As an adult I prefer games with a little more substance, like Gemini Rue. Very Cowboy Be-bop-esque, but way more grim.

Retro-games always brought great titles to the world, even if the graphics and game engines were a bit crude. I still play them every now and then if I ever visit an arcade spot. Honestly, there aren't quite as many anymore given the growth of console and PC titles! Ah well ... classics will always be classics no matter how old they become.

School and work do have their way with us and the associated crap we students deal can sometimes drive us insane. Sometimes we learn to basically find our niche and work different elements into our schedules while cutting the losses.

For this scene, I have something in mind to fully resolve the situation and move us along. I'll send you a PM collaborative post for a better clarification on concluding this conflict 8)

@ Everyone else - Well ... thought I'd let y'all know that I just hit a snag because for some reason, for upteenth time, my laptop's resolution is completely unresponsive and all my saved materials are on it! S'been driving me absolutely insane for the past few months given the resolution issues and I'm super close to just buying a new one 8/. Of course, this problem will be fixable once I've successfully restored the screen brightness, but until then, I'll be working on repairing that damn laptop ...

Sorry for general lack of replies to everything I've been... Eh, not feeling too great. Beginning to feel better now so I can actually be bothered with things. Still, I'm overly exhausted so not much I can do at the moment. Just wanted to say that I'm still here

There've been a bugs going around these moments of the year so catching something isn't unexpected. I work in a grocery chain and at times I do catch whatever's floating around! I just hope I don't catch anything before finals because that would suck big time. I know for a fact that cold weather tends to bring people into close proximity, especially around warm spots like busses, trollies, trains, coffee shops, restaurants, libraries, classrooms, and other heated areas, which is why illness usually jump from person to person. Personally, I have a grudge against sick people venturing into those areas given that some lack consideration by coughing all over the place and increasing the odds of others acquiring something god awful. I at least take comfort in knowing that my hand sanitizer bottles have saved me on more than one occasion!

Regarding posting, no progress on the laptop, which means, I will be drafting new rewrites today. Expect a long post for the time skip in the near future and please excuse the absence in posting material ...
