Emmie was adopted and so was all of her family. Her mother was adopted when she was 3 and her father was adopted to the house next door when he was 4. They met at school, found they had lots in common, fell in love. Grew up together, got married one day and worked in a very well payed job together. They managed to buy a large house and became kind of rich from their job. They decided to adopt a child and that child was Emmie. Well she was called Emma but she prefered Emmie. Her parents have adopted a few more after her and some of them have powers..
