Arisu looked to her sides and saw copies of herself. Shortly after the monster in front of her multiplied as well. That was weird. And then a girl in headphones started singing and Arisu's fatigue was washed away. It was not long after that another 'ability' was activated and Arisu got better balance.
Run... Run up to the monster and attack, then steal his heart. Tear the false heart out of the monster, A voice in Arisu's head told her. And she went with it. She shouted "False Heart ~ Lungs" effectively recreating the pain of one missing lungs. Arisu then proceeded to run up and swing her scythe at a monster.

Akiro stood watching as the one wielding scythes multiplied followed by the monster splitting as well.
"Well that's just great." He said gripping his sword as a purple energy surrounded him.
"Use the time slash!" a strange voice said from seemingly no where. The voice was familiar yet foreign to him.
"Alright lets go! Time Slash!" He shouted swinging his sword toward on of the monsters sending a purple blade like wave of energy forward knocking the monster over and creating a deep wound in its chest.

After everything he had seen so far, the fact that both the monster and the girl with the fox mask somehow created copy's didn't surprise Takuya anymore. Pulling an axe out of nowhere, he went after the monster closest to him. His weapon did no damage at all to the illusion and he realized he picked the wrong one. Suddenly he heard a voice in his head. "Calm down, and you'll find the real enemy."

Not knowing what else to do Takuya followed the weird advice. Taking a few deep breaths, he became aware of the scents of the battle. Thanks to that he realized that the copies had no scent of their own. Using this he quickly located the real monster and ran in it's direction. In his hurry he almost ran into a purple energy attack used by one of the others but stopped just in time. For a second he thought the injury would make his plan unnecessary, but the monster might be able to change the looks of it's copies.

"That stinking gas you used earlier is called Malodorant." The voice in his head said, seemingly knowing what Takuya was planning. Before the creature could recover from the previous attack Takuya released the foul gas straight at the monster. "Malodorant." He hoped the other would realize that they could use the stench to recognize the real one.

Ikaku growled violently as the monster copied his movements. Then his attention turned to the group that was beset by the images of the original monster. His eyes closed yet again. He had to think. These people were not doing anything helpful. The fight had spilled out past that little alley and onto the street, monster images and the group of fighters were bustling people around and even accidentally injuring some. This wasn't a contained fight. This wasn't something that could be easily avoided…he needed to stop people…he needed to protect people…he needed order. Ikaku growled, jumping back to keep the entire fight in his vision. His helmet dismantled itself so his vision was completely his own. The wind picked up slightly, tousling his dark red hair as he watched the fight. All this chaos…had to stop. He breathed in slowly, his left gauntlet closed. He pressed his hand to his right arm. His right gauntlet opened. Ikaku watched as monster images became solid and started becoming too much to control. Ikaku saw as unabashed use of power from the people that were helping blasted chunks of buildings and footpath away, shrapnel causing more damage. He growled, a soft low guttural noise.

“Loss”

Everyone’s world went dark. People stopped what they were doing. The monsters and the other people that transformed had suddenly lost their vision. The only person remaining in the fight that kept their vision was him. Ikaku looked around. The world had gone from civilians screaming and explosive blasts of energy…into dead silence. He could feel exhaustion mounting but knew he needed to do this. He slowly moved in to the now stopped fight. The monster whimpered as his mirror images suddenly were snuffed out. He moved past Hibiki and her vision returned. The man with the swords vision came back. He moved past all of the group, giving them their vision back but kept his eyes on the monster. The monster growled as it became agitated. Ikaku pulled his fist back “Heigan: Blinding Light” He muttered softly as his gauntlets flashed. Ikaku drove his fist through the monsters head. The images disappeared, the monster fell limp at Ikaku’s feet. Ikaku turned to the group of fighters that he had seemingly caused to come together, well...he and Hibiki had. He looked at them all "Have you seen what you have all been doing?" He growled and gestured around to the street that was ruined from the unabashed power that had been released "Realize what you are doing next time..." He was unsure why he was saying that...it just felt like it needed to be said. With that Ikaku pressed his hand to his hip and the armour disassembled, his medallion forming back into his hand. With that he walked off slowly, a slightly limp in his walk.

