How about I take Articuno. I am unsure who of the others I would want.

I am wondering if, maybe Aerdocatylite could be somewhere in the mansion? Since in the fluff that Mansion is where Mewtwo was created and they did Mega Evolution research there. It could have been something found while they were looking for Mew's DNA.

How should we do Eevee evolving into Sylveon?

It's never been stated [yet] how the anime interpreted Eevee's evolution to Sylveon. The games require two affection hearts in Pokémon-Amie plus a Fairy-type move. I would assume if the Eevee is affectionate enough (through more conventional means) and it knows a Fairy-type move, it would evolve to Sylveon; noting that affection is different to happiness (for Espeon and Umbreon).

It has been stated that Eevee had started evolving to Sylveon outside of Kalos in an earlier post.

I am just not sure how to write it in. It is what I intended to have Eevee evolve into. It would be a little cheep, but in theory do you think her affection with Tracy could trigger the evolution? Maybe a Fearow attacks Tracy being the catalyst that with the affection and a Fairy-type move cause it? (It would all be explained by Tracy)

I believe that may be the best way to do this.

That would depend on whether he would have Mewtwo with him. He should at least have Nidoking, Nidoqueen or Rhyperior with him.

I would say he uses Mewtwo, allowing you to use multiple Pokemon smulataniously.

I thought you would catch Mewtwo.

You can have Zapdos.
