"Create your character....Choose your story"

Welcome to Heroes Among Us, where your choices affect not only the story, but the world around you as well. Control over Millennia City will vary depending on the choices the characters make. Keep in mind, you will be a hero...But that doesn't necessarily make you a good person. Each and every missions you will be faced with doing what is right, and what is easy. There isn't a wrong choice, don't be afraid to choose what you like. You will be given different scenarios and different options of dealing with them. You are rewarded for sticking with your character personality and alignment. The outcome of the roleplay will also depend on the choices that are made. Choose wisely.

In Heroes Among Us, you will be playing as a member of one of two superhero teams, ready to face any challenges ahead. It takes place in 2043, and technology has advanced into mending to it's users, allowing something akin to powers. Many people are still adjusting to this sudden change in humanity, and many won't accept the change. In this RP, you will be going along a story-line - but also user-made quests. Character development is a must, and teamwork is even better. Any situation will have multiple ways to approach it, and solve it: Your choice will not only affect you or the mission, but it will also affect the outcome of the story, and the city itself.

Rules

1) No Mary Sues, or Gary Sues. Everyone has a weakness.
2) You may only have one character - if your character dies, then you can add another.
3) NEVER PUPPET ANOTHER CHARACTER - What I mean by this, never ever suggest that another character does a specific act in your post. Unless the person who owns the character allows it.
4) If you read the rules put I Will Rise in the 'other' section of your CS.
5) Roleplaying is all about interaction. That said, do not exclude anyone, and communicate. That is the only way to keep a successful rp.
6) Try to post three lines at most. There can be exceptions, but it can get tedious to respond to mere sentences.
7) Listen to Gm(s) and co-gm(s).
8) Romance is allowed, but don’t go too far. If you do, either go to PM's or fade to black, as it is PG-13.
9) Casual Roleplay rules apply.
10) Do not kill anyone without a GM / CO-GM or player’s permission.
11. As GM, I will add any rules that will help the roleplay later, if needed.
12. Have fun, and try not to argue. DO NOT bully, or patronize anyone. I take this very seriously: Not only will I remove your character, but I will also report you for your acts. Be mindful of others.
13. I accept any kind of romance, or sexuality. As long as it is not forceful, or harmful. If this is an issue to you, feel free to escort yourself out.

[Player Stats]

(The skill closest to 100% is the character/player’s active stat: AS GM I WILL EDIT AND MONITOR THIS BASED ON THE RP)
{Fame - // - Justice
Lawless - // - Lawful
Offensive - // - Defensive
Soloist - // - Team Player
Revenge - // - Ideals} -These are mine to look after per character.
Power: 100 (The more you use your abilities, the faster your power levels drop)
Health: 100 (Self explanatory)
Money: 100 (Each member starts with 100)
Legend: 0 (Highest possible is 100. You can lose legend faster then you gain it, so be careful. This is how well you are known, for the better or worse, is up to you.)

THE HERO FILES

Valuable information to the rp will be listed below. It is strongly recommended that you, as a player, check up on this regularly.

Hero Chat Room

This is where you go to talk, or make decisions with other players within Heroes Among Us. Think of it like your characters talking through a mic from within the IC to each other. Plan out your next course of action before embarking on it. This is beyond beneficial, so please use it if you can.

How will law enforcement react to us vigilante types?

Also will robotic prosthetics be cool?

Law enforcement will react to you based on how you/your character is throughout the roleplay. For the most part, they will be under direct line of the mayor, who you will soon find is not very...fond of powered people. You will be a member within the registered squad of heroes, but until you are of a sufficient legend level - no-one will particularly care about what your character is doing, unless they make a mistake. It all depends on where your legend level is.

Robotic prosthetic's are completely alright. As it does take place in 2048, there will be some technological advancements - nothing too severe, but seeing as robotic prosthetic's are already into play as of now, I see no problem with them.

Hmmm, I have a vague idea right now but just want to check to see if it would be okay before I start planning it out more in-depth: would a fully robotic character be okay? As in artificial intelligence and all that? I don't plan to make them some know-all supercomputer or anything, probably something a bit more childlike in terms of personality, but yeah.

