Yeah, the parts where he plays the villain with his evil laugh is awesome. His 'Lelouch vi Brittania commands you' moments were amazing and the ending was one of the best I've seen in most anime. But, still can't bring me to like the anime as a whole, however.

It's pretty good. Railgun S has a lot less filler episodes than last season, and it covers the Level 6 experiment from Misaka's angle. It's pretty interesting. Judgement is even useful once in a while. Meanwhile, over in Index II, Touma continues to unintentionally be a girl magnet, while misfortune continues to befall him. All as expected.

Oh, and the OVA. Can't forget that.
