"My name is...Lina." She says, sorta scared of the blade wielding dog man. "The robed man told me if I took care of the bug thing, he would bring my mom and dad back..." She squeaks out, not being even 7 at least.Soon, the creature returns, and crawls into her lap, full of..who knows what.

The muddy, wolf-like, masked man took a few plodding steps closer to the girl. A bright metal edge shone from over the black-brown mud of his blades and he grinned at her with the smile of vengeance satisfied. He looked strong, and yet wild and free like an animal. He didn't show any sorrow at the girl's plight. Nope. Not even lost across the universe and covered in mud was the crazy smile wiped from his face. For he was over it, and and eager for what lie beyond.

He spoke to her in a soothing, fatherly voice, a voice he might have often spoken to himself with. "The Flayed Ones will give you strength and keep you safe. The dark one took your family. The Flayed Ones know." Again he smiled at her, sadistically and lifted up a blade. "We should make him bleed." This was his way of sharing his faith, of calling another, a young one, to the service of his gods. Faith, was through bloodshed. "Pray to the Twins to save them, and make proper sacrifice. I can show you."

Just then, the sword started glowing, and the flap of wings could be heard above. "Bloodseeker!" Eclipse landed with a glare and took his sword from Lina. "Stop what you are doing."

The hound took a step to the side, unimpressed. "Did you find dry ground?" He asked.

Eclipse looked at him a moment. "Yes. It's not far. I'll carry the girl and the creature. You are going to have to walk."

The bug, snake, fish eel...thing...that is the dark one crawls onto Eclipse's head, and starts screaming save me again, in it's shrill voice. The little girl clings to Eclipse's leg, crying loudly, and is quite upset as well...now the duo of Blood seeker and Eclipse is going to have to deal with two upset, and dirty children.....bravo blood, bravo....

Eclipse sighed as the creature and the girl ran to him for refuge. He pat a hand reassuringly over Lina's head. "I'm sorry I left you alone. I won't do that again." He picked up the girl and took the creature under his other arm. "Hold onto me, and I'll carry you. It will be faster this way, and you won't risk falling in this muck."

Strygwyr scoffed and muttered to himself as he crouched slightly, preparing to move. "Only the brave are fit to worship the Twins."

"Your Twins require a lot my friend, but that is a discussion for another time. Follow me." Eclipse secured his charges and took off, staying low and stopping frequently so Strygwyr wouldn't lose him.

Eventually, the ground became firmer and it was ok to walk. They were in a long clearing, surrounded by forest. It even looked like a path had been made through the trees. "I see a light up ahead. We need to find some shelter, or some civilization if this world has any. Perhaps one of us should go ahead and check it out." He deliberately looked to the only other adult in the group.

Without a word, the bloodpriest nodded and jogged ahead. He too was getting hungry.

The dark one clung onto the flying Eclipse, its little claws digging into Eclipse's soft flesh. Lina grips onto the angel like being for dear life, and after they land, the two sorta just wait, but soon the little monster runs off, heading into the woods....and returning with a bird in its jaws, as it puts it at Eclipse's feet, like a cat with a mouse.
"He got you a bird...Like my hunting dogs, my dad would train." The little girl says, before petting the creature, it purring due to the affection.
"Aww, it's like a kitty, it purrs...we should give it a name." The little girl says, before scratching her chin, not knowing what to call it.

"Of course..." Kevin mutters. "I'm assuming all of us?" Creed stares at Bob. "..." Neither of them show they are affected by the impressive place they stand, simply surveying their surroundings.

Bug looks over at the duo of Creed and kevin, mainly at Creed, and then returns his look to bob, or, mainly, the doll who had been a person mere moments before..... Out of all the people here, Bug trusted artificial human the most. Asura was unstable, Mia....is Mia, the other girl was a doll now, and the vampire....made some less then stellar memories come up.
Creed, he was alright, also unstable, but not going to the explosive levels of Asura. Kevin, he didn't know that well, but he hadn't done anything to earn Bug's distrust either, so he was alright.

