You could start by having a few simple characters introduced by making them enter the festival grounds. you can always decide not to do anything with them.
You can also always introduce some unnamed characters to flesh out the scene some more.

Maybe you make a character that's responsible for the fireworks?

If it is allowed I would like to make the god of Chaos and Destruction, if that is alright with you.

Both chaos and destruction are fairly well represented already. If you have something that doesn't feel too similar to an already existing god. I made a list in my first IC post.

Also, this is an invitation only campaign. I don't recognize the handle LokiLeo789.
I am kenrick. Do I know you and have I invited you?

Wait. If Tavon is Lyah's father in this campaign. And Berdagon implied this all happened before...
That moment you realize Lily from the other campaign is Lyah's mother in this one.

You know what.. I'm really excited for this rp :3
So I'm gonna post the god I have in mind right now..
Critics are welcome, as long as it's not too offensive ;p
I understand if you find me too hasty, just showing my ideas.

Name: Montis
Titles: God of Mines, the Earthsmith, Shaper of Minerals, Father of Dwarves
True name: Birndràth
Inspiration: the dwarves.
Appearance: No mortal knows what Montis looks like, even to some gods his true form is unknown. Some say Montis has no form at all, that he is just some kind of divine energy, not percievable unless it's doing its work. Others say he looks somewhat like a dwarf but unnaturally big.
Symbols: A torch, a diamond and a stone.
Portfolio: Domain of Mountains, subdomain Mining and minerals.
Alignment: Lawful neutral
Servitars: Dwarves.
Weapon: Montis either wields a sort of grand double edged battle-hammer, or a pickaxe.
Animal: The Dragon
Followers: Specific monk tribes that settle in the mountain peaks to meditate and slow their pace of living.(only those who settle there to contact his snoring conscience)
People(or dwarves) that want to make fortune with gold and other minerals.

Background:
Montis awoke years after the world's creation. He is the son of one of the creators, the one that was (presumably) responsible for everything made of rock and stone. But his father never told him how the world was created, he never slightly hinted how in the world the first ones had brought up the power to create such an immense ecosystem. He felt jealousy towards the creator(s), why did he not posses such a great power, why did he not play a big role in the most important happening. He thought about this for many years, until he finally accepted that he simply could not be as great as his ancestor(s), although his father had spoken his words of trust and predicted he would be proud of Montis one day. Once that day of acceptance came he started thinking of something he could give the world, he started thinking and experimenting to find out where his domain lay, what divine powers he possessed. One day he found out, he just knew it, as he researched his fathers' work. He started inspecting the mountains, still slightly jealous, and he entered several of them, he felt their pressure and the hardness of their solid rock. He created hollow places where great halls could be built, furthermore he picked spots he deemed fit all over the inside of the planet and he morphed the dense granite and stone into multiple different ore and gemstone veins on those spots. He filled up the planet with a good amount of these veins. He then begged the great gods to create a new race that could reside in his halls and be his servitors. A race he had already designed. He knew what they would look like, he had it all in mind, it just needed the spark of life. He also, bold as he was, wished to receive the mountains as his domain. as present for his brilliance and his addition of gems and shiny rocks. For he had made the inside of the earth much more beautiful, ad he was proud of his work.
His wish was granted, the dwarves were created, and they grew out to become the most ambitious mining race on the planet, and also the ones that knew how to get out the full potential of gems and ores. They knew how to improve and always strifed for perfection, although most of them don't even come above ground, there are always adventurous types.

As for the mountains; at first the greater gods hesitated to give him the mountains as domain. But after a while they finally agreed.
Montis was proud to call himself the father of dwarves, and with a feeling of fulfillment and no need to be in an active position all the time as the dwarves could easily get along without his help. He slithered down into a deep divine slumber, not showing himself again...

Untill now!

It's better than it was before, but let me give you some criticism.

Every God was there at the creation, only some not in the form they are now. So there is really no meaning in calling yourself an older god.

What has the animal Dragon to do with your god? Something like a mountain ram would fit more.

