Maybe, if not for the fact Goliathian ogres are a different species altogether.

Hey who knows, maybe papa got hit by a spell amongst all the raping and pillaging you never know

By the by, since we're all part of this uber elite squad I think it makes some sense if we all have some sort of connection to each other. Maybe we all played volleyball together once or something idk

Well, it turns out position of Black Smith is taken, though I was aiming for sword/weapon smith. I could see Nargesh helping Armauk in the forge now and then. Not sure about the others precisely, we probably have out own Chosen Barracks or something.

Does the Band have their own base of operation when not out campaigning Hey?

Actually what with half of us being smiths, I thought it'd be interesting if we were all rivals crafting wise. I mean a company this big probably would have more than a few blacksmiths, especially if we're mostly fighting with second hand equipment. We'd probably all share the same forge though because shit is heavy

That's partly why I asked about them having a base or castle somewhere, a portable smithy is nigh impossible. Sort of magic making it possible of course.

Also, my character is an expert in weaponsmithing, not much else, as mentioned before. So she would be dealing a totally different area of the forging of equipment.

Yeah, but then I figured what with half dryands and mystics and spells and curses I think magic's in the world, which means I'm sure we could have a few pyromancer/geomancers in the company. Or maybe we have a forge on wheels who's to say.

And who's to say we still can't have friendly competition. Armauk specializes in armor, but that doesn't mean he can't try his hand at weapon making, or vice versa for your character. Maybe we even taught each other a thing or two about our respective crafts

I see one always trying to make armor impervious to weapons and the other making weapons to break through any armor.

Mine is a smith that specializes in adding trinkets to the weapons and magical side of weapons. Nothing as prolific as the Dwarves but still enough to give Orcs the advantage. So he can craft an armor that is imbued with a wind stone and which reflects medium size arrows and single swords away or something like that.

Gaelel will be able to use everyone as mobile cover so she can assassinate and use her warg mount and companion.

But, she is also a unique type of "smith" since she can shape plants for personal use as weapons or armor. Mostly, she is there as the chameleon to get into stuff we aren't supposed to. I don't think your characters can manage that

Well a Assassin should have something to aid their stealth so your abilities are rather well put that way. The others are more like frontline bruisers or even line breakers if used in such a roll.

Yeah. She is more priority target take down than frontline. She flanks and kills officers, mages, archers, etc. Considering she is naturally beautiful and charismatic, she also is a better face than most

Well hardly a plus in looks when you are an orc. She won't have a charm roll in her favor when facing and Elf or a human xP but I get your character and I personally like Orc women so there is that xP

I like to imagine my character is on amicable terms with everyone. Might have a smithing rivalry with the blacksmiths, probably think unseenshade's character as adorable and overlooks her a lot because of her size, probably think knighthawk's character is amusing what with his age and attitude, probably maintain a professional relationship with diabolicalrhapsodys, and again probably have a more friendly rivalry with grieviouskhan.

The only visibly orcish things she has is a slight gray tint to her skin and very, very minor tusks that barely protrude from her bottom lip. She otherwise resembles a broad shouldered elf since most of her physical traits are sylvan from her mother. Hell, she didn't even learn Orcish or Common till she joined the mercenaries. She actually is a natural speaker of Sylvan.

Dryad, specifically. She literally has a dryad point of view as she was raised by her dryad mother. She finds nature comforting and hates the destruction of nature. She finds wood comforting and grows restless and morose when unable to see a forest or woods for an extended period of time. The only dryad thing she is not bound by is wanting to stay in one place. She instead has wanderlust. (She is a druid in theme)

I'm putting up a character today and then we're off to the posting. No sense waiting any longer to get this show on the road.
