Physical Appearance


Eye colour: Light brown.
Hair colour: Jet black.
Skin colour: Pale skinned.
Build of body: Average height. Quite thin, though slightly muscular.

Personality
Likes: Metal music, the night, winter, archery, wolves, playing the violin (don't dare to ask him about that one.) and Taekwondo.
Fears: Having no escape and being in closed or small spaces or rooms (Claustrophobia), zombie apocalypse and being betrayed.
Personal goals: To avenge his grandfather by hunting down as many daemons as possible.
Personality: Intelligent, calm and collected. Benjamin spends most of his time alone, claiming he likes it that way, although in his heart he yearns to be part of the group. Possesses a dark sense of humor which most people seem to find disturbing and creepy. Not much of a team player, he prefers to hunt alone in the shadows. Is not frightened easily, and is always aware of his surroundings. When feeling especially sad and lonely Benjamin likes to build arrows for his crossbow and to play with poisons which he then adds to his arrows. Benjamin has learned over the years to appear cold-hearted and emotionless, but is genuinely a good person.

Relationships
Father: Thomas Raclaw was a simple shoemaker in the small town of Nydome, until one day while walking back from his shop he was stabbed by a gang of thugs looking for some action. Died from his wounds while wife was 3 months pregnant with Benjamin.
Mother: Claire Raclaw loved her child very much, but didn't have much to give him. When Benjamin was only 2 years old, Claire succumbed to lung cancer, leaving Bemjamin only a pocket watch with a photograph of Thomas and herself at their wedding.

Background
Bio:
Benjamin had been living in the destitute orphanage for as long as he could remember. The only proof he possessed of a life before the orphanage was an old pocket watch with a photograph of his mother and father (or so he was told). The orphanage management claimed they did not have any information on his parents.
He never made any friends among the other orphans, and they learned to stay out of his way. One day while he was lying in his old tattered bed playing with his pocket watch, the photograph fell out. He had never taken it out of the watch, because he never thought of any reason to do so. He picked up the photograph, wanting to return it to its place. But before he managed to do so, he noticed that something was written on the pack of the photograph. He turned it over in his hand, feeling excitement fill his chest.

He began reading:
Dear Benji,
I hope you are well. I don't have much longer to live, so I will get to the point. You probably wonder who you are, and where you're from. I will now tell you what I know of your heritage.

Your father comes from a normal family. On the other hand, I come from a long line of Daemon hunters. You probably think I'm joking. I am not. There are daemons prowling this world, and there are daemon hunters too. You will learn all about this if you decide to follow in your grandfathers footsteps. Your grandfather (my father), was a well known daemon hunter. He earned his reputation by hunting down the famous daemon named "Kraken". Your grandfather was a great man. But some daemon followers of the late Kraken, sought revenge on your grandfather. Seven of them attacked him while he was sleeping. He managed to slay 4 of them, but in the end was killed. I was supposed to be his successor, but instead decided to run after love and marry your father, leaving the daemon world behind.

Now my dear son, you have a life-changing decision to make. Will you lead a normal life, find a normal job and raise a normal family? Or will you choose to follow in your grandfathers footsteps and take on the family quest of avenging him? If you decide on the latter, I recommend you first strike a deal with a daemon who used to be friends with your grandfather. Her name is Velvelia, and she will be perfect for you. After the deal is made, go find the Aulani Academy, there you will learn everything you need to know.

Whatever your choice, be sure you followed your heart.

Benjamin felt tears fill his eyes as he made the decision to avenge his grandfather. he has nothing more to do here in this run-down orphanage. Over the next few months he contacted Velvelia, struck a deal with her, and signed up to join the Academy.

Daemon - General Information

Physical Appearance


Name: Velvelia.
Species: Dire Wolf (?).
Gender: Female.
Class: C-Class.
Powers: Velvelia is winged, and can fly short distances carrying Benjamin on her back. Velvelia usually uses her powerful jaws to fight, sometimes using her paws too.
- Can teleport short distances between shadows, at night can teleport anywhere within a short range.

Just react to it, both teams will have an encounter, it will just make it a little easier on me to do one big detailed post than two x'3

Cyril might have a breakdown and force and English lessons upon them so that he doesn't have to keep switching languages.

This RP has been fun so far, and I'm looking forward to what will come of it.

And as for the language thing I apologize... I'm trying make Heidi only speak in Finnish to Bannik, as that is his only language. I've been trying to put an italicized translation next to what I writing, if that helps. Her English is okay, she just hasn't had much chance to use it yet.

I don't mind Heidi's little English speaking, I think it makes things a bit more interesting having a language barrier between characters.

Some unfriendly drama, rather then default to romantic drama.

Give it time and I'm sure people will develop plenty of rivals. The plot lends itself to that really well. I'm sure Cyril will have plenty of rivals, given his very competitive nature.

EDIT: Plus there's the inevitable rivalry between the prestigious Ground team and the Heinous Mounties.

Haha, well I think Erin and Cyril are already rivals with no romance at all going on between them; could you imagine them on a job together? They'd get so frustrated with each other xD

EDIT: Just waiting to see what Cash is gunna do before I can kil-... uh, I mean, before I can post the attacks x'D
