Hey, i just had a random idea. Just throwing it out there. What if every time there was a new ruler of Lundlands, To Lunds started over. I mean, nothing resets. We basically start fresh and allow new Lords and Ladies. We can even make it be a few years later so that everything can start back normal. By that i mean, any destruction could have been fixed.

Hows that sound?

We can even do it with the levies unraised again. Full treasury and food to start with again

I was under the assumption that once Lundlands was unified then came the entire world.

Well, to be fair, I'm not assuming that any one of us will do it.

So, are you guys still open? And if you are is there any chance of being a Lord in support of Balthazar's eldest daughter?

When a player joins late, any Lord or Lady can choose to offer land to an outside player to invite them as a vassal. This means you more or less are under their rule, but you could eventually rebel and join someone else. But you should have deals set up before you publicly denounce from your Lord or Lady.

From Flooby himself, you can not be a Lord. However, a player has left. You could request to see if something can be set up

Also, if/when Solterra became King and once he asked for everyone to join together, he was going to try and deal with the two countries to the south so they stop attacking Lundlands

Hmm, ok. SO I'm a vassal of someone else. Sounds cool. Who wants to be my Lord or Lady?

If I may make a suggestion (mainly to Flooby), perhaps you could take the fiefs on Ironstone Island still in anarchy, and then swear fealty to either of the two factions with stakes on that island (hell, or Pelataria - you're more than welcome to join us, mate)

Also, sorry for DP but, I don't like how your Calisii Bowmen use crossbows. Bowmen just, implies Longbows, or their smaller cousins.

It's quite alright! Sorry, I have quite a bit of lore on Pelataria created in my head or in an offline document, sometimes I forget that you guys can't see it.

The Bowmen are named such because when they were initially founded (generations ago when the House was created) they used bows, and were famed for it. Now, with the relatively recent discovery of crossbows, they have made the switch.

It can be equated to the US Military's use of cavalry through history. The military still has a 1st Cavalry Division, but they use tanks and armored vehicles now, not cavalry. Technology changes with the times, but the name remains the same.

That's not 'gonna be possible due to recent movements. I suppose I could give KabenSaal one of the NPC houses on the Ironstone Islands, but as the island is now divided between the Bloodsuns and Vasas, either of them would have to be okay with it.

I found this part in the Rules link on the first page, does it still apply?

Instead of a lord, a new player can elect to play as a group of mercenaries. If a game is already in progress, then any new players must join the game as a mercenary group. The term 'mercenary' is used loosely. A player could create a group of bandits, a holy order, a small band of adventurers, a violent group with an agenda, or any other sort of idea. For the purposes of this guide, however, the player will always be referred to as a mercenary .Playing as a group of mercenaries is a bit different from playing as a Lord. Aside from your settlement, if you elect to have one, you will not be responsible for a population at the game's start. It may happen that in the course of your career, you manage to obtain a fief of your own, but in the beginning, you will have little compared to the lords of Lundland. Player mercenaries start with 50 points to build their group. A player may spend these points on a settlement, settlement upgrades, troops and their equipment, or bullis that the player will start the game with.

Of course. I just assumed you wished to play as a Lord instead of a mercenary.

Well, the game is already in progress, and it says 'any new players must join the game as mercs'. So I thought a Lord was out of the question.
