I'll get my judgement on characters up tomorrow at the latest.

For now, what do you mean by "advanced human"?

He has the physical abilities stated in the CS from magical manipulation of the human body, like from a wizard. Since I can't go the Atlantean route it would be an order of aforementioned enhanced humans who's purpose was to protect mankind from the daemons and undead.

@Asuras: I'm kind of confused by her power. Also, I'm not entirely clear how she became a psychopath? ^^; If she was happy, I understand feeling betrayed and even becoming a villain, but I'm not sure how that plays into developing an actual mental disorder.

@RumikoOhara: Hmm. I'm not so sure, here, mostly because I'm not entirely clear on her telekinesis.

@Pathfinder: I don't know, um, it seems a bit redundant? We've already got a whole council of supernatural people(some members of them heroes) and an entire supernatural community probably much better equipped to deal with demons. And besides, it's been established that they can even summon demons safely. ^^;

What's confusing? She can take on any biologically aesthetic, cellular, or physiological property so long as she has the material resources to generate it.
Psychopathic in a sense. One characteristics of psychopathy is the lack of empathy and a lack of inhibition towards destructive intentions. She was happy, but she was also spoiled and given a sense of entitlement. She also realized they feared her, fueling a sense of superiority in her. She thinks she's above almost all others, hence the lack of care for their feelings and lives.

Well shit on a stick. I'm don't really feel like making a new character so I guess I'm just going to bow out. Have fun.

If it's not nailed down, under 20 pounds and within 65 feet of her she can cause it to become airborne and swirl around her person or throw it at a foe though not with a great deal of force.

Think of her as a tornado with a very focused debris field which she uses more for a shield than a weapon. For attacks she depends on her blades and those are in limited number.

Name: Alisa Hanekawa
Age: 34
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Alisa is 5'9 144Ibs well toned women. Not particularly tall or abnormally large in anyway, but she does often exercise in some way almost daily. Keeping herself in shape to confront people who can benchpress cars is not something she can put off. When her magical power begins to activate her eyes begin to shine blue and electricity arcs through her body.

Personality: Extremely narcissistic, vain, reckless, no conscience, compulsive liar, and somewhat charming describes Alisa pretty well. Her life as a child was filled with mostly pain and battle. Her own Parents treated her more like a tool than a child and she was taught to see others as animals to be slaughtered. There was little no real way she could grow up normal in that sort of environment, so she developed a specific type of personality that would help keep herself alive. It took some time but she was capable of acting as if she was a normal woman around others. Mostly pretending to be far more kind and appreciative of those around her. More perceptive people can see through her act, and those who are truly skilled can tell how hollow she really is.

What is most unusual about Alisa however is her own convictions. No matter what in the end Good will conquer Evil always. Why she sees the world this way considering her life is confusing too most of her compatriots. The IFJ find her a very loyal yet unnerving compatriot. She appears to be as morally repugnant as the people she hunts. However she has her own principles that leaves her without any doubts. If a terrorist from ARROW wanted to recruit her with the lure of constant destruction then her reply would more likely be a long the lines of this "It isn't hard to find wanton destruction when you're keeping the peace. There will always be people who want to cause destruction and chaos out there., and I am in the best place to find then neutralize them. The difference between you and I is that I'm on the winning the team."

Skills:
Master Swordsman- She was not only well trained by her family, but also by mercenaries she has met with over the years. Alisa has learned from many different swordsman and fighters. She is more than capable of using any blade with ruthless efficiency and slicing up her opponents with ease. Challenging her to a duel of pure skill with a blade can sometimes be an affective way to goad her into a battle.

Close Quarters Combat- When facing a mage up close or even supernatural creatures Alisa had to learn how to immediately disable her foe before they could counter. Her knowledge mainly focuses on immediately disabling any foe man or beast in seconds. Being a part of the IFJ has forced Alisa to focus on that skill far more due to not wanting to leave many bodies around. Of course making her target suffer is a good trade off.

Saboteur- Extremely capable of stealth and sabotaging the enemy whether it be a gang or an entire military force Alisa can disable them. Explosives, stealth, hacking, and even assassination are all tools under her belt she can use. Due to being a part of a superhero organization however she does attempt to use non lethal means often.

Acrobatic- Alisa's physical abilities are above any average human. Alisa could even participate in the Olympics and do very well. She can move past almost any physical obstacle with ease. Her ability to move through urban or forested areas with ease is almost inhuman. It works better with her Lightening Blood power.

Magical Knowledge- As part of a Faustian deal with a demonic entity Alisa was given in depth knowledge of most forms of magic. Mostly taken from her own family and and magically implanted into her brain she knows how to fight magical beings and powerful mages effectively. However her own ability to cast spells is limited even in comparison to novice mages. As a side effect for having a huge magical database in her head Alisa is generally more intelligent and even rather creative compared to most humans.