Name:
Alice Evagreen
Gender:
Female
Age:
From what other people know she seems to be the age a late teenager; otherwise around 19
Appearance: General appearance. A picture can be added and would be recommended, but written is also allowed. Body type/height is also a good thing to add, since it gives people a sense of physical relations to other characters.
Personality:
Alice is a seemingly normal girl to what everyone knows. From what they can see she surely is a normal girl but you can decide that when you try to befriend her, she will mostly try to brush you off. If you are successful in befriending her you be surprised at all the things she know about. You could ask her a question about the process of cremation and she will know it. Kinda creepy isn't it? But she doesnt do that all the time, she rather in fact seems to be just like every other girl you meet but at times asks a lot of question that people would normally know like knowing how to work social media apps and other weird things. Its almost like she is old fashioned almost, as she does have some few quirks about her, like reading books... I mean seriously who reads books when you can use someone easier to handle?
Skills:
Enchanted Literacy- Having a extreme fondness of reading books not only passes the time quicker for Alice, it also improves her English skills as well! With all this reading that she does, her vocabulary is quite a arsenal to be challenged. This makes Alice know words and their meanings much faster than other people of her age because she has the trained eye of finding out what those words mean.

Curious- Alice has a natural curiosity for everything question on why you would do this instead of this. Or how things works and what do they do. Basically she loves to ask questions about everything she sees, and wants to learn more and more about them.
.
Talentedish- Despite her alter ego being part of this, anything not physically challenging to her, Alice is talented in various subjects. You could give a task like sewing a blanket and the next day she would come back with a good quality blanket. If it was a physical challenge, Alice would know how to do them but her physical restriction still effects her. So basically you could consider her skilled in anything that isn't extreme or physical.
Weaknesses:
Knowledge Hog- Alice wants to know EVERYTHING she will do EVERYTHING to know EVERYTHING. So basically you can bride her with information and she will easily be converted to your side... You could also use information to pay her for doing various tasks if you wanted to also...

Easily Lost- Alice usually gets lost in her own world which is quite often as she spaces off into nowhere probably thinking about something completely random or complex. This usually ends her up in trouble or missing something important that she didnt listen to.

Perfectionist- Being talented in most basic areas makes her feel obligated to doing at least a decent job in whatever she does and makes sure she doesnt mess up. If she does she will usual try to do it agian till it looks good to her. If its too hard then she might give up after a long time of trying and frustrated yelling.
Relationship: Not in a relationship with anyone.

Alignment: Chaotic Good

Alias: You could call her both because her character seems very interesting as her actions both shows villainous and heroic intentions.
Origin of Powers/Bio: (Because both of them are basically linked)
You could say that Alice has been alive for a very long time wondering the earth and watching the events that happen on this tiny planet. Watching how progress is coming to this planet and how everything is advancing. But besides that it is certain that Alice is definitely old than your grandparents, it just unsure how old she she is. You could speculate that maybe she unlocked the secrets of immorality or drank from the fountain of life. We dont really know much about her but to Alice she knows everything... Maybe she did something long ago that granted her to be who she is to this day even then Alice doesnt even know considering how much time as passed between that moment of time and where she is now.

But now the past doesn't really concern her. The only thing that matters is what will be coming to her from the future and how to deal with them because the amount of unknown knowledge she has yet to collect is rapidly increasing due to the multiple advances in technology that been happening quite often know. All she can do is use her past experiences along with her knowledge to do what she can and try to keep up hoping that she wont miss anything...

Description of Powers:
Knowledge's Fruit - Alice has the ability of having information about everything in time since the creation. Although she has all available knowledge at her dispose, her main focus is

Knowledge's Locks and Keys - A ability of her Time Keeper's Choice, Alice has access to a Dimension that is personally to herself where a infinite amount of books are there almost the same amount of knowledge that has been recorded in time. This is basically the physical form of her ability. In this form however all the knowledge that has touched time can be viewed her but there is a restriction. Alice must find the book by herself and read it before the information is given to her. The organization of the books are hectic and cannot be organized no matter what, so you must hunt a needle in a haystack. In this dimension she can 'teleport' in this dimension and be basically 'erased' from reality of wherever she was before.

