Equipment: She carries around a sketchbook with her at all times which can be substituted out for an electronic drawing pad that she is able to draw on and she also has a bag that hangs from her hip that contains anything she needs to draw.

Skills/Abilities: Angel is an extremely gifted artist who can create life like drawings in a short amount of time from years of practicing her drawing skills. She is also a skilled pickpocket who is light on her feet and has quick hands.

Powers: Creation: Angel is able to project anything that is drawn on her sketchbook into living matter that she is than able to control and use as she sees fit. There are limitations to this power as she can not reuse a drawing once it has been used and the bigger the object she creates than the more power she has to use on that object which does not allow her to use multiple drawing at once. This ability allows her to create objects that can be attached to her body as well as objects or creatures that can be used independent of herself.
Water-based body: Angel's body is completely made out of water which can allow her to turn into a puddle at will but she can also make her body solid as to be able to interact with objects. She does have a weakness to strong electrical sources that can disrupt her body can cause her to lose her solidity and collapse into a puddle without her being able to control it.

Weaknesses: As previously stated she only has a limited amount of power that she can use to control the objects that are created with her creation abilities as well as her weakness to strong electrical sources which cause her to lose control of her water body. On top of these weaknesses she is also not very skilled at hand to hand combat and would prefer to keep her distance from anything that could do her any harm. If her body does return to water and is kept in that state for over five minutes than any creations that had been made and were currently being controlled by her would either disappear or if they were organically-based living creatures would lose control and go on a rampage without any thought about who would be an ally or enemy. The only way to get rid of the creatures would be to destroy them or for Angel to return to her solid state and resume control of the creations by completely concentrating on them with all her focus.

Personality: I'm actually not that good at creating personalities with my characters and would rather RP her personality out while we go along.

History: Angel was born into a poor family that had to struggle to survive under the rule of the villains where she was had to become a thief to survive. She was taught how to pickpocket people from her two older brothers that practically raised her since her parents were always away trying to raise enough money in the factories to keep the family fed. She tried to help provide for her family by creating drawing that could be sold to help the her family as well but the drawing didn't really bring in the kind of money that they were hoping so when she was fourteen, she and her brothers decided that they would need to rob one of the large mansions that resided in the city where they lived. What they didn't know about the mansion was that it belonged to a minor villain who was the descendant of the man who called himself Wizard and had even been granted the same intelligence as his father.

The break in went wrong from the beginning when the minute they got onto the grounds they set off an alarm that triggered an electrified fence to raise around the border of the complex and since Angel was the last to enter the grounds she was the closest to the fence which to her and her brothers surprised caused her to turn into a puddle of water. Their shock caused them to pause long enough that they ended up being captured by the guards who took them into custody right away and with the villain recognizing that Angel had powers he turned her into the higher ups. They kept her locked up in an electrified prison cell where she could just barely keep her solid form long enough for her to enjoy drawing her images before she returned to her liquid state.

She was kept like this for over two years until for some unknown reason she was being transferred to a separate facility and during transit the bus that was moving her and several others they were attacked by X-23 and others with powers who saved her and the rest of the prisoners. Ever since she was rescued she has been driven to find out what had happened to her brothers and the rest of her family which she has not had a chance to do in the two years that she had been stuck in the arctic training with the rest of the people who made up the resistance.