Wooden Sword- Japanese wooden sword often turned into pure energy as a lethal weapon.
Duel M1911- Both pistols are often outfitted with ammunition made to deal with supernatural threats. She carries different kinds of ammunition depending on the threat.

Assassin's Coat

The powered imbued in her typical set of clothing isn't simply capable of turning the eyes of young twenty somethings on Halloween. The Hanekawa family equipped her with this magical item that is enchanted with various abilities. It is resistant but not immune to many Elemental attacks and can help resist domination of the mind through magic (of course is a normal telepath attempted to control her then they would meet little to no magical resistance.) It can be potentially enchanted even further by a more powerful mage however Hanekawa is not that gifted.

It is also impossible for anyone not of the Hanekawa bloodline to use it.

Abilities:
Lightning Blood- (shamelessly taken from something else) "I am Thunder. Thunder knows no fear. Thunder knows no doubt. When faced with my enemy I hesitate not. I am a weapon to destroy them. Lightning blood transformation!"

This power was given to her by an extra dimensional being that claimed to be a God. More than likely it was a very powerful demon. Her family made a deal with this creature for the power to destroy their enemies and claim magical abilities far beyond their rivals. Of course they had to first sacrifice their children for it. Alisa was a sacrifice and was given many abilities. When transformed her reflexes has increased significantly. She can cut a traveling bullet in a 100 pieces before it even moves. Her speed has increased beyond peak human allowing her to run up to 100 kph. Increased levels of strength to superhuman. Able to lift up to 30 tons. Capable of electrocuting her opponents with physical strikes that appear like lightning. Saying she strikes like a lightning bolt is almost an understatement.

This ability doesn't last forever it is only temporary. Alisa has no choice but to rely on it for 10 minutes and even then she doesn't always prefer to use it. Being far more adept at stealth to her means being sneaky and that ability is usually used as a last resort. It is physically straining. The longer Alisa uses it the greater toll it takes. If she does use it for ten minutes then she will be close to passing out. At best she will be able to barely walk.

Weapon Energizing- A non magical superhuman power that is capable of making a field of energy around any object. A sword can essentially be turned into a lightsaber capable of burning through most obstacles or people. Even mundane objects like a pen can be used to melt through the armor of a tank.

Bio: Alisa Hanekawa was the daughter of an old Japanese family of mages who sought to create the perfect warrior to access a source of magic that could help them destroy the competition and take their knowledge. Alisa herself had very little knowledge of the details of the event, but she knew this. Her family often made deals with otherworldly creatures through the centuries to increase their power. This creature they spoke to provided them with the tools to destroy their rivals in exchange for something important to them. However, in the end decades down the line they would always rise and fall in power swiftly. This time her father and mother provided their only daughter as collateral. As a result she was warped and changed into something abnormal even to her family.

As a young girl Alisa could only feel a mixture of terror and anger during this painful ordeal, but soon she was molded by her parents into a weapon using the instructions given to them by the creature. Her mind and body was molded into a being that could kill a pregnant woman and merely wonder what movie she wants to see this weekend. She was a very good mage assassin, and to her it was entertaining. An activity she'd get praised for and told that it was a good thing. To Alisa she was always doing the right thing which was something she could hold on to as a reason for existing. Of course the older she became the more ruthless her family's methods were. It was increasingly obvious that her parents weren't rational nor good individuals. In her mind she needed to truly be a warrior of good so it was simple what needed to be done. At the age of 17 she destroyed the Hanekawa estate using multiple explosives once intended for her family's enemies. An impulsive action which forced her to find a way to provide herself.

The world was a large place that needed justice. Alisa was well educated about society and knew enough to create her own assumptions about the world. Again it was simple to her. There were many places with bad people in it. Sometimes others will pay to get rid of them and she did like to live like a princess. What followed were years of acting as a hired gun or simply vigilante who would steal from her more wealthy opponents. Alisa was not very well known but a few competent agencies that chased international criminals could figure out that someone was picking them off. A few IFJ operatives encountered her when pursuing an international supercriminal in Italy. There was a near violent confrontation when Alisa didn't want others to confiscate the assets of the woman she pursued for over a month. Of course Alisa in a way was a super criminal due to dealing with her opponents in a lethal fashion. In the end a deal was made. Alisa was pragmatic and wasn't willing to fight the IFJ nor join a group of villains because to her the good guys were the winning side, so she joined the IFJ as more of a spy.

I'm amazed that for all the references to lightning in your bio, you never actually spelled it correctly.
