Name: Heinrich Stiglitz
Gender: Male
Age: 36
Species: Human
Appearance:Bio: Heinrich was brought to this world in an aristocratic family in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was one of four boys birthed by the same, blonde mother they were raised by until she died. His family was undoubtedly rich with a lot of high quality clothes at their disposal and a rather luxurious home, however their lifestyle was planets behind what one would expect from people of their level. The children only wore their classy clothes at school or at home, otherwise they were solemnly ordered to dress as any other kid on the street would if they were to go out for any other reason. As a very young child, Heinrich didn't really care, nor did the rest of his siblings really. They acted as normal children and their mother was the one who handled everything involving their social life while their father stayed home and handled anything financial. Heinrich Stiglitz could never recall a single moment when Otto Stiglitz, his father, had stepped out of the house other than that one particular time. This mystified him a bit, almost comparing his dad to a kid in his school who was allergic to some things. What daddy allergic to the outside?
When Heinrich hit middle school, he had a had time integrating groups of friends, but nonetheless made a couple of niched ones here and there. He was one of the top students in his class finding most subjects ridiculously easy and quickly developed chronicle procrastination when things involved school and homework in general. Though this wasn't too uncommon in middle schools, which is why in highchool he was revealed to be more brilliant than the average kid. But then again, it wasn't anything worth a prodigy. His lack of social ability always made him appear inferior to many physically imposing or leader-like kids in school, however his elder brother was always nearby to beat the crap out of anyone who TRIED to pull anything weird on him. Heinrich had never felt weak because of this, he actually had no care in his image, even during his teen years.
As the years went by, he became more and more eccentric and barely talked to anyone other than his closer colleagues. His interests never really converged with anyone else's making conversation difficult, girls were eons away. His main interest was anything regarding science, or more precisely chemistry. He was simply fascinated by the interaction of certain molecules with others and how they could collide with an entire organism with just a few drops of select solutions. This pushed him to test ridiculous things on animals for instance during his free time, usually stealing drops of certain strong acids from his father's pharmacy and applying them on the creatures. This was also repeated with drugs and poisons, and eventually people started to complain about the masses of animal graves near the Stiglitz home. The father quickly took notice of this and realized his son wasn't much different from him in the end.
Although Heinrich already knew by the time, Otto revealed his affiliation to Nazi-Germany at the time and how he was one of the many researchers there who escaped during the downfall of the Reich. He was once a doctor, and then turned scientist. He told his son this story because he had the same sociopathic obsessions as he did at the very moment. He could see himself in his son, really. At this point on, he made sure his son had exceptional education, transferring him to prestigious universities in the United States so he could study Pharma and medicine.
Heinrich was a hardworker in the pharma domain, because it consisted a lot in what he was interested in, and did medicine in homage to his father who favored him due to their resemblences. Because of his passion for the former subject, it was easy for him to keep up with both courses, and eventually get the right diplomas for both. He kept a low profile an barely made any friends in these times, not that he couldn't, he actually had many good talks with his colleagues, but he had how own selfish goals that simply had more priority. As he got out, his father's contacts managed to get Heinrich noticed by governmental agencies who were recruiting useful minds for their jobs.
Official an forensics specialist, he was often given corpses to examine after chemical experimentation or strange deaths occurring in American soil. There were a lot of diversities in the jobs and Heinrich was free to conduct multiple experiments and use their tools, as long as he got the job done right and wrote extensive reports afterward. It would be under the government that he would finally encounter the possibility to open up one of these mystical creatures he heard about during his lifetime, but never had to chance to dive into their subject. He was confronted to what appeared to be the corpse or Soloxial, and what he found during his extensive analysis of the preserved body simply astonished him. He kept the data safely for him while he did everything in the norm for his employers. Many otherworldly creatures were set on his cold, operation table. His knowledge grew on these fascinating monsters and eventually they became an obsession.
Sooner or later, at his 30's, he dug into the many archives he had unlocked in the government's database to learn more about the life of these creatures he had opened up and had only witnessed as dead corpses. The information he acquired turn his world upside down, to the point where so many scientific problems that roamed his mind were some how solved. At the age of 33, he operated on the dead body of a harpy, and didn't perform as he usually would, oh no. She was supposed to be a test subject, something he would apply his research on. Though lacking in experience, what he could assemble regarding spells and Harpy biology, he could potentially get something working for him. Unknown to him, the spell he was applying on the body was a summoning instead of something destructive he could test on random bodies. No, he summoned one of those elementals the government had trouble handling. The elemental was forced into the Harpy's body and, in a way, possessed it. The body was initially slightly decayed and nearly impossible to work anymore. However by replacing many body parts with Angel equivalents, the brain had no more use and the new organs in the body were fulled by the elemental's own power.
The newly formed living being remained unable to talk for some time and kept being operated on over and over to get the perfect result. Eventually, Elenor Stiglitz was born. With the appearance of a human but the ability to turn into a Harpy, she was the perfect tool for Heinrich. After a year she had learned the English language and became competent without nurse, however her ability to keep conversations going as well as understanding some expressions and/or emotions was were still low.
Having pretty much "created life", he was promoted to a rank where he was free to work on his own projects in city he desired while keeping an undercover job. Haven Marine was where he was attributed by default due to his lack of care of the location he was in. His basement serves as a state of the art laboratory while his house is jointed with the pharmacy he was left to run with his newly found assistant. Nowadays he works in the pharmacy on weekdays while at night and weekends he's often seen either at his lab or receiving special packages from his "friends" back at his old job. His interest for chemical products and supernatural creatures has not died, however after being promoted he had seen a lot less of those. Though if he were to cross paths with some, he could be more than happy to take them in and "study" them against their will.
Powers/Abilities: Having acquired a decent amount of data from the American government, he was able to discover the wonderful use of spells, though his ability to use them remains rather limited.
Lightning - Shocker: A thin lightning bolt comes out of every fingertip, releasing a stream of lightning. The electricity will tense the muscles of those hit and at best burn the flesh or clothes they are wearing to a weak degree. Nonetheless it easily paralyzes when applied. However the lightning itself only lasts a few seconds before the lightning itself turns into goo all over the affected target (it doesn't turn if no target is hit). The goo is similar to jellyfish tentacles as they create rashes on flesh and spread venom in the body of victims. The poison here isn't deadly, however it will solidify certain acids running in the body and cause strong inflammations on multiple muscles on members and abdomen muscles, thus causing a large amount of pain and risk of severely damaging muscles if they are solicited too many times.
High product resistance: Being a professional in the domain and having himself immune to many of his preferred tools, his body has a higher resistance to any form of poison, drug or disease, although it doesn't make him fully immune. He also understands anything regarding such things, making him capable of quickly finding cures and new ways to apply such deadly approaches.
Astounding intelligence: Though he isn't good at certain things such as writing, he is nonetheless a brilliant man capable of brilliant things. This also applies to finding solutions and quickly figuring out tactics. However the down part would be that he's extremely selfish regarding his rather useful ideas.
Weaknesses: He's a generally weak individual with a weakness to any element as a normal people would be and he isn't specifically strong or physically apt like a trained individual either. He isn't a fighter, but more of a deceiver and a snake. He himself is easily defeated if he isn't prepared either.
Other: He doesn't officially have a faction, heck he isn't really an antagonist either due to his huge interest in how other species as well as humans with spells would behave when they ARE NOT corpses. He also has no interest in favoring certain creatures who antagonize the well-being of his research.
