I would say my character has the hots for yours. Is an admirer of Twothumbs smithing skills. Sees Knighthawks character as Messiah reborn and would be protective of Unseenshade's character but not in a creepy way more like a watchful colossus.

My character does look delicate. She would probably chafe at the protectiveness as she knows she is able to care for herself.

He wants to be the leader, he wants to be the front line general. He wants to be the one others come too, but he's no veteran yet so he's laching the years to be taken serriously and the lingering doubt of the mountain pass when he last led.

She may chafe at the notion but it is born more out of the difference (being a halfie) than something to do with ability. She might be the most wanted sword but that doesn't stop from others walking their own paths.

Writing the first post now. They're on a night march to take out a human fortification in the employ of a half-brother of a king that wants to seize the throne. Nar Mat Kordh-Ishi is finally getting a standup fight. ;)

That is essentially the fort they are assaulting -- the walls are built, but the keep up high is incomplete and barely started. Nonetheless, the characters need to essentially figure out how to assault it. You guys can think up the options and use your imagination. ;)

Indeed, but expect her to be a tad annoyed by the protectiveness. She won't be angry about it and might find it a little flattering, but she definitely will be worried it will inhibit her ability to blend or flank properly.

That is the point of distant Colossus. You never see him in action. He works were the dangers aren't apparent and a thanks never hoped for. You won't find him jumping before her character and brave an arrow aimed at her from where she can see. Because that is hers to dodge. He'll rather kill the one who would have gained from that advantage of focus.

He won't come in your way nor would she notice him unless she looks for it. Believe me, I have played such a character before.

As for the strategy meeting. I believe, Knighthawk's character leads the major force through the main gate with my character in Vanguard. While Nargesh and Armauk take a detachment and swim across the side and try and storm through the side and let Galael in the Keep and maybe try and assassinate the General. How does that sound?

Speaking of unseenshade's character, I think Nargesh would probably get along with Gaelel the most.Seeing as she's probably the few of the female warriors within the company. Kind of like a big sister probably, so prehaps not far from what Diabolicalrhapsody had in mind, they might even be friends of a sort.. Not being very religious due to circumstances of her life, she probably would not care much for Shar's zealous nature.

Most of everyone else she judges almost purely on their martial skill, then their over all usefulness to the company. She's fairly pragmatic like that. (though she would probably favor Armauk a bit more due to his use of a sword.)

Almost to bad Orgen is not is not her type, though, he is among the few orcs that would be her physical match.

To Shar, females deserve more respect than males for their ability to do any job of a man plus bear children. This is a power that no male but gruumsh can do. He ranks everyone on a person-by-person basis:
Amurak: hidden potential, he likes to keep others guessing to his true depths of accomplishment
Gaelel: She keeps too many secrets and her power, while formidable, is not of her orcish herritage.
Orgen: An ugly and solid paragon of orcish war.
Nargesh: Chosen by the gods and far more graceful than her frame suggests, she will bear fine children.
Dakgu; The heart of a warg in the flesh of an orc, he has an insight no one else has to the beasts that are just as valuable as any solider.
Hrok: young and potential, but a damn good cook.
Gnarl: A potential second in command, someone to keep a mind for if lines form in the sand.

Yes, but they take a while to get into range. And they aren't easily concealed.

Honestly, it seems like Gaelel will end up as a spymaster for the group more than an assassin.