Forbidden Knowledge - A unique kind of information that is impure to the human mind is dangerous to everyone including Alice herself and must be view with great cation. These information must also be guarded carefully as well. To prevent it from being put into the wrong hands. These 'books' of knowledge can only be view in great time and have a desperate section in the 'Inner World' that is locked unless there is great danger present to Alice.

Counteract- A defensive technique that is available to Alice. It's basically a technique which allows her to counter any magical spellcasting by letting her observe its casting sequence and identify its class before countering it with a certain spell. If complete observation isnt accomplished then a incomplete version of this will be used instead to potentially block or redirect the spell instead of countering it, however there is always the chance for it to fail depending on the power of the opposing spellcaster. This also goes for the same for physical attacks. (Using magic to counter physical attacks requires quicker timing and good observation of the form the other swordsman is using. Then comes to reaction timing of what attack the swordsman is using which makes this skill almost useless to master swordsman)

Unity of Mobility and Defense- Needing to protect the knowledge that she is storing inside her, these memories have freely let her use various form of magics... well at least their defensive spell to protect her. The power of these defensive spells could be pretty adept requiring little to no skill to preform. The strongest spell might require a chant or concentration to preform but besides that, its all she can preform. These memories dont care if she cant attack, she just need to survive and in order to survive, she needs to run. All offensive spells that come from those magic classes are locked away due to the fact that she can only used them in extreme danger which will unlock themselves when they are needed.
Weaknesses of Powers:
Living Knowledge- Inside of her 'Inner World', Alice's knowledge is a living thing... Weird isn't it, which makes them quite difficult to work with at times and are often conflicting with Alice's own will. So its constantly a battle between Alice and the knowledge she has inside her often battling. With all this warring going on inside of her head she often has migraines or severe headaches.

Too Fast for Me!- With all the technological advances that been happening, Alice has been preoccupied to what she has recorded that she can use accurately. So what ever been happening in the last 15-30 years she has been gathering information about them so that she could get a good idea of whats been happening with all these sudden technological advances. So with this, anything that has happened within 15-30 years she has little to no information on them and often asks about them.

Alienation of Offensiveness - Her memories at most times often agree to shut Alice's Offensive capabilities making her mostly use defensive spells to defend herself and if possible use them to hurt her enemies. Although she could trick the knowledge into thinking that a offensive spell is a defensive spell if she uses it correctly, but who has the time of being creative in a battle unless you got the time? But besides all this, her main option is usually to run away or stall until allies help her out.

Dont Touch, Just Look...- Alice's Inner World ability wont be able to be activated during combat due to security reasons, because there is the risk of having a enemy being transported along with you to the other dimension. So in order to make sure Alice can still protect herself, a one way link is passively established between her and the inner world with the information flowing to Alice, allowing her to use her powers. Once out of combat, Alice must make sure no enemies are in sight before she can access her inner world.
Role in the Media and Public Eye: All libraries are warned to lock their doors and hide their books because Alice has quite a bad reputation with libraries and their expensive and rare books that they have. She loves the feeling of adventure every once in a while and doesnt mind doing anything rebellious if there is a book involved at the end of the line. So every so often, Alice usually leaves a note at the library stating which book she has taken and switches the books with other libraries. This causing a big mess with all the books of the libraries that she goes to as she switches the books everytime she reaches a different place..

