Oh, by the way, the book timeline begins in 1991. The movie timeline is supposed to start in the same year, but there are obvious errors during filming - such as the millennium bridge, and obvious change in style of clothes. If so it kinda has to begin in 1991 if we're doing canon only dates - I suppose we just have to remember not to mention anything before that time!

Oh Lordie, hopefully it's in modern times - meaning 2013, hopefully. Or 2012. My...plans - cue evil laugh - will be postponed for decades if it begins in 1991.

And the fact that the props department dated a load of newspapers for film 6 to 2007. And car numberplates. Stuff like that.

Hopefully on that note we will be able to set it in more modern times - it will make it easier for us when mentioning muggle things - having to double-check references can be tedious to some. Although, it is up to the GM.

Name: Katherine Collinsworth

Magical Heritage: Half-blood, but everyone (including her) thinks that she is pureblooded.

Appearance: Long, straight, blonde hair, bright blue eyes, slim, with pale and smooth skin. Very pretty- and proud of it!

Backstory/Personality: Katherine's parents hold very powerful positions in both the muggle and wizardry governments. Katherine's father, Alexander, comes from a very old pureblood family- the Collinsworths, especially closely intermarried with the Malfoy family. He is a very powerful Auror and is cousins with Lucius Malfoy. He married a pureblooded witch, Anne Marcus, who died as a Death Eater. The marriage was arranged by their parents, and so the couple never really liked each other. Because of this, while his wife travelled to various different places, Alexander had a child- Katherine- whom he hid until Anne's death, with Alice deRoux, a French muggle. Everyone believes Katherine to be her child, and Alexander and Alice are secretly still good friends. Alice's father, or Katherine's real grandfather, holds a very influential position in the French government.

Katherine lives with her father in the very large, richly-decorated Collinsworth mansion and is very well-educated and well-mannered- at least to people of importance. Besides English, she can speak French, Spanish, some German, and can write Latin. Katherine's appearance comes from her French mother, as Alexander has black hair and dark eyes.

Most people consider her proud, spoiled, and snobby- which she probably is. Katherine believes that only pureblooded witches and wizards should be allowed to work in the Ministry, and considers muggle-loving purebloods a disgrace to the rest of them. She loves her father very much, but is unaware of his secret muggle-loving attitude. She also loves her spoiled pet cat, Lina. Katherine is very proud of her exceptionally pretty appearance and, although she never wears any make-up, always carries a high-quality hair brush and mirror with her.

Personal Items: 11 1/2 inch Thestral tail-feather wand, oak wood, not very flexible. Black cat called Lina.

Special Gifts and Abilities: Katherine is a very, very good actor and excels in Transfiguration. Her Potions is not as good as most Slytherin, but is also good in Charms and Herbology.

Magical Heritage: Half-blood.

Appearance: The picture is a great start as to what Pearleane looks like. Though, that picture is of her a bit older. She had dark features (hair and eyes) and her skin tone is a soft cream color. However, she can tan very easily, and often receives a more olive tone during the warmer seasons because she prefers to be outside.

Biography/Personality: "A young woman always has three things with her, do you know what those things are my darling?" Pearleane looked up at her mother with her large almond shaped dark eyes, "Is the first one candy?" the girl questioned, her tummy grumbling as she watched her mother cook up dinner that night, a cackle came from the woman's lips, she wiped away her tears as she shook her head at her only daughter, "No, my darling you must have class, ass, and sass." Pearleane nodded, and repeated, "class, sass, and ass, momma I got it- now when is dinner?" The woman shook her head once more, "Not now my child, go play and I'll call you when it's done."

Pearleane was named after her great-grandmother on her very strictly pureblood mother's side. Her father (Frederick Pompaque) was a muggle and was only really around for Pearleane to be conceived. This may have gave Pearleane a bit of a prejudice against some muggles, but because of her kind and forgiving nature she tends to give everyone first and second chances. Pearleane's mother a pureblood (Claudia Wilhmer) single handedly raised the girl, and taught her to be hardworking, dedicated, and patient, even when things are overwhelming. It was no wonder the sorting hat placed her in Hufflepuff with no delay. Before going to Hogwarts she lived in a small one bedroom apartment with her mother, and didn't have too many glamorous things. Most if not all of her school supplies are second hand to her mother's.

The young girl has a bit of a sweet tooth, and has often been known to keep various sweets and snacks in her bag. Though it has gotten her a few odd stares and name calling from some of the more fit peers, she makes friend's pretty easily. Her loyalty is true and steady; once you find friendship in her, you have a friend for life.

Personal Items: A 7 inch Kneazle whiskers wand: Rosewood (Unyielding).

Special Gifts and Abilities: Pearleane excels in Herbology naturally, but has not found her true hidden talent quite yet. She is quite interested in Transfiguration and Divination.
