I decided that Wakizame is going to be a teacher of Athalia, because ninjas. That also means that he won't really get that much stronger than he is now (that also emphasizes the students growth in power and overcoming weaknesses! :o). The scythe abilities will be made as soon as I could get to it. Behold!

Powers
Ninpo - Wakizame is good at pulling off a surprisingly small amount of Ninpo techniques for someone who spent his entire life in training on all of the arts of Ninpo, but in return, he perfected most of nearly every Ninpo technique he has talent in. Wakizame tends to create his own abilities out of his knowledge on Ninpo, creating an entirely new style of fighting that is distinct from the Shinobi arts. His knowledge on Ninpo also allows him to know certain tricks performed by his opponent during combat, due to how Ninpo is more of an art of tricks than an actual martial art. Wakizame is best known for sui-ren, taijutsu, bojutsu, kusarigamajutsu, shurikenjutsu, shinobi-iri, boryaku, and tenmon.
Karate - Wakizame enhances his taijutsu through karate, allowing him to make decisive strikes combined with his Ninpo knowledge.
Erupting Passion! - Wakizame has an excessively amount of passion and willpower to resist the most traumatizing of moments, most notably due to his status as his shattered hometown's final savior. It is (if not impossible) extremely hard to convince Wakizame to actually do something for a greater evil.
Burning Justice! - Wakizame is able to gain access to Fire Physiologic abilities when using certain abilities, even though he is actually not a full-blown pyromancer. This fire is actually his passionate Ki materialized to the point where he could use it to perform abilities that many others cannot pull off.
Six Strikes of Flight!
The SSF are attacks personally configured by Wakizame himself! These particular attacks allow Wakizame to chain certain attacks together, allowing him to pull off magnificent combos at a fast pace! The attacks are named after the first five Greek Alphabets and the last Greek Alphabet, and are organized so that Wakizame could properly pull off attacks that could surely leave a dent on his foes' prides if he successfully initiates them. Whenever the first attack of a planned combo is blocked, Wakizame will not perform any more of the attacks unless he thinks he could possibly break his opponents' defensive stances. The last Strike of Flight is an attack that cannot be chained into as much as the rest of the Strikes, but it is an incredibly powerful move. Fear the Six Strikes of Flight!
Alpha: Sudden Strike of Suddenness! - Wakizame strikes his opponent with both of his fists. This particular attack can connect to any of the following Greek Alphabets: Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Epsilon. Alpha is usually used to begin chains of attacks easily. Alpha can also be used five times in a row and end with a Delta attack.
Beta: Snake Pincer! - Wakizame quickly lashes out, striking both sides of his opponent's temple. This attack can connect to any of the following Greek Alphabets: Alpha, Gamma, Delta, and Epsilon. If Alpha is chosen to be used right after Beta is used, the chain of attacks will end. If Gamma is chosen to be used right after Beta is used, then it may be followed up with the following chain of attacks in order: Gamma, Delta, Alpha, Gamma, Alpha, Gamma, Epsilon.
Gamma: Tiger Upperslash! - Wakizame positions his hands into that of a ferocious tiger's before performing a vertical slash at his opponent. This attack can connect to any of the following Greek Alphabets: Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Epsilon. Wakizame may connect Gamma with Alpha up to four times before his last Alpha strike sends his opponent flying away from him. If Beta is chosen to be used right after Gamma, then it may be followed up with the following chain of attacks in order: Alpha, Alpha, Epsilon, Beta, Delta.
Delta: Fist of the Fourth Star! - Wakizame gathers his strength before delivering a punch that sends his target flying in a single direction. If the target collides with a hard wall before they land on the ground, they will be stunned for a very brief amount of time. This attack can connect with Greek alphabets Gamma and Alpha up to two times, but will not send the opponent flying if he chooses to connect additional attacks to Delta. If Alpha is chosen to be used right after Delta, then it may be followed up with the following chain of attacks in order: Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, Epsilon OR Alpha, Omega.
Epsilon: Secret Art! Jaws of Justice!!! - Wakizame quickly performs three spin kicks in mid-air. The final spin kick will send any targets making contact with the foot spiraling away from Wakizame and put them in a dizzy state. This attack can only connect with Beta once in mid-air, and if Epsilon is used twice, the first Epsilon will only deal two kicks to make room for Beta to be used.