Isu went blind, his head turning every which way. What the hell is going on? He thought to himself. He tried listening to what was going on, but all that his ears received as a deathly silence. Then, suddenly, his sight returned to him. He looked around him trying to figure out what was going on when he noticed a member of the group killing the monster with on fatal blow. He started to hyperventilate from the event, but took a deep breath in, calming down and looking over the carnage of their fight.

As the monster fell limp to the ground and one of the group gestured to the destruction, Isu snickered to himself, "What do I care about these people, no one ever said we were heroes." He muttered under his breath. His badge flashed as he returned to normal. He yawned and looked around him, "I have other matters to attend to so, I will hopefully never see any of you again." Isu walked to a nearby bench and laid down on it closing his eyes. He sighed happily, the bench was the most comfortable thing he's laid on in a while. It sure was a strange day, but he shook the previous events from his mind not having the energy to try to process what happened. He really wished the badge was not given to him, feeling obliged to help others was not like him. It kinda made the young man feel uneasy.

Hibiki's song had ended before Ikaku decided to act. She blinked rapidly in a slight panic, trying to see what was around her. Despite her blindness, she could still hear everything around her. She heard Ikaku before her sight came back and she watched as Ikaku punched through the monster's head and allowed it to fall limp at his feet. She calmed down, breathing heavily from the adrenaline that coursed through her. She looked around at the destruction that they caused. She even noticed the innocent bystanders nearby who were still looking around like they were blind. She listened to what one of the people said but couldn't respond.

While Ikaku was starting to limp away, Hibiki heard a strange sound she couldn't quite recognize, and she was pretty sure that the sound wouldn't be heard by anyone with normal hearing. She looked around for the source of the sound, and she gasped. The monster was the cause of the sound. The monster's corpse was changing ever so slowly, to that of a human body, with their right fist closed around a small item. She covered her mouth with her hands and, in shock, she fell to her knees and she asked in shock, "What...What have we done?!" In shock, her sentai form disappeared and she was back in her normal form.

"It was so difficult to choose a proper candidate for this one... I'm surprise I even found one," said the mysterious man in the long trench coat. He had cornered Taiyou in one of the offices that were used as tutoring lounges after school. Granted the academic capabilities Taiyou had, he often tutored for bonus points... and mostly time away from his father.

"W-What do you mean candidate... ?" Taiyou had replied in a distinct level of unease. He had no idea who this person was, and he was generally familiar with every member of the staff.

"Haha, my boy! You'll find out in time. But, to boil it down, the gift I give you is possibly the most difficult to control, and easily the most difficult to understand. With it, however, comes some of the most unpredictable abilities and odd applications. In the end, I choose you because... well, because... I suppose the gift I give you is something you lack. It is that void in you that will help you control it. I could not easily trust another with it, you see," the man explained to him all while he pulled out a golden brooch of the classical theatre mask. It made very little sense, in all reality. Taiyou had plenty of trophies, some even gold-plated, but he had no real skill in acting or any performance art. What the man said, how he said it, it made so little sense to Taiyou. There was no logic here; at least, none that he could see.

Just as Taiyou attempted to ask a question, barely mouthing a syllable, the man darted forward and pressed the brooch against Taiyou's chest. In a quick response. Taiyou caught it, but just as quickly as the man had dashed at him to put on the dart, he had disappeared out the door. Taiyou attempted to pursue him, but it was a forlorn effort. He was gone, and Taiyou was left with an odd item that he had never anticipated.

Taiyou allowed his now-green hair to blow in the wind as he watched the battle royale below. The voices in his brooch, which were somewhat always murmuring, were in an uproar recently, and led him to this spot. He activated his brooch, as he had learned to do so after class (despite only having it one day, instead of two like most others) after realizing the possible danger that ensued. For now, he was simply watching out of sight. He watched the battle, the casualties, the killing and more over he watched the others and their abilities. It was somewhat making sense over time. He knew very little about what they could all do, or even what all he could do, but he knew they all could do different things. At this very moment, he was contemplating whether or not he should introduce himself. However, it did seem quite dangerous.

The only voice that had a current opinion was that of Sik, whom took great delight in the destruct and apparent death. The others remained quite. Sill found nothing interesting and Psyche was most likely observing the situation just as much as Taiyou. They were all mere reflections of his personality, but as long as he was the wearer of that brooch, they all might as well have been as real as another person. Taiyou theorized that if another person were to activate that brooch, they might not get Sill, Psyche and Sik. Although, it was just a theory. Taiyou had no idea how the three were even correlated to begin with, let alone what another person might experience. It was just a thought.

