Personality
Alyssa is to be defined as 'blank'. Due to her brain developing wrong she can only do somethings. Though she has been able to manage through out her years, learning words and human skills. Alyssa is very unique and can't do much..she can fight like an expert but can' interact with others as well, though she can speak only when she does have to and when she wants to but that is very rare. Alyssa is a very careless person she doesn't know much things of what is good or bad she just follows along with people. She isn't naive she is just curious and doesn't care of what happens. Around people Alyssa likes to interact with others by poking them doing some at movements or just staring. She is a very odd person to hand around but I promise you'll get use to it! ( Cx )

Tech
This allows the user to create bolts of lightning and shock the opponent though she can only stun them within a few seconds the power can be increased if the staff is used as well. Tech can also hack into systems and as well hack into robots or robot suits though it does depend on the strength of the fire wall and if it does not work she can create virus that will attempt to destroy the wall and break in thus taking control. She can also shut down the systems only for a few seconds or minutes. Systems she taps into can also allow her to take there ability and use it as a defensive system for example, laser and increase its power with her staff or touching a phone and which emits light and to increase strength she generate mobile drones that can increase her vision or any of her sense, excluding touch and smell.

The types of robots she can actually take over are the guard suits in normal cities and she discovered that she can put a virus into one of the mech-robots.

Strengths
Due to her 'blank mind' she isn't affected by emotional nor heart aching scenes during a situation. Having a little body and a light weight staff can allow her to move through areas easier. Even though her brain developed wrong she is very intelligent in her mind, planning diverse plans that would likely kill the opponent in seconds but she doesn't seem to show it to anybody.

Weaknesses
She cannot cooperate as well as others she cannot follows rules directly unless she had assistance. Due to her lack of talking she is degrading on her social skills and can't talk to people like normal thus she has to write words and sentences on paper. Due to her staff change she has moved the hilt below the staffs orb and as well added a sharp tip at the end of the staff, thus she can also try out new things but has to get used to the hilt being below the orb.

If your character is going to be an all out offensive character, and if you're going to continue with a wind related Semblance, then I would suggest something that complements your aggressiveness. Something like it allows you to disrupt projectiles and defenses of all but the strongest opponents.

I like the idea, but I can't see much of the use in battle. If you would like to continue using this idea, how about that you can generate/store up to 10 small mobile drones that increase your vision, as well as the hack, although I'd remove the "cause things to explode". you can still hack certain electronics, given the firewalls are low enough, and you can disrupt others, via virus or other means, but can only completely shut something down or deactivate it if given enough time.

Yes, we're still open, although we're currently deciding our characters, there should still be plenty of room.
As for the symbols and colors, I was considering the idea, but figured it'd be too complicated for some. If you want to, go for it I suppose. All the Auras would be similar or match the characters hair or eye color.

so its more of a support kind of character? that's actually pretty nifty. Although I have a slight issue with the generate lightning, things seem all right, and especially interesting. Could you narrow down what all the robots are capable of when you take control of it?

I think normal guard suits are easy to control unless they figured out a way to expel her hacks and for the newly built Mech Robots she can only control one of the weakest parts of the robots and that requires all of her generated mobile drones and that is very hard to do XD.
