On a more serious note, for one of my friends, I'd give her a father, (and a good one at that) a better house, more money... There are a lot of things I could give her that would change her life, and I wouldn't hesitate if I had a chance to.

Ok I have a complaint and I want as many opinions as I can gather. What is so hard about letting people know you will be busy or gone for awhile. I am in 16 RP's and several 1x1 but I never disappear for more then a few hours without letting them know. I know life gets busy but it only takes 5 minutes to leave a message. Your thought and feelings?

Oh no don't do that. THIS RP doesnt really require daily post. No one is waiting for anyone to post. I am just trying to understand. I don't get it.

I usually try to leave a message if I know that I'll be gone for more than a day, but I have to admit that I am guilty of forgetting a couple times myself. Still, I agree that it does get annoying at times. Especially when people are trying to keep a story moving, or if a lot of people leave for several days at once without warning. If something happens like a power outage, a computer malfunction, or some sort of emergency, then I can understand, but otherwise, yeah...

I'm going to keep working on getting better about it myself.

Power outage and emergency's are unavoidable. But now days computer malfunctions aren't an excuse. Not when you can use a computer at almost any library.
