casual form- Savan’s umbrella is just an ordinary umbrella in this form… except for the stems of the umbrella that turn out to be blades that extend out. the pole can be pulled out as a gun that runs off (the first half of the pole comes completely off and the inner part of the other half comes out)

Tabeltop form- Savan extends the blades of his umbrella and then transfers his semblance through his pole that causes the umbrella top to start spinning, he then makes a throwing action where he is pulling out the gun in the pole which causes the top to launch off and spin around before returning to its handle (gun)

Semblance: Tabeltop spinner- Remember those old tabletop spinners kids played with? Well Savan’s Semblance is much like a tabeltop spinner as he can transfer power into objects causing them to spin around at high speeds… of course controlling them tends to be a problem if he doesn’t throw or push the object the way he wants it to go.
