What's the difference between 'combat' and 'weaponry?' I'd assume a combat class would cover certain kinds of weaponry by default. After all, you don't take a class for sculpting and then another for hammers and chisels.

Learning to smith a sword is quite different from learning to use it.

At least that's my interpretation of it.

Short post but it gets the point across.

and I think combat would be fighting techniques type class, and weaponry would be like a class for different weapon skills, how to make them, how to fight with them, something liked that, not gm but I think something like that.

I thought smithing might fall under Art - Metal-shop, unless that just focuses on crafty things. I'd wager Combat could have multiple learning paths like Art and Science, etc. only they'd be something like various fighting styles, with or without weaponry.

In any case, I've thought about making a sixth-year character, since I don't recall seeing one yet.

Nope, selective subjects are normal subjects you can take within high school. Specialized subjects have to do with hunting. So in metal shop its learning to work on cars and things like that.

And you haven't seen one because I asked all characters be second or first years unless I was spoken to about it.

I'm really sorry about the long wait, I'm at work at the moment so it's not easy to reply as quickly as I would like to. As to your question, I would unfortunately like to keep it second year and below for now, at least until the roleplay finds its steady footing. This is also why everyone has only one character and a limit of two daemons.