Name: Charlotte Dyer
Gender: Female
Age: 260 years of age, physically ten(can physically reach around 26). The problem of old age, according to her, has been solved as far as she is concerned.
Appearance: Charlotte has black hair, very pale skin, and green eyes. Her dress in this picture is black with white frills. In combat, she dons a more stereotypical witch outfit when she has the time. She wears a wide-brimmed, pointed hat, a high-collared cape(ripped at the edges), a black jacket, and a tattered knee-length skirt. She also owns a deliberately-stereotypical detective-style longcoat.
Personality: Charlotte is, at first glance, rather childish and immature. Well... as far as her chronological age goes, at least. And this is not some sort of elaborate facade, she genuinely has some rather childish tendencies, such as a preference for sweets over other foods and the like. However, she is also highly sarcastic, bluntly making rather insulting remarks towards others for what she perceives as stupidity or foolishness. Charlotte has a tendency to taunt and mock others, even those on her side, and greatly enjoy doing so. She likes to tease people in various ways, though never in an actually harmful fashion. At the same time, however, she is rather dedicated to preventing magic being used for truly evil purposes and intends on defending innocent people from being effected as a result. She views it as an abuse of power, something she cannot stand. She is also rather intent on keeping her allies safe, and she does genuinely care about those who work with her... at least unless they make her angry. Charlotte avoids killing humans if she can, but she won't hesitate if her hand is forced. Charlotte maintains her ten-year-old appearance for several reasons. Firstly, it is easier to sustain a body like this. Second, it's a pain to return to her adult form. Third, it's easy to escape notice when you look like a little girl and it makes what you are capable of more unexpected. Fourth, it makes teasing people much more entertaining. Charlotte loves her craft and performing it how she feels is proper. She is very intent on hunting down her remaining apprentices, who have gone far, far off the path of what she feels is proper and become intensely dangerous magical criminals. Charlotte feels that it is her duty to stop them however she must, though she will also handle other crimes along the way.
Skills: Charlotte is skilled in information gathering and some detective techniques. She completely lacks any physical fighting ability and is as strong and durable as she appears(which is not very at all). She uses numbing spells on her knives so that blood sacrifices do not hurt as much, as she has a very low tolerance for pain. She also tires easily from enough physical exertion, though she replenishes her stamina more quickly then average. She also has some stealth skills.
Weaknesses: Again, Charlotte is physically weak and lacking in durability, tiring easily. She also lacks any physical combat skills. In fact, it would be easy enough to pick her up and restrain her if she does not have time to cast a spell and defend herself. She's no more physically competent then she looks.
Bio: Charlotte was born two-hundred years ago, and to begin with she did not have a particularly extraordinary life. It was not until her mid-teens that she discovered an old book in her father's home... a book of magic. In secret, she began to practice magic from this tome, becoming deeply involved in her studies to the point of nearly forgetting about everything else. One night, her father discovered what she was doing and was incredibly angry. He said that the book was dangerous, and that she should never have even opened it. Refusing to forgo her studies, her father attempted to seal away the book entirely... and on the very same night, they were attacked. Apparently robbers, they killed her father when he refused to allow them entry to her home. Using her newfound magical power, Charlotte managed to kill them. For a while she was crushed by her father's death, but eventually she simply settled into living by herself. And yet she had little to do in her life. At least, aside from growing her magical power. Practicing more and more, her power grew greater and greater. It was no longer for something to do by herself, but her pride as a witch. While her methods never went to killing innocent people, they were rather dark, involving the sacrifice of animals or the use of her own blood. Managing to halt her aging process at twenty-six, she was now practicing magic and witchcraft simply for herself. She gained a reputation among those aware of magic as her power grew further and further, quickly becoming one of the most accomplished magic-users in her area. At around sixty years of age, Charlotte began prolifically taking apprentices. There were many who wanted to learn from her, after all. She taught them how to prevent the aging process, how to practice dark magic, even summon demons and other creatures. However, she did not do this with the intent of teaching them how to kill or harm innocent people. Their true enemies, perhaps. Supernatural creatures, maybe. Even using magic secretly to get ahead in life. But hurting the innocent? She did not suspect anyone following her schooling would take such a path.
They did. Nearly all of her apprentices chose to delve into even blacker magic, and believed that Charlotte had been holding them back. Several simply left to practice this magic, while others mounted a surprise attack on her in vengeance. While the attack was initially successful, she managed to fight back and defend herself, driving off her former apprentices. However, the attack drained her magically and physically injured her. And so she made a decision. She decided to reduce her body to a state that would use less energy, and be easier to repair and heal. In short, she regressed her physical body back to her ten-year-old self using magic. There were other advantages, but initially this is what she had in mind. And from there... Charlotte continued her practices. She began to offer her services, to the supernatural community, as a detective, using her newly young appearance to obscure who she was. She hunted down magical criminals, both to stop them from abusing magic and to track her former apprentices. Charlotte felt it was her duty to stop them. She began to work with other secret enforcers of the supernatural, travelling the world to find information about her quarries.
Today, she works more openly, as superheroics have been revealed. She lacks a true "superhero name", instead taking a title she gained all those years ago. "The Witch of the Black Moon", or "Blackmoon Witch".
