For Everybody: This RP has really grown into something quite amazing, with a slew of in-depth characters that are, frankly, amazing. This, obviously, is because of the amazing caliber of writers that got together here and made all this happen. There is nothing more I would like to see, than the Last Kings of Orion make it to a cogent ending, one way or another. Frankly, if there was ever an RP that deserved an ending, it is this one. From the beginning the idea was that everyone involved was a co-GM, one way or another, though obviously controlled anarchy might not have been the best way to go. I have two separate plot lines in my head that I would like to see to fruition, both of which involve - or potentially involve - everyone's characters along the way.

What I would really like, is to have a quick role call for those still writing, and I would dearly appreciate having input from all of you on where you would like to see your characters headed, and what endings you foresaw for them. PM me if you like, though I highly encourage you all to actually speak up here in the OOC as well, if for no other reason than to bounce ideas around, throw a few things against the wall, and see what sticks

I'm thinking of doing a post for Connor currently, but it goes along with the whole 'brain' stuff and thought there was enough for that for the first day :p

Hob

Status: He's currently being examined by Dev before starting his shift, confused and waiting for the other shoe to drop. Once logged in, he'll meet up with OLGA to help her data mine. What they'll find? We'll just have to see. And (related) there will probably be a few more random Ghost sightings such as Connor had... I had an idea as to why the mining bay was left in such a state by Second Shift.

Future: Things will probably actually get worse before they get better for the NI-techs, especially if Hob and OLGA start finding things out that people don't want known! If it comes to that point, who will ally themselves with them? I would like to see the character pursue a relationship, healthy or unhealthy, although whether it's with OLGA (who may not truly understand the concept?) or someone else is up in the air. The ending I see for Hob is one where he's finally at peace and free to make his own choices. What happens in the story would determine what sort of choices he makes in the end and whether any of them are final or not.

Jack

Status: Trying to cage a kiss from Penny!

Future: A side-character (and, let's face it, comic relief), I had no immediate plans for him other than to build a still and to sincerely pursue a relationship with Penny. Should Henry or anyone else interfere with the latter, we'll get to see a considerably darker side of the Newfoundlander. Otherwise this leaves him free to get involved in whatever else turns up. Ultimately, I'm hoping he gets his wish, that somewhere on New Canaan his family rebuilds a place like Newfoundland with all of its virtues, its vices, its simplicity, and its quirks.

Hey Connor's single

Currently Connor is heading back to hangar six to finally get back to work replacing that damn cable! Right now he's ready to super glue a helmet to his head to protect his brain because he doesn't know whose word he can trust Abby's or Hob's.

For the future I'm still puzzling over though I do have some events planned I'd rather keep to myself ;)

@Justric--Here soon, once Hob eventually gets back to help OLGA, I have an idea for a collab post that can set the next phase of the plot into motion. We can cover that part in PM's when we get there. As for Hob trying to start up a relationship with OLGA, I say go for it! I honestly don't know how she would react at this point . We can both find out!

Penny is Penny and I have no major plans for her, just little posts of sweetness when I can (such fun).

I had major plans for Stella but I think I'm just gonna let her wander the ship in perpetuity with her nonworking device and let that be that.

Abby

Status: Currently nabbing some food at least on the lunch date that was not, and brainstorming all the inconsistencies that had to do with a murderer's handiwork.

Future: Abby and her MPs will likely hit a world of conflicting shit in the future, along the plot lines required for guns and boots on the ground. As for a romantic interest? Well I imagine it's rather obvious by now, however understated of course - though it seems dating may be a lot more difficult an achievement than anyone imagined possible! By the time of New Canaan, I would like to see her able to rebuild all the beautiful, precious parts of their old world, family and ideals.

Pauline

Status: Likely concluding the strangest conversation with the funny and handsome cryotech before she heads back to work - and maybe messages Dr. Park.

Future: A great deal of pretty damned awful in the near future, in all likelihood. A lot of that though, will depend on how things shake out in the end. I would love a happy ending for Pauline, with her little girl, but we shall see! Romantically, Pauline is currently unattached - oh, and not Connor's type either *grins* Idle and I had spoken something or other before, but nothing was ever permanently solidified of course.

Devika

Status: Currently stomping on toes and likely pissing off all the wrong people like the fiery little hellion that she is.

Future: For Devi, this is entirely malleable. In the near future? Nothing good, I imagine, and frankly I haven't yet decided what Devika's ultimate fate will be. Romantically, she is not linked to anyone - though I imagine it would take a man of a decidedly solid and confident personality to give her a go. And again, what ultimately happens to Devika will depend on a great number of decisions, and likely a roll of the dice or two.