Akiro froze in his place as his vision suddenly failed. What's happening he thought as he counted the seconds until his vision was restored. He then watched in awe as one of the others brutally murdered the monster. He watched the body go limo and fall before him. Then out of no where another voice began shouting something about the carnage around them but Akiro didn't notice he was focused solely on the monster that had started transforming back into a human. Once he saw what they had done he fell to the floor. If this is what he was given the badge for he doesn't want it he would never want it. Why in the world would someone even want to do this We're killing humans...but they are monsters. So it should be okay right? he thought to himself as he returned to his normal appearance.

So that's all there is to it, huh?

"Welcome back." Her chauffeur greeted her as Yuka reentered the limo, having transformed back to normal. "Did you accomplish whatever it was that you needed to do?"

In truth, she really didn't do anything; for now she'd just keep her distance. She wasn't exactly crazy about getting to know exactly how many other people had the badges besides her, but she figured for the moment she'd just hang back and watch. They were picking up their abilities rather quickly. Of course, they would have to really improve to start making a real difference. After all, things were just getting started. Right now, Yuka was just looking forward to taking a nice, long nap before having to respond to the barrage of missed calls and messages.

"Take me to the penthouse." She said, stifling a yawn. Yeah, things were going to get very interesting.

Ikaku walked slowly to his house, lighting up a cigarette as he walked. He didn't really care that people were staring at the man walking with a limp, smoking and his hand trailing some sort of whitish goo. The thing had left a mark on him. He just wanted to go home and shower and think. That's all he wanted and all he needed. A limousine rolled quickly through the street he was on. He remembered the vision he saw while using that medal and idly wondered who would have been watching that.

His apartment was small, clean and neat. Ikaku prided himself on being slightly fastidious with his home. He pulled out his phone and pulled up Hibiki's phone number.

"You and I need to talk. I'm at my apartment - Ikaku"

He sent the message off with directions and set his phone down. He needed a shower. He grabbed a towel and walked into his bathroom.

Isu laid there, alone on the bench. He listened to the outside noise, mostly filled with the screams of horror from the civilians and the cries of the other people who fought that monster. He didn't quite care about the devastation that was left behind, it's not like anyone cared about what was happening to him. Besides, he never wanted to be a hero or anything. It wasn't in his nature to care about strangers. Isu sighed sitting up and looking around, yawning a bit. That fight took a lot out of him. Isu scratched the back of his head as he watched civilians run around, terrified of the recent events. He chuckled a little, it was kind of enjoyable to watch the city that seemed to despise him so much, run around in chaos. Although there was a deep feeling of regret that the young man couldn't help have, he knew it wasn't right to feel happy about this, but....... He didn't really know how else to react to the situation.

Hibiki snapped out of her shocked daze when her phone gave off the ringtone she had set for texts. After she snapped out of her daze, she remembered that Ikaku was the one who got hurt in protecting her, and how he had been limping away. She opened the phone, intent on calling Ikaku, only to find the text that he sent her. She gulped heavily as she texted back, saying in her message,

"I'm on my way, -Hibiki"

She stood up and she hurried away from the scene and followed the directions that were on her phone. She soon reached the apartment door minutes later, and she rang the door. She waited for him to answer, not exactly comfortable with the idea of just barging in. She looked around as she thought she kept on hearing something akin to a helicopter nearby.

Ikaku gingerly stepped out of the shower and watched the water slowly sink down the drain. The water was a light red, still holding some of Ikaku’s blood from the wound in his arm. He wrapped a towel around his waist and quickly found the bandages in the medicine cabinet. The bandage was rough against the wound but it'd hold. He continued out into his apartment proper and heard a knock at the door. With his good hand, he scratched his chin gently and opened the door, red hair still slightly damp and only in a towel around his waist.

His eyes found Hibiki's and he walked back into his apartment "come on kouhai....we need to have a chat..." he walked into his lounge room and motioned to her "have a seat and I'll go put some clothes on so you stop staring" he said simply as he retreated into his room and returned in a loose red shirt and black jeans.

"Now....how did you get one of these?" He said, holding up his medallion.