Relationship: Single
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Alias: Blackmoon Witch
Origin of Powers: Magic
Description of Powers: Charlotte is a skilled witch, specializing in various darker magical techniques. However, as dark as her spells get she will never dip truly into black magic. That said, she practices some blood magic(using her own blood or the blood of animals eaten by people) and sometimes summons presences that require sacrifices(again, something of herself or an animal people eat). Her catalogue of spells includes various illusion spells, summoning spells, offensive magic, and defensive magic. They include:
-Corvid Murder: An easily-deployed spell with a rather descriptive name, Corvid Murder creates an array of what are seemingly crows to either use as projectiles or spy on her enemies depending on the situation. It requires magical power and casting time, but little else aside from that. The crows themselves are actually simple magic constructs that can relay information or explode. The explosions are not strong enough to be lethal, but can blast an enemy off their feet and cause very minor burns. The longer Charlotte takes casting this spell, the more crows are created. If necessary, she can fuse two crows into a raven, which produces a more powerful explosion that can be used for blasting apart obstacles.
-Black Shield: Another spell without much cost, Black Shield takes the form of a pitch black magic circle, hovering where Charlotte has created it. It merely requires the words of the spell being stated and the symbol being inscribed in the air using Charlotte's forefinger. It can vary in size, but it must be a circle and Charlotte must complete it in order for it to function. Its function is, of course, as a shield, capable of blocking anything from bullets to explosions. However, enough force can break through it, and magical damage pierces it far easier then normal damage.
-Bramble Wall: Requiring a sacrifice of hair, Charlotte can cut some of her hair and cast it to the ground. This causes a wall of thorny brambles to sprout, blocking attackers. However, they can be broken, and the spell requires ground where brambles can grow.
-Midnight Ripper: A spell with a higher cost, Midnight Ripper incarnates a bolt of blackened magical energy, and can produce eight for each casting. These blasts knock enemies off their feet and with high enough power can even be lethal if properly directed(Charlotte rarely sees the need for this). This spell requires a sacrifice of blood, meaning that Charlotte must often slice her palm. However, her healing magic can compensate for this bloodloss.
-Infinite Darkness: A combination sealing spell and offensive spell, Infinite Darkness is a spell used against only Charlotte's most dangerous opponents, ones that she cannot find an alternate route to defeating. Requiring her to slash both of her wrists and shed a great deal of blood for the spell to function(or sacrifice enough animals to fill in the cost, impractical given the spell's use), Infinite Darkness fires an immense blast of magical energy, destroying much of the target's body, before containing them in a magical seal. The bloodloss, even with her healing abilities, leaves her in a daze, and the spell is used only against enemies who absolutely cannot be defeated by any other means(and with GM permission).
-"Aging Cream": In actuality an illusion spell, "Aging Cream" allows Charlotte to appear in her adult form using an illusion. It can be dispelled simply by hitting it hard enough, though touching it lightly will cause it to feel like a real body. Charlotte uses it when necessary to appear as an adult physically, as it is far easier to perform this spell then cause her body to change back and fourth. Charlotte can change back and fourth, but it is a more costly process.
-Summoning: Varying greatly, Charlotte can perform various summoning spells. Requiring a circle drawn out of chalk, and sacrifices varying from objects, to blood, to animals, Charlotte can use them for a number of purposes.
--Jack: A house-sized pumpkin with tentacle-like vines, allowing it to walk. Impervious to gunfire(though vulnerable to explosives, magic, and sufficient blunt trauma), Jack bears a massive face resembling that of a Jack 'o Lantern. It even contains a fire inside, which allows it to release fireballs. Charlotte, when summoning Jack, rides atop it. Jack requires the sacrifice of multiple chickens, a cow, or a sufficient amount of blood from Charlotte's body. It is the most notable summon.
--Horrors: Dabbling in some rather eldritch techniques, Charlotte can summon starfish-like tentacled creatures. They are easily slain and Charlotte prefers not to use them given their nature, but she will do so in a pinch.
Charlotte has various healing spells cast on her body, allowing her to heal minor injuries quite quickly. However, blood takes longer to replenish and certain spells will leave her dazed from loss of blood.
Charlotte has a fair amount of money, which she uses to fund her magical practices. She owns a rather large home outside of London, as well(and another in this city). She keeps several farm animals(and takes the ones she can transport with her easily). They are well-cared for up until they are required for a sacrifice. On her person, Charlotte carries various small knives so that she can perform blood sacrifices or cut her hair. She also carries chalk to inscribe magic circles on surfaces when necessary. Charlotte also owns some magical items, mostly tomes of spells... But also a seemingly ordinary Victorian-era lantern. It is, however, powered by magic, a power that has been building up ever since it was created inside it. It can be released in a potent blast, but only has one use before the power must build for a hundred years or more once again.
Weaknesses of Powers: Charlotte must cast all her spells, and many require a sacrifice of some sort. Bloodloss still effects her even if it cannot kill her, and drawn-out combat that requires her to sacrifice a lot of blood will make her quite dazed and weary. She is absolutely not a physical fighter, even in the rare occasions where she uses her adult form.
Role in the Media and Public Eye: Charlotte does not much care about how she's viewed by the media. She'll sometimes tease and taunt reporters, obscure her true identity as the original Witch of the Black Moon, and generally act as she usually does. She does, however, jokingly ask for payments of sweets for her services to the innocent, not really expecting anyone to give her any.
Other: Charlotte will try and persuade others to go out and get things for her. She's kind of lazy sometimes.

