Joshua is your average big burly good natured guy who gets along with most everybody and will give you the shirt off his back if you need it. But Joshua is not a pushover, you may get away with screwing him over once, but try and screw him over twice and he can get mean as a Kodiak bear come dinner time. At first glance his quiet and reserve, but get to know him and he's your best friend for life. Would rather read a book or spend time outdoors with his dog Dash, rather then set around watching TV. Mark Twain and Jack London are his favorites. His favorite pasttime of all his Bass Fishing and he owns some land western New York that's bordered by a lake and when not working or hanging around with the other guys from the Firehouse, he's up at the lake working on the cabin, which usually means he's fishing. Joshua is fully committed to his job and what some may see him as reckless and a danger to himself, but to his way of thinking, his just getting the job done, plus in his years of service he's seen to many bodies burnt up that could of been saved, were it not for strict adherance to protacal.
Short Bio: Joshua grew up the typical suburban kid, Dad was a butcher and Mom worked as a part-Time secretary for the local church. But what he loved most was getting to go spend the summer with Grandpa who owned and operated a farm in southern Missouri, and was also on the volunteer fire department. In his spare time Grandpa would take him hunting and fishing and was really more of a Father figure to him then his own Dad. Joshua lettered both in Football and Baseball in High School and was close to recieving offers from a few colleges, but shorty before graduation his dad was runover by a city bus when he was pushed into the street by a purse snatcher running away form police officers. Joshua was forced to give up on college to take a job and support his Mom and little brother and spent almost a year working odd construction jobs. One day while looking over the paper he saw an ad for the Fire Department looking for applicants for the Fireman training program and has been a working as Fireman ever since.
