The species is still too similar to a variant of the animelious species.
As in, you can still make a character with all of these traits by using the animelious species.

as far as I understood with the Animelious, they are always mammals, where as the Itanias are mainly reptiles

hm... well, I WAS going to say that they're too similar to a possible variety of dragons, but the multiple tongues and tails, along with the fact that they might look a little anorexic........... I'll let it pass unless Kabling has something to say about it.
