Nina Brunner..."Infiltration" pt. II
Well, that went better than expected. Nobody really seemed to care about her arrival, besides the obviously incapacitated Captain. So, Nina takes the opportunity to reach down and casually grab the gun sitting conspicuously in the centre of the room. With a quick, questioning glance at the room's occupants, she checks the safety and puts it in her pocket. She hears a roar in the hallway outside, but doesn't pay it any mind, instead circling the room casually, picking up items she fancies and placing them into her coat's large pockets.
After a quick round, she finally takes the time to return to the situation. She approaches Karina, muttering "Lets see what we have here..." as she bends down and stares the woman in the face. She stays there silently, staring at the woman at an odd angle for a solid five seconds before finally erupting into a grin and remarking,
"Wow, you're quite cute aren't you!"Nina laughs, and only briefly glances at the woman's body in its entirety before standing back up to her full height and smiling.
"Well, you look fine to me. Once we get you out of here, I'll give your wound a closer look, but for now you should just try not to faint."With this, Nina turns back to the rest of the group and once again walks carelessly to the door of the supply closet. Once there, she stands still for a while, before turning back to face them while pointing back at it with her thumb.
"That guy's gone, you know. We really ought to get out of here, and not towards the trams either. If we head that way, we'll be eaten for sure. I suggest we head for the bio labs, since most of the problematic folks have cleared outta there by now, leaving them a lot more empty than these hallways. There are medical supplies there too, so I can patch up Miss Karina here. Sounds like a good plan, yeah?"
As she searches the large boxes marked "Office Supplies", Nina counts off several useful items that she quickly pocketed. A roll of tape...two pens...some thumbtacks...a couple paperclips. Nothing extraordinary. While she puts them in her pockets, she's careful to avoid the others possibly seeing the small metal case she was hiding, just in case they recognized it for what it was.
