For any of the nations that were previously claimed, yeah. I'm fairly certain you may be able to squeeze in as any nation someone hadn't already put interest in though.

Edit: Switzerland, Bavaria, Hanover, and China are all open.

We theoretically have two slots left. List what nations you want, and you may or may not get in.

If Ab and Mag are going with the 20-player limit that is common with WiR, then you may be able to join. But you'll probably have to settle for whatever is left. There are still some decent choices, and I think you can choose countries that aren't listed. But it's up to Ab and Mag. I don't know if they're going with the 20-player limit or if they're toning it down a bit. We have eighteen players currently.

Okay, sweet! In that case, my list will be

1. China
2. Switzerland
3. Bavaria

Though if I can choose something not listed, I would put Denmark in 1st place, and Ethiopia in 2nd, bumping Switzerland and Bavaria out.

So...it might be tricky to form the Scandinavian Commonwealth if someone is playing Denmark.

Edit: Oh, just saw that Snow is China. That makes things easier.

Some very interesting decisions there, not gonna lie. I figured Byrd would be the best choice for the US given how knowledgeable he is with it, especially in this period.

May I also ask why some people got their third choice even though they had no one contesting them for their first (and second)? Just curious.

If I am to be honest? So that we can, as far as possible, recycle stats from Mk I and get this ball rolling ASAP.

Ah. Fair enough.

I thought you were just being cautious and giving new players more out-of-the-way countries, which would have been understandable too. But I would have vouched for Snow being a good-enough player to have Denmark, or at least Ethiopia.

EDIT: Snow is not a WiR player, but I've roleplayed with him elsewhere and he's not bad.
