropriate.

Soon students began to line up and zip down to the testing grounds. Gren couldn't wait, but as he did, he looked around. He wondered who would be his partner, who he would find in the forest to fight along side him. His eyes, for a moment, met with another; a human girl, smaller than him. She was... Attractive. Gren diverted his eyes quickly. "Keep calm old boy... Eyes on the hunt, not the horizon." Gren took one more deep breath as his song continued. He was next. It seemed that everyone had to devise some way to get down the ziplines, as not all of them had handles which they could simply grasp and slide down. Luckily for Gren, he needed none. He simply reached up and took a firm grip of the zipline with his armored hand. In his other, he held The God Eater. He was going in hot; anything that stood in his way was going to be cut down. Before he went, he turned around to look for that girl. He saw her, once, and wondered who she was. If she could be his partner.

Turning back towards Forever Fall, Gren steeled his resolve and lifted his feet off the ground. His own weight was more than enough to pull his body down the zipline. While others may have lost their hands if they tried to merely grip the zipline all the way down, Gren's Gauntlet was made of sterner stuff than most, and allowed him to survive the trip down with no issue. His mind, for now, did not focus or worry about anything like the objective of the test, the girl who he saw, or even how he was going to land if there was more to this zipline than simply a means of going down from the check point. All he cared about for the moment was who would be the first to be consumed by The God Eater.

It was relative peace and quiet for Tai until Ozpin's announcement came over the school PA system. Seemed it was time for them to get going with the exams. He picked up his weapon, the mace collapsed to look like a set of spikes dumbbells for the moment, and strapped it to his belt, before exiting the building with everyone else. He was already prepared, so he wouldn't have to wait to head outside and to the waiting airships. Out there, they were divided into two groups and the one that Tai was in was herded onto the airships, while the other began the trek to the Emerald Forest. He wished them luck, for he had his own affairs to worry about.

It was an uneventful trip for the most part, a blanket of red trees rising in the distance as they neared Forever Fall, and Tai spent the time mentally preparing himself for the test ahead, whatever it may entail. He could see others doing the same, while some chatted nervously and coped with what was to come for them in the immediate future. HE, on the other hand, didn't stress too much since he would put in his best either way.

At last they were there, the airship landing and disgorging the students that had gathered on it. Tai stepped out, breathing the crisp air of the forest as they assembled in lines in front of the two teachers who happened to be there, one with glasses and wild green hair drinking from a coffee mug, and an old man with a decent mustache to his credit. Holding himself ready, Tai soon relaxed a bit for his own comfort as the old guy launched into a very long story of his past escapades. There were informative bits in there, but Tai had to wonder how much was embellishment and how much actually happened. He supposed he would never know.

Fortunately, coffee-drinker, who seemed to be getting refills from thin air, interceded to save their brains and eardrums, explaining the test and what needed to be done, and Tai carefully noted it. So, eye contact decided who partners were, they had to go get artifacts and then return with them. Watch out for Grimm and...a train? Whatever. It seemed simple enough, though he had a guess that it wouldn't prove so in practice. He shook his head, things seemingly simple enough that he had no questions to ask..

The word was given, and the group moved out to begin. Tai unslung his meteor hammer from his belt and walked over to one of the lesser used zip lines. He gave it a tug to make sure it was secure before lifting his coiled meteor hammer into place, where the locked handle would act as a hook to keep him on the line. A few steps back and he moved forward with a jump, sliding down the line with the sound of rope on the handle. Over and down to the forest he went, the line seeming to go on for a long way, so he took a second option, letting go with one hand and falling downwards through the open air. But it all went as planned as he unlocked his meteor hammer and threw one of the heads, it whipping around one of the taller trees and slamming into place, with the spikes to keep it embedded. He swung then, the chain extending as he ran down the tree to land in a crouch,.

Rising again, he brushed off the tree leaves that got on his garb before untwirling his weapon and giving it a hard yank, the head stuck in the tree returning to him. Weapon at the ready, he looked around to see if the immediate area was clear of danger, and departed into the forest, to find these artifacts and complete the test.

Trico heard the announcement that they would be going to the falls in half an hour, so she made sure her Boomerang and Staff where in place, before picking up her CD-player and putting in a choice CD, along with her headphones before heading off to the shuttle. They went off to 'Forever falls' which sounded like an interesting place, but Trico didn't really care about wither it was interesting or not. She just wanted something to do. Or though, the idea of being paired with the first person that they saw was a bit odd, and didn't really make for the possibility of synergy within teams. But then, how would they police that? Trico shrugged and headed over to the ship, taking a seat and waiting to be shipped off. It would be awkward if she saw Dog-Ears, who was trying to move in on Priscilla, but Trico had given up on that, it was to much effort for the payoff.

Once the ride was over, Trico was lead to a place where several Zipwires where, and two men. One, a Moustache with a man attached, and the other who was using the Holy Grail as a coffee cup, and was quite possibly more parts coffee than anything else. The Moustache then started to talk, in a rather annoying voice, so Trico took her headphones out, plugged them into the CD-player, and hit play, listening to the first song on it as the man spoke. Then, the track ended, half way though coffee-man's talking, about a lot of Grimm and and artefacts. He then pointed to a zipline, which Trico shrugged and walked up to them, before Zipping down to the forest floor, and unhooking her Boomerang.