No one has yet done anything with dwarves, this is a great opportunity for your god. Maybe focus more on that and less on the earth shaper thing. It's great to sound all powerful, but that puts a barrier between you and the common folk. Don't get me wrong, you could still be the creator of mountains. Allow your god to have mistakes and a need to rely on other gods. That makes interaction a whole lot easier and creates a way more interesting story.

Also I don't get the torch as symbol, why not just a diamond in a stone/rock. Seems more symbolic for the feeling you want to give to your god.

I agree with most of the things you said as critiscism, but I just felt like mentioning that I felt like the gods did have a difference in age. My god for instance is a relatively young one compared to Ëra, Tavon and Katherin. You guys have been around before the human race really came to exist. Vincus spawned from the minds of artists and visionaires. Cre'oan Mal was probably around when the world was being created, or had only just been shaped.

I'm not nescesarily saying that your idea won't work, because the idea that gods only materialize when they find true purpose is also pretty cool, but I find the 'birth of a god' a pretty epic concept.

I know this wasn't the main post of your post, but I just felt like adressing it and putting it open to discussion. Unless you guys had already settled on this idea. I don't want to interfere or anything :/

The idea I have right now is that he is the shaper of mountains, but he no longer posesses the power to do so. By bringing it this way he has flaws, being not all great and powerfull. He is reawakening not a the shaper, but as the god of mining and gems, gold and pickaxes.
Mines that's what the torch is for, but I get your argument, and I will consider.

mountain rams don't live inside of mountains, they don't LOVE gems.. So I thought about it, but figured that a dragon is more spot-on.

The older god part... I'll take it out, I did not realize that all were there at the start :3

Ah, trying to reclaim the old glory he once had not by using his own sheer force, which he doesn't have anymore, but by extending his power through a race, a people! We then return to the idea that you should focus on the dwarven aspect of your god. I would still reccomend not making him the shaper of mountains, since the creation of the world is (in my eyes) supposed to remain a vague and uncharted section of the lore of this world that even the gods get to explore.

Maybe he became jealous of the mountains, and whoever shaped them, and attempts to equal the unkown force that created them? Iunno, just having the force (or if he 'used to have the force') to shape entire landscapes can seem somewhat all powerfull. And to be honest, the concept of the 'god of dwarves' sounds way more interesting than 'the rock titan' to me.

Or I won't take it out just yet, I'm going to wait for Kenrick to enlighten us about the history of the gods.

Alright then, I'll rework it to the god of dwarves and mines.

But wait, I think the dwarves in my story kinda lose sense if Montis didn't make their 'home'..
Don't you agree?
If the creation really needs to stay vague I will change it. Ideas are boiling up this moment so nvm me :3

I did enjoy reading that. The only problem is that now I have to split up my god. Or say that this talk with Tavon and your god happened before Tavon met Lyah. I will write an answer tomorrow, I'm going to sleep right now.

I'm a little confused now. I didn't know Tavon had spoken to anyone since your introduction post. I might've misread something, but I simply assumed the other characters you were controlling weren't Tavon himself. If I must I'll edit it for continuity's sake.

Just a face in the crowd. Nothing more, nothing less. Dressed like a famer he walked among the people, enjoying the festival. If someone followed him with his eyes, he sometimes would be able to see a glimmer of gold in the man’s hair. Next to a market stall filled with sweets, he saw a man hugging a girl and a boy. The girl was wearing a golden ring and the boy was holding a goat. A man walking with the step of a hunter passed him. Someone stormed through the people next to him. A little girl accompanied by a little boy ran through an alley. For a moment the voice of a rather pompous man sounded above the music, shouting at some villagers. The old priest was still sitting high above the rest of the people. A man was drinking next to the largest pyre. This were just a few of the images of the evening. He enjoyed this festival, watching the people of this town from a distance. Walking among them, smiling with them. He wished the other ones would keep it this peaceful.

This was the post I assumed to be your most recent centered around your god.
