EDIT: Keepa's explanation includes names of the party, besides Skylar who Keepa regards as the true leader of the party. However, their hesitance leaves them slightly detached in how to regard her in elvarian social standards. In this sense, Keepa feels confused and highly inferior to Skylar, since an Achashverosh would aparently easily bend their knee to a blind Aplesshar.
This in mind, mentioning her name is...taboo. Keepa won't say Skylar's name unless someone else had, already...much less look at or address her at any degree of ease.