Oliver's dog like ears perked up as the announcement sounded through the campus of the school. Oliver walked over to his belongings he got ready for the upcoming test. Oliver grabbed his jacket and quickly threw it on his shoulders. He picked up his pair of twin hook blades, Jekyll & Hyde, and pressed a small button on the handle to transform them into their gun form. While Oliver clicked the button he spun the swords around, he stuffed the two weapons into two holsters on his waist seconds after they finished transforming. Oliver let his fabric jacket flow nicely over the two holsters covering them and concealing them. "That's how the cool people do it." Oliver said to himself with a smirk and a smug look on his face. Oliver followed the orders of the announcement and proceeded to walk over to, and board, the airship the was going to fly Oliver and the others to their testing area.

Forever Fall forest came into sight rather quickly. Looking down at it from the air ship was like a flood of red engulfing the land, it was quite beautiful. Oliver ,with the others, got off the ship and listened to the two eccentric men speak. The walking moustache enlightened everybody with a quaint story of him and his weapon. Oliver wiped a tear from his eye as he listened blissfully to the story. Oliver's face grew into something of a frown when the green haired man cut off the brilliant story. Oliver had no choice but to listen and wait for when they can get on with the test. Th green haired man asked if anybody had any questions, but before he could finish speaking, a few of the students were flying down the Ziplines.Oliver followed suit. With a excitement filled yell Oliver ran towards a zipline, "Last one to kill a grimm is a rotten egg!!" Oliver shouted back at as fellow students. Oliver grabbed one of his two powerful revolvers on his hip and clicked a button on it, transforming it into a hook blade. He used the curved part of the blade to grab the zipline. With his other hand, Oliver grabbed his second revolver and started shooting behind him, propelling himself down the zipline. Oliver hopped of the line and started plummeting towards the red floor.

Oliver used his flailing arms to manoeuvre himself in the air, making sure to land close to a trees branch were he can grab onto with his hook blade. Success. He caught the branch with his blade and followed through with the momentum, swinging himself around,up,then onto the branch he grabbed. "Let's seee..." Oliver said as he scanned the are atop the tree branch.

As soon as she noticed the others coming, she got a bit nervous because there were so many people that were gonna do this little test thing! Priscilla would walk away to the ship, boarding on it as she and the others who got in the ship, flew to Forever Fall. "I can do thisss. Priscilla you can do thisss." It was so nervewrecking and she could see Oliver from far but she didn't want to bother him or anything.

As she got out of the ship, she exited it walking away now, her mind was thinking about the Grimms, but she was always ready for something bad if it happens. "Let's do this." Priscilla said grabbing her weapon, the beauty's thorn, grasping it as it was in her sword mode. And there she walked away alone, trying to fi- well. She had no idea what she was supposed to do... something about finding a partner?

The last few crumbs of wheaty granola had just been brushed from Abel's hoodie to scatter across the stonework at his feet when Ozpin's announcement rang out. As soon as the first few words hit the Guardian's ears, a surge of adrenaline rushed through him; it was time! Unable to contain the energy, Abel took off running toward the skyport the moment Ozpin mentioned it. Since his quest for the vending machines had taken him farther away from the docking area than the ballroom was, he arrived at the same time another few students did despite sprinting. With bright eyes he boarded the airship destined for the place called Forever Fall. He could only picture what it looked like.

The trip, though not agonizingly long, seemed like forever an a day to Abel thanks to his sudden enthusiasm. When the rush died down, he contented himself with expectantly standing by a window with arms crossed. He never turned to look at any of his peers, as if seeing them would spoil the surprise of which of them would be his teammate.

His first glimpse of Forever Fall took his breath away. No idea of what to expect had lurked in his mind, but it most certainly wasn't this. Abel's eyes swept over the crimson sea of trees, broken only by rivers, cliff faces, and what appeared to be a train track. The rush of excitement began to seep through his veins once more. He forced himself away from the window and the red forest beyond, instead choosing to join a few other earnest students near the doors. In seemingly no time at all, an impact signaled the airship's landing, and the doors began to open. Managing to control himself, Abel stately walked out along with the others and first set foot upon the red grass with them.

Compared to the others, he enjoyed Professor Port's story. He always appreciated a good legend, having always identified and respected legacy as one of the most important aspects of life. Though a person might die, their stories would live forever—and judging by the length of Port's, he certainly intended to. Even appreciative Abel was beginning to grow a little strained, however, by the time Oobleck interrupted and briefed them on the situation. Eye contact, huh? He wondered exactly who he would chance to meet. The boomerang-wielding faunus-hater? No. Hansen and Gretchen? No way. Mary he could live with, but given his luck, Abel half-expected to find the girl whose hair he had stepped on.

Approaching his zip line, Abel noticed no grip of any sort. The solution was easy enough: he unslung the Ampere and held it horizontally over the top of the line, and held either side of it firmly. When given the signal, every student launched off.

Abel's zip line turned out to be one of the longer ones. Both his balance and his grip were ready to give by the time he had coasted about seven hundred feet and decided that the ground was close enough to drop. Though he tried to roll into the landing, he started rolling too early, and smashed into the ground on his upper back while the Ampere lodged in the ground beside him. Groaning, he regained his feet and tugged it free. After checking to make sure that his weapon was undamaged, he let go if it and used his semblance to hold it up instead. He span it above his head at high speed without touching it before grabbing it again and slamming its shaft into the red grass. A smile spread across his face—he was ready to go.

Once she had landed she began scanning her surroundings. Looking up in the sky of were she jumped she saw many others ziplining. She needed too go fast and thus she dashed away from the landing area into the forest. Her fans were beside her opened and acted like wings as she dashed. She first needed too find a partner because she had forgot the main goals of the test! She was hoping too find that green guy or the pink haired girl and so she jumped up and dashed towards the top of the trees. Jumping from side too side as she scanned the area for anyone near here. Remembering that everyone was atleast 30ft away from eachother. She exhaled in relief as she turned too her right dashing towards the man or woman that was..30ft away and at the right of her.
