We'll be going over stuff now to see what is missing to make Relics IC launch-ready. There's nine characters already submitted and several more on the way, so it shouldn't be too long till the IC is ready.

Greetings, my good friend AlidaMaria invited me to this rp!

I was dropping by/in to let you all know i've been reading up on the threads! Almost to the point where i'm making my character. (LOL FINALLY!)

I also hope to implement an area/country/nation into this beautiful setting you have going. Though don't really have anything to show and tell as of yet. Merely informing you all that I am here and I am working behind the scenes. :D

Looking forward to role-playing/brainstorming with all of you!

I have been completely distracted from this. Not only that, i seem to have lost the CS I was working on for this. =(

Thats quite a bother to do, Kangutso... We speak from experience, as we seem to have misplaced the bio for our PC, so yesterday we rebuilt all but the essence of the character.

Right now the world doesn't really need to fill up with more nations. Yeout s, there are empty nation silhouettes, but no PC will cross borders out of Othea during the early parts of the RP. The stage in the IC planning is now to get people together, not to figure out detailed descriptions of all sorts of different places they are from.

Would it be okay for Leander to have a small clinic (even a makeshift one) in the poorer part of the city/the outskirts? If he's been there for maybe a month or so.

That sounds quite alright McHaggis! Also, would you mind connecting Leander and Shin either before or in the IC? :) Shin could be a customer of Leander, seeing how they're both interested in herbs.

Also @TheRestOfYou Me and the other GMs have as good as finished the first post, so the only thing we're still working on before launching the IC is finding ways of connecting different characters. It would be a great help if the ones whose characters have been accepted, would think of ways to connect with the other accepted characters.

In the case that you don't think that your character will have any sort of relationships with the other characters beforehand, that won't be a problem, since they can always connect by randomly running into one another in the IC and we have some events in store that might just connect you lot...

Basically, it would be nice if you would think about it, possibly talk to the others about it, and post it either here in the OOC or in a PM to the GMs! ^_^

Kheris isn't finished I lost umph for him right now that I will regain when the OOC returns, but as I said to Ellri: Royal advisor/librarian/know it all of some sort.

AS in Malich, as a rich guy with an estate he'd be reasonably well known figurehead. Church wouldn't like him but wouldn't be able to pin anything on him either.

Also, would you mind connecting Leander and Shin either before or in the IC? :) Shin could be a customer of Leander, seeing how they're both interested in herbs.

I absolutely don't mind them having met up pre-IC. It's a good idea! Up to you if you want Shin to recognise Leander as a relic user too :3

Okay, thanks Sep, that's good to know! Hmmn, so what sort of people would Malich socialize with? Like, shady-criminal-ish-people or more like the aristocracy or rather the average-middle-class-merchants? :) The last two seems most logical to me, judging from what you just said, but I'd like to be sure before assuming things.

Not shady types, he's trying to grow a religion so commoners and people of value to him. Aristocracy probably has ties to the church so not them so much.

Alright then. Currently, Roan's on the run as a known fugitive, it's possible his brother Angus could've put up a reward for Roan's capture though its much higher for his death. I'm also aiming on Roan 'attacking' Echo's character to engage interaction and likely end up wounded in the process, which would allow Alessia to urgently seek a good healer. Since AlidaMaria's and MacHaggis's characters are going to be together then it would ideal to time it during their visit.

Also, MacHaggis, I read Leander and noticed something that slightly worries me. It's one of his relic's abilities, the panacea for illnesses, which might affect my character's current status. Namely because Roan's suffering from Moon Sickness, a rare and inherited disease as stated in his CS. I much rather that wasn't eliminated if Leander tries to heal him with a flower mainly cause it's both part of his character as well as his PC development, including a weakness I would like to keep in order to play off of. Later on I might end up extending, using his Relic, why it's not able to be cured though as right now its up in the air at the moment. However, I've no problems if the flower can be used as a substitute for his herbs time to time. Is this possible?

I don't mind if it just alleviates the symptoms for Moon Sickness for even a brief time, so long as it has some effect on it.

I'm not one to completely negate an effect as for how long, I suggest the flower's effects lasted much longer then his herbs requiring less treatments and still shows off the power's potential while allowing the weakness to be there later.

I just didn't want it cured which was my main worry. ^-^

Likely with Roan on the run and in addition to when he's discovered to be an Evoker, he'll likely need an alternate healing for emergencies when his herbs aren't enough to nurse him back or goes too long without them. Those herbs are harder in some areas to find outside the Empire and since those hunting will likely know he's got Moon Sickness, any merchant who carry it will be watched.

Hi, just wondering what the state is on the CS:s that haven't been commented on by the GM's yet? Posted mine about a week ago and have heard nothing since. Would've waited longer without commenting, but now I see this talk of the IC being prepped so I thought I should ask.

Since Amy was called back for extra security, she could see the bounty poster and be on the look out for Roan while on duty. Maybe put Roan in jail and have him break the iron bars in his were form during midnight at the festival and terrorize the night. Be an early antagonist.

I'll think of some more interactions once we have all the CS finalized.
