Shin's a guy who desperately needed to be in a super robot show. Instead he was stuck in Seed Destiny and eventually shoved off the protag slot so the people behind the show could have their self inserts be godly. Really, I'd rather have Shin around as an alright guy once he gets his shit sorted out and have Kira and Lacus as terrible people without trying to dress them up as the good guys.

In case you didn't know those palm things of his are long range weapons. he uses them as close range. That is one of the main reasons I have a distaste Shin. But your version of Shin sounds pretty good. SRW did it's best to fix him and it turned out rather well.

The thing about the palm weapons is arguable though. Some games support it and there's a single bit in the show where a beam supposedly from the Destiny's palm weapons is used at long range. Meanwhile other games and the rest of the weapon's usage in the show suggests a melee weapon. I'd take the long range use in the show with a grain of salt because CE was pretty shitty about its animation at times. Could go either way, really.

Also I will advance the rp in a bit for the map based group if Stern doesn't post within the next couple days. I'll shoe horn SIGMA Team and Sandrock doing some action. Not to discredit Stern at all I just want to advance this and get Zero in the group.

Well I stayed away from SEED as much as I could so all I know of it is from the Dynasty Warrior Gundam Series, which thankfully until the newest version had them with really small parts. So ha.

Also with what Zero said about Green's suits I would kinda Agree. Going from Avalanche to 00 7 swords is a bit of a big jump. If you want to go the 00 7 swords route I would say go with the regular 00 as your tier 2 then 7 swords as tier 3, or if going with Avalanche as your second go with Avalanche Astaea or the Amazing Exia as your tier 3. Mainly because I think it will be hard to develop the 00 and the seven swords system for the suit in the same step.

Well I suppose it's the general consensus here Green do you have a problem with changing the second and third tiers?

Also Green, are you attacking with the GN Beam Saber (stored on the back of either shoulder and hard to draw and attack with in an upward motion) or the GN daggers (which are stored on your back waist) because which weapon you are using will make a difference in my action

My "issue", if you can call it that, is that he's going from Amazing Exia to 00 7 Swords. It isn't that big of a jump, I'm just anal about it being kinda wierd a transition. It's going from base Exia to a highly customized and powerful Exia to an ostensibly less powerful upgrade of the 00 as a final suit. Going by canon the 7 Swords System was discarded as being redundant when Exia Repair 2 rolled out with its more advanced GN Sword Kai and only returned for the Qan-T since it could use them extra blades as bits, even if the 00 has the Twin Drive system the complete Amazing Exia should probably be superior to everything but the 00 Raiser/Qan-T amongst Setsunna's MS.

I was suggesting keeping Exia as a starter then moving on to the Exia Avalanche Dash, since it's the base Exia with a full body armor that upgrades all its abilities. It's a fun gimmick of taking a unit that's starting to lag behind and strapping cool gear on it to make it better, also the base Avalanche Exia has tiny legs and I don't like that, it's why I suggest the Avalanche Dash, making just a torso armor instead of a full body thing makes no sense to me. And then you take the Exia and rebuild it from the ground up into the Amazing Exia. It's still good ole Exia, just 50 times more badass and capable of fighting the best of the best head on.

Well it's all on Green on what to do with the suit line up. I'd go with you two but it's not my character.

As for my post I hope it was satisfactory to you guys. I tried to make it semi-believable while not making Angelo look like a weak plebeian.

dagger, which I assume was the ones stored in the lower part.

also you guys are confusing me again lol. I had thought of it as Exia, A.Exia, and then stick A.Exia in Avalanche` for increased death ratios.

The thing is that your bio has the 00 7 Swords as your last upgrade. Also, the complete Amazing Exia kind of completely overshadows the Avalanche gear and you'd have to get rid of its backpack in order to even apply the Avalanche armor in the first place.

bio is unupdated. RPG doesnt like me much when I try to edit. Also are you talking about the completed form? I have no idea how that one works since it never was shown on screen doing anything. Unless its like the Dark Matter.

Well I didn't even say you were going Amazing for tier 2 and thought you went Avalanche in the first place. But as long as Vance is cool with it I think that would be fine. Although technically that is a custom suit of some sorts and all that. but if you want to go Amazing t2 maybe Exia Dark Mater for t3

I'd say their features should be about the same, the Dark Matter is just a recolor of the complete Amazing Exia with a few different weapons and tuned to the Totally Not Cyber Newtype system. Oh and a faceplate too. The Exia Dark Matter foregoes the Amazing Exia's GN Shield on the left arm and the large GN Sword on the right in favor of focusing on the fire and ice handheld blades for melee combat. The Amazing Exia keeps its shield on the left and has an Exia-style large sword mounted on a small shield on its right, while also carrying a handheld blade which might not freeze on contact, it doesn't sound like the Meijin's style. That's really all the differences between them.

They both have the same miniature rifle mounted on a small shield, Exia style, that can be used as both a beam saber or a beam gun, they both have GN vulcans on their wrists, a bird-like booster used to enhance speed and mobility that can detach and operate independently and is armed with a beam gun on its "head" for that purpose, solid tonfa-style blades on the booster's wings. The only other things I'm not sure the Amazing Exia can do that the Dark Matter can are generate beam sabers from its wrist-mounted vulcans and create a GN field when the booster is attached. But going by them being seriously the exact same model sans the differences I listed, I'd say yes.

This is all up for vance to call, obviously, but there's fairly good evidence pointing towards their features being exactly alike save for the few weapon differences and the Embody system. Performance-wise they should both be about equally powerful too, the base model was developed by the people behind the entirety of the Gunpla Battle tech and the complete version was custom-made for Tatsuya's style by both himself and Alan.

I'll accept your character Zark. As for the whole Green Suit Situation I don't particularly care one way or another so do as you will Green.