Omega: Forbidden Technique! Reyuiza Shiro Wakizame Kogeki!!! - Wakizame may either grab a target to ensure Omega succeeding for sure, or immediately head onto the attacking sequence of the ability. Depending on any choice he makes to initiate the attack, Wakizame punches and kicks a target fifty times under seven seconds before delivering a mighty uppercut! If the uppercut fully connects, Wakizame emits a brilliant blue Ki aura and gains the ability to Shadowstep with much greater range and infinitely chain the Six Strikes of Flight in an endless combo for a duration of fifteen seconds. His opponents and allies can also be forced to listen to a theme song, though this is obviously an optional step in the Reyuiza Shiro Wakizame Kogeki!!!... or is it?
Techniques
Hammer Shark! - Wakizame deflects a physical strike dealt by a blade or fist with his fingers before leaping over his opponent. Regardless of whether he strikes successfully or not, Wakizame will deliver a hammer strike with his fists, vertically spinning like a tire wheel and propelling himself far away from the opponent. Take note that this particular attack occurs in 0.5 seconds!
The Poke of Guaranteed Interruption On Super Powerful Attacks! - The PGIOSPA is quite literally what it says. Wakizame delivers the world's most annoying poke at an opponent channeling certain spells, immediately dispelling the channeled attack. While the poke deals literally no physical damage whatsoever, it somehow manages to disturb the poked opponent so much. There is an 85.3% chance that Wakizame would get his a-s kicked after poking someone, but who cares?
X-Men Wolverine Combo! - Wakizame takes out six kunais, letting three of them stick out between four of his fingers (excluding his thumb) for each hand. He then slashes wildly in an "X" pattern in front of him. Wakizame may choose to run or stand still while performing this attack. This is one of the few abilities that can connect with one of the Greek Alphabets. In this case, he may use X-Men Wolverine Combo! right after Alpha or Gamma.
Supah Dupah Hypah Diapah Pullah! - Wakizame does a wedgie on someone in the name of freaking justice. It is nearly guaranteed that he would get his a-s kicked somehow after the ability is performed.
Shadowstep! - Wakizame rushes toward a target location at a short range. This particular ability allows Wakiame to either close the distance between him and his opponent, purposefully avoid attacks, or move quickly like the wind for his groceries!
Temple Breaker! - Wakizame delivers ten randomized fist strikes at his opponent's head with great speed. The opponent must block all of the particularly swift attacks, or break Wakizame's attack by deflecting one of the strikes. This is one of the few abilities that Wakizame cannot abuse due to how tiresome it could get after several uses.
Falcon Flyer! - Wakizame horizontally spins through the air, his body lit on brilliant flames. Wakizame will knock aside any opponents in his way, dealing moderate blunt damage to anyone who dares to stop his burning flight! Wakizame tends to laugh like a brilliant idiot whenever he does this for the first time he meets someone for a day, which can drive some people absolutely insane.
Golden Power Blow! - Wakizame charges a regular strike before delivering an attack six times more powerful than his regular basic attacks. This attack will absorb one physical strike, though any more physical strikes would break the charge. He may pull off a kick, a punch, or maybe even one of his more useless abilities such as Supah Dupah Hypah Diapah Puller!.
Substitution! - Wakizame holds a defensive stance. If a physical or magical attack hits him, then he will suddenly disappear in a puff of smoke, leaving only a substitution log in where he once was. Wakizame may choose to either appear directly behind, in front, above, underneath, or far away from the target that attempted to strike him. This is, by far, one of the main reasons why he is able to keep up with far-ranged magic wielders due to how absurd the amount of distance he could cover with Substitution is.
Chaos Fist - Wakizame gathers his burning willpower and true strength before punching with the force of a full-speed fighter jet. He is restricted from using this ability on the students of Athalia due to how lethal the attack is.
Kusarigama Techniques
Cross Spin - Specifically named in honor of Maria Cross, the Cross Spin involves Wakizame using his kusarigamas to fling around spinning scythes controlled by the chains connected to them. A generally versatile move, Cross Spin can be used to severely decrease the openings present on Wakizame.
Kagura - Wakizame performs an extremely wide spin attack. The chains connected to the scythes allow him to severely extend the attack's range. This attack can connect with Satsuki, Fujimoto, and Sato up to four times, and Cross Spin only one time.
Satsuki - Wakizame flips vertically before delivering a powerful hammer strike with his scythes. This attack can connect with Sato or Fujimoto two times, and Cross Spin only one time.
Sato - Wakizame spins and diagonally slashes twice with the two kusarigamas. This attack can connect with Kagura, Kawaguchi, and Cross Spin once.
