The walls, suprisingly, were devoid of paintings or decoration, save a few lamps that lit up automatically when Lucien walked past.


VIVID MENTAL IMAGE OF 12 RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HALLS JUST TO SEE THE LIGHTS TURN ON AND OFF.

EDIT: I vote a 3-way collab with Metronome, Feig and I - so that Rose doesn't get left out. The slaves need tending to (I plan for 12 to get a bath somehow but probably not get even half of the dirt out in one bath, so that Elric can be called to action the next day) plus we can all say hi properly.

This is medieval times, so that probably involves lighting sconce-mounted torches and putting them out again in a bucket of water

Ah, so horrible, horrible witchcraft. I'll gather the town up to form the proper mob then. We will take down all witch intruders... Get all the pitchforks together, a few nice torches. It'll be a fine event to unite the community.

Aight. I vote for, Raiders or Warband.

I wonder what will make the, Out of Towners care about this. WELL BESIDES THE IMMEDIATE THREAT. Someone with something pointy going after you, I get. Very important to deal with.

But me, gotta defend the hometown. Probably by ineffectively flailing my fists, and helping the injured.

Ayup, well, I better get the Town Mob assembled for BATTLE CONDITIONS. Sharpen the pitchforks, light the torches, AND KILL THE WIT-... Threat to Estermere! THEN KILL THE WITCH!