Name: Skyler
Gender: Male
Age: 22
Appearance: Skyler stands at 5’6” and possesses a thin frame, weighing 128 pounds.
Combat Outfit (Excluding the red mask)

Personality: Skyler is a rather playful individual who keeps a gentle smile on his lips and a light weight on his heart. He seems to maintain a calm and serene demeanour through most situations. ‘Once you panic, it’s over.’ Skyler attempts to throughly examine every problem at hand in an attempt to find a solution and displays patience and professionalism.

While he keeps calm and collected, one shouldn’t be fooled. Skyler is not a leader, and hates being responsible for others’ decisions in a team. He’d rather be lead than take the wheels himself and he’s mostly comfortable a distance from the occurring event, able to calmly analyse the situation through the scope of his rifle.

Outside of battle, Skyler is an incredibly loving individual whom could also be considered cuddly and huggable. The concept of personal space is something he discarded long ago and can at times make others uncomfortable because of it. He isn’t afraid to display his emotions, as he can be a very emotionally driven person when he isn’t working. However, if his heart beats for someone, he becomes shy and reserved around that person.

Skills: Skyler is rather adept at video gaming, acting and displays great precision and accuracy.

Weaknesses: Skyler cannot swim, he has a phobia of spiders, a phobia of being alone and doesn’t have a very notable memory.

Bio: As a child, Skyler grew up in an experimental facility. The purpose was quite simple, ‘find orphans and test drugs on them until someone does something inhuman.’ While comparable to a prison, Skyler couldn’t say that he was treated badly. All the kids were allowed to roam free around the facility, hang out with each other and have something resembling a normal life. Everyday they’d have to show up for the injections and the experimentation as well as combat training but free time was indeed present. Needless to say, this project was funded under the table and officially didn’t exist.

With the super powered threats appearing all over the world, it was only natural that the government would attempt to counter this by creating their own inhuman soldiers. Remarkably, it worked. Several children were indeed compatible with the drugs and displayed new mutations allowing them to preform impressive feats.