Fujimoto - Wakizame smashes his scythes together, knocking back all targets around him by a small distance. If this attack is connected through Satsuki, Wakizame will smash the target instead, and no knock back will occur. Beginning with this ability allows Wakizame to connect it with Kawaguchi.
Kawaguchi - Wakizame vertically and horizontally slashes at an opponent simultaneously. This particular ability grants Wakizame a boost of momentum and speed in all of his actions for ten seconds. This attack resets the amount of connections he can make with the Kusarigama Techniques. He cannot perform Kawaguchi again in the second simultaneous command line for his abilities.
Overdrives
*All of these overdrives are never to be used on Athalia's students, and may only be used against the mortal enemies of the academy. The only exception is Dynamic Entry! due to how he does that nearly all of the time.
Steel Hail! - Wakizame gathers one-hundred tiny kunais before throwing them all into the skies! A moderately large target location will have a bunch of kunais falling at it for approximately fifteen seconds. Wakizame can use this ability to force fighters that utilize mobility to stop moving around for a short amount of time, or destroy certain projectiles from reaching either him or his allies. Each kunai deals moderate damage, and will act like any sort of metallic weapon. Bringing an iron umbrella may hurt Wakizame's feelings when he uses this overdrive.
Forbidden Dynamite Explosion! - Wakizame runs, prepared to strike anyone in his way with an elbow. If he hits a desired target, Wakizame will proceed to punch, kick, and attack the opponent in six powerful strikes before grabbing the foe's face. Wakizame will then run like the wind! He will then proceed to either jump and slam dunk the opponent's head into the ground, or simply smash them into a wall. The final attack's damage somewhat relies on the terrain Wakizame uses. If the terrain is hard enough, a small explosion will erupt from where the opponent crashes into, sending them flying away at a short distance.
Dynamic Entry! - Quite literally one of the reasons why many villains and heroes alike hate Wakizame. If no one has seen Wakizame for a certain amount of time, the probability of him popping out of nowhere while causing a ruckus in unique ways will increase drastically. Wakizame can actually use this to his advantage due to how so many people want to ignore his existence.
Mountain Cutter! - Wakizame performs the world's most painful-looking pimp slap if he uses the overdrive at its weakest form. This particular attack can actually dispel weak projectile spells cast toward Wakizame. While it sounds like a pathetically humorous ability, Wakizame can actually sharpen the overdrive's attack. The strongest form of Mountain Cutter can literally cut a mountain.
FINAL OVERDRIVE: BELIEF
Wakizame pulls out his kusarigamas before slashing through an opponent with them, a white aura being left behind from the scythes. If he successfully strikes an opponent, the kusarigamas will not deal any damage, but will imprison the target in chains. The kusarigamas themselves will point themselves towards the target's body. Wakizame disconnects the chains connected to the kusarigamas before locking the chain ends together. These chain ends cannot be removed from their positions. Wakizame flys high into the skies. After reaching the mesosphere of Earth, Wakizame will fall straight down toward where he left the chains before crashing into the chains with extreme force. Unless the target is immortal, the attack will instantly destroy the imprisoned target.
Weaknesses
Non-Human Creatures - Wakizame tends to have trouble fighting creatures that does not use the human body's structure, as most of his abilities rely on pinpointing attacks on certain locations.
Annoyance - Wakizame is- and always will be- extremely annoying to those that cannot stand his loud and brash behavior. It only gets worse when Wakizame misunderstands the hatred shown towards him as secret admiration, which would probably happen due to how ignorant he could get.
Gullible - In contrast to his strategic combat styles, Wakizame can be fooled quite easily through words, though this is not exactly the case against those considered to be his enemies.
Bosom - Wakizame just cannot bring himself to strike down beautiful women. He can, however, mistake certain women as boys and treat them as such if they have particularly lacking bosoms. Having lived in Japan, he's seen too many "trap" characters.
Miscalculations - Wakizame is not perfect: he may make mistakes while performing some of his more straining abilities, attacks, and stunts. This is not a frequent trait, however.
Dogs and Spirits - Wakizame actually has dog allergies despite taking care of one himself. He also has a strange kind of allergy that only occurs whenever a solidified form of a spirit is nearby. He treats spirits based on how they look like, so if they look like talking lions, he would flip out, and if they look like people, he would try to treat them as people. Wakizame will know if they are spirits or not due to his senses, though he might be gullible enough into believing that he's just allergic to certain types of hair when someone is disguised as another.
Technology - Self-explanatory. Wakizame will be one of the last few people to be using a typewriter by the time everyone uses keyboards.