Skyler would grow close to a boy named Evan, someone he’d learn to consider a dear friend. Their relationship was close both emotionally and physically. Every moment they spent apart was an unwelcome addition to their caged lives but at the end of the day, they’d end up together once more. Skyler was incredibly compatible with the experiments and quickly showed signs of a new power, making him an immediate favourite of the bunch. Less and less time was spent with his friend as Skyler was constantly pulled away for new experiments.

As would be the fate of many illegal projects, the facility was compromised. Rumours had it that there was a mole on the inside but there was little proof and the government denied any and all involvement. Once the now seventeen year old children were brought to safety and rehab, the facility was shut down and ransacked by the authorities. Funny how the right hand of the government had no idea what the left hand was doing.

It didn’t take long for Skyler to don the robes of a vigilante with Evan taking the role of radio contact, the latter young man quite good with computers. Five years later and they keep this up, now members of a team of vigilantes. Evan has displayed faint traces of telekinesis but hasn't been able to truly develop the skill into something formidable. He prefers to stay behind a computer screen, providing intel to field operatives.

Weapons:
A Walther 2000 Sniper Rifle

A Colt 1911 Handgun

Ammo:
Shock Darts - Results in fainting through electrical shocks.
Neurotoxin Darts - Results in temporary paralysis in the body part which was hit.

Relationship: Single

Alignment: Chaotic Good - Skyler believes that violence can solve a lot of problems but always refrains from taking a life. Beating someone around a bit can indeed change her/his ‘evil ways’, but going as far as killing someone is an action you cannot come back from.

Alias: Sniper

Origin of Powers: Skyler is the result of a series of experiments having been made on him as a child, in an attempt to create a new breed of soldiers.

Description of Powers: Skyler has the ability to permanently replicate anything he touches. This has limitations however as the object cannot weigh more than one kilo. It has been displayed that two replicas can simultaneously exist. A third replica would erase the first.

Due to this ability, Skyler’s cells do not split but rather constantly replicate which has effecivly stopped his ageing.

Weaknesses of Powers: Skyler cannot replicate the magical or supernatural properties of an item. The item cannot be organic, even living wood has been difficult and draining to replicate.

While Skyler has gone through extensive training in firearms, the melee aspect of combat has trailed behind and he would not be able to hold his own in such a battle.

Skyler’s mutation is in no way battle oriented in itself, requiring a firearm to be useful in combat.

Role in the Media and Public Eye: If the cameras are turned towards him, Skyler usually attempts to stay out of their line of sight but as curious as people are, he has been interviewed at times, against his better judgement. He attempts to be as polite as possible and keeps things short and professional. At times he can share his views and sometimes he jokes around a bit, saying that he's too scared to be in the middle of a fight, that's why he keeps a distance and watches everything instead.

Overall, the media seems to have a rather neutral view of him and consider him rather human due to his subtle power and choice of 'human weaponry'.

Name: Suzanne "Suzy" Meadows

Gender: Technically genderless but Suzy is shaped and identifies as a female

Age: 18

Appearance: Suzy is a tall girl, standing at roughly 6 foot even, and enjoys the perks it brings greatly. However she has a disproportionate weight for a girl of her body shape and height, reaching almost 250 pounds robotics. Her parents wanted to give her the most normal look they could when she was in development and as such has fairly average looks as far as body goes. No obscenely wide hips or a ludicrous bust size, just your normal looking girl. However she does have a little more toned body to fit with the ideal style of her time.

Personality: Suzy is a little confused, in more ways than one. She spends most of her day just being awed by the sights that she can see and the different people she meets. However she isn't all there, so to speak. Her emotions weren't fully developed when she was separated and flung from her world into this one and as such has a very skewed view on how the world works. She hasn't gotten the whole concept of lying and usually takes everything she is told as truth, likewise sarcasm as well as metaphors go right over her head. Lastly she is very naive, easily manipulated, and has a very black and white view of right and wrong. Thankfully this will change as her adaptive AI learns and changes to suit this new world of hers.

Skills: After being stuck with nothing but cooking books, Suzy has discovered that she has a flare for cooking and as such loves the subject. When not wandering the city or on a mission, she can easily be found in the kitchen cooking whatever tickles her fancy and loves to share with others.