CSI Miami - Y-EAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-
Personality
Wakizame boasts extreme energy and enjoys make excessively flashy and dramatic entrances in wherever he goes. He holds great admiration to those who have a close view to his take on "justice," which is the ability to at least protect the dear innocent lives in wherever he goes. His very existence tends to p-ss people off due to how clingy he could get in trying to help out in situations he is not supposed to even butt into. Sometimes, he acts so rashly, even the most calm of kind people could possibly snap at his good-willed intentions that tend to go haywire. Wakizame also tends to go quite crazy and fanatical over the woman that eventually claims his heart.
He is, however, also an honorable man. When his mysterious hometown, Reyuiza, was on the verge of being destroyed by an unknown force of demons and monsters, Wakizame was the last of the village's defenders to survive and save the place. Now the sole leader of the Reyuiza, he seeks to rebuild the town through jobs that could get him paid. Children of Reyuiza see him as the world's greatest hero, and the townspeople look up to his great spirit and good heart. Without him, the town would crumble into nonexistence. Wakizame's ultimate goal is to bring his the people's brightest smiles back from the monsters that took the lives of his friends, even if it means his death was necessary.
Wakizame hosts a wisdom that he himself could not detect in himself. He also treats anyone who wants to learn things from him with great care and respect, almost to the point where one would wonder if he was really a teacher or just that "one friend of that one dude."
Background
Wakizame Kawaguchi! Some call him "D-ckhead," and some call him "Jacka-s," but he himself sees himself as a warrior who strives to endlessly save the day. A cliche, he calls it, but also a cliche that was better than the evil that spouted out cheesy nonsense! To gain enough money and power to save his hometown Reyuiza, is his mission, and to protect the lives that must live their longest is his fate.
As a young student studying the styles of Ninjutsu, Wakizame was born out of the most noble family in his secluded town, Reyuiza. The first technique he developed on his own was the legendary Supah Dupah Hypah Diapah Pullah!, which eventually became one of the most prominent methods that ninjas used to prank each other. Despite the fact that he made so many useless contributions to the dojo he learned and lived in, his master constantly reminded him that he would become a protector of the town. His exuberant and courageous personality supported his goal to become one of the greatest defenders Reyuiza has ever received.
Then, Wakizame's greatest trial arrived. For an unknown force of monsters eventually tore apart the secluded town. Much of the town's denizens died, most of them being the guardians of the town. Five of the defenders lasted the longest against the wave of monsters: Kagura, Satsuki, Sato, Fujimoto, and Kawaguchi himself. With their master dead, they defended the town relentlessly, vowing that they would die for the sake of saving the town. Much to his grief, only Wakizame himself survived the onslaught amongst his allies.
Eventually, the monsters were forced to retreat, overpowered by the town's desperate and combined strength. The town of Reyuiza had been devastated, and over nine-tenths of the population were destroyed, never to return again. But Wakizame never stopped with simply protecting the town. Though he never led anything other than battle tactics, he stood up against the odds and slowly recovered Reyuiza. Soon enough, he had saved Reyuiza from utter destruction.
Up to this day, he is hailed as a savior, a hero, and the greatest leader to stand against darkness in Reyuiza. Whenever Wakizame visited the town to contribute the money he earns in his days within the outside world, he would share tales of the amazingly advanced societies outside of Reyuiza. The children loved to hear of his adventures and reenact them, and the grateful men and women saw him as some sort of superhero whenever he popped up in their conversations.
To rebuild Reyuiza may be his mission, but the ability to protect was far more important to Wakizame. Today, he works in Athalia Academy as a teacher to teach others how to protect themselves from evil. Holding a (humorously) incredible amount of respect and adoration to the principal of the academy, Wakizame aims to learn more from his days in the academy and use the knowledge to exceed who he currently is!
Wakizame said "That evil aura! That stupid-a-s face! I know you! You threaten the students' very lives by raising your weapons to strike them down... You show no mercy in wherever you tread! But I am not afraid to announce that those times have come to an end! Striking like a shark, living by moral standards; through trials and errors and becoming a demon of my own, I have become an entirely new warrior from the tragedy you caused in Reyuiza! Now is the time you taste your own medicine... Now it is your time to fear us! PREPARE URANUS!!! THE GREAT SHARK OF REYUIZA HAS COME TO CHANGE THE WHEEL OF FATE!!! My name is Wakizame Kawaguchi, and I will TAKE YOU ALL ON!!!!!"