Weaknesses: Easily manipulated, can't tell truth from lie, and has little understanding of why people would turn to crime for any reason. She also is highly anxious of her non-humanity, thinking that if her teammates found out she was an android than they would reject her. As such should any of her robot bits become obvious she will scramble to conceal them.

Bio: Suzy came from the planet Earth, however not this Earth and not this time. In Suzy's Earth, Anarchy was the name of the game. With no government, people did as they pleased and there was no restrictions as to what was "moral" or "right". With this in mind Suzy's creators, or parents as she calls them, well... created her. Unlike this Earth, AI's could be created on a whim if the person had enough know-how and Dr.'s Adrian and Lorena Meadows definitely had enough of that. After several years of toil, the first prototype of Suzy was created, sure it had some glitches here and there but it was a start. Tweak after tweak the two toiled until eventually they had the finished product. Suzy was an exact replica of the daughter they had lost so long ago. However as the saying goes, nothing good ever lasts.

A gang of thugs was hired by a rival scientist to trash the lab that Suzy called home. In a panic, the little family fled deep into the twisting complex that was home base until eventually they had no where to go. In a desperate attempt, Dr. Adrian activated the experimental teleporter that, in a matter most contrived, made up the whole room they were in. The teleporter did its job and flung the family into not only time, but space. Suzy saw worlds, stars, aliens, and more but what struck her the most was the recurring vision of Earth. There were hundreds upon hundreds of them, more than she could ever hope to count in a million years. Lost, separated from her family, and scared. Suzy reached out and touched one Earth and found herself in the city. She has spent the last few days wandering and exploring the city, hoping that she can find some answers as to what she saw in the tear.

Relationship: Single

Alignment: Lawful Good

Alias: Nova

Origin of Powers: Robotic body, science.

Description of Powers:
Suzy has a robot body built to last in the chaotic world that his her Earth. As such she is far more durable and in fact more advanced than most of what could be found on this Earth.
-"Skin", a highly durable and lifelike material that feels just like normal flesh. Not incredibly durable by itself but can take far more punishment than normal people skin.
-"Muscle", the real source of her strength. These synthetic fibers give Suzy supernatural levels of strength, easily lifting 6 tons. However, should her internal systems deem a situation life threatening she can raise that level to 100 tons for a short amount of time should an adrenaline like substance flow through her system.
-"Bone", the skeletal structure of her body is made from metals not yet developed by this Earth and are far stronger than any found as of yet. It would take a lot of pressure and force to break them.
-"Eyes", these little things can magnify 20x and view in infrared, ultraviolet, and "neural vision" which can show the persons general mood. Also has perfect vision and expanded peripheral vision.
-"Brain", a supercomputer in all honesty. Suzy can calculate, store, and process information faster than most people. However that doesn't mean that she will understand what she has processed and could lead to some prolonged pondering.
-"Anatomy", since she isn't human, Suzy doesn't fallow biological rules. Does not need to sleep, eat, breath, or drink nor can she be adversely affected by sickness or poison. However she does enjoy these activities and can in fact "dream" in a sense.
-"Healing", not as fantastic as it sounds. Her wounds only heal slightly faster than a regular humans would, however given that she is a robot this is a marvel of modern science.

Weaknesses of Powers:
-Suzy has mental blocks placed against her that dampen her strength, much like that of a human. These are placed because, like for humans, should she go full power all the time she would severely harm herself and others as her systems tear themselves apart, leading towards a system overload and subsequent detonation.
-While she is quite durable, bullets can still harm her when prolonged fire is present. Higher calibers like 50. caliber or armor piercing can punch through her like butter. However this isn't as much as a concern than energy based weapons that cause her "skin" to melt at high temperatures and reveal what she really is, plus it would overheat her system.
-Her AI may be advanced, but she is still technically a robot and a highly skilled hacker could break into her systems and take over.
Role in the Media and Public Eye: For the most part, unknown. The few people who have seen her in action view her in a positive light for her cheerful attitude and helpful nature put beyond that she is basically a nobody.

Other: I will rise
-Suzy is asexual, as in she isn't sexually attracted to any gender. However she isn't aromantic and could look for love in the future.