((sorry esspecially for this massively slow reply. Also, this reply is not in the order of posting, it's in the order of what I find convenient to reply to first, so as to prevent things from getting silly.))

As Mithias spoke, time seemed to slow down. Bob looked down on the orb in a way that could almost be described as... awe. Her hair moved in serpentine grace, strands hovering towards the bright surface, but hesitating, as if it were a ball of flame. A slow smile rose over her face, and this slight silence only prolonged as the rest of the room slowed to a practical stop. "Oooooh..... you have no idea what you offer. You are foolish, and naive, and perhaps that is why you wield what I could never wield. No, child, this is not mine, and it does not come from me. It comes from the same place as me, certainly, it is a child of the Chaos Realms, where all emotional energy is gathered. However, it would seem it has already chosen who will wield it, and an appropriate bearer it is indeed." Slight sparks can be felt arcing between Bob and the orb. And then, you realize that her grasp had not hesitated. It had been retaliated. Each strand quivered, as if incapable of standing the light, pushing against an invisible barrier.

Bob's expression changed instantly, as it always does. Awe turns to mischievous delight, as she spins backwards, her hair returning to the grasp of physics, to an extent. She looks off to the distance, smiling. "Oh, you're going to need to show Lon. She's far better at this whole prophecy thing, she specialises in it, in fact. Although I'd gander this little twist of events might surprise even those who watch the Threads of Fate for a living. Just remember, my dear. Hope cannot exist on it's own, and if faced with pure light, it loses all purpose, and will fade. Only in the deepest darkness can it truly prosper, and only from the blackest chains will it free you, if you free it." With those cryptic words, time resumes it's normal cycle, and, to the rest of the world, Bob had simply teleported once more.

"Now, I'll be keeping Najimi. She violated the rules I just made up, so she's mine! Isn't it sweet? I love owning this place, the perks are amazing." She holds up the Najimi doll, and it seems to sink away into the top of her cane, as if it were a tar pit, and she were a helpless kitten being cruelly tortured. In fact, for some reason, the image of kittens and tar is broadcasted to everyone's brains directly. It takes a moment for everyone to figure out Bob is fucking with them. "However, I believe you people have an appointment, and I would HATE to keep you waiting for my sake." She strolls away, the tables, pillars, and floor flowing aside to make way for her, as the party, even those that don't move by themselves, find themselves not far behind. As she passes Kevin, however, her cane whips up to hit the back of his glass, as he finds the contents spilling not only down his throat, but all over his face.

With a series of agonising screams, Kevin crashes to the floor, clutching his face and chest. it burned hotter than liquid fire, and froze his heart in place. Pure agony wrecked him, driving him into spasms of anguish, his mind blank, his face contorted. For several seconds, he simply writhes, his conscious mind incapable of coping with the liquid pain that he was being subjected to. After a little, however, the agony subsided to the level of mere torture, and he found himself once more in control of his frantic mind, even as he could sense his skin being lacerated with cuts.

Bob simply giggles. "Why does EVERYONE fall for that? It will never stop being funny!"

Matters soon turn more serious, however, as she arrives at her destination. A large black glass table stands, adorned with any number of exotic foods from all over the multiverse, gathered here by the Lord of Curiosity. From the ancient wine of forgotten civilisations, to the life-blood of ancient Gods, to the roasted hearts of interstellar dragons kept beating by necromantic power. Many of these would be worth fortunes for their rarity alone, and it was not to be doubted that Bob had received some form of payment for the display. What this payment had consisted of, however, would remain a mystery, thankfully.

On one end of the table, impatiently bending back and forth a large steel bar, sat Toguro. His black skin shone like marble, a man made from onyx, his features highlighted by streaks of dark blue in the stone-like material. His eyes were easily the most noticeable part of his mostly monotone body, however, as they burned with a bright purple energy, occasional lightning-like bolts of energy crackling over his 'skin'. It seemed nearly impossible that the glass chair he had been provided with could hold his weight, as he stood almost a meter higher than human standards, As the party approached, his eyes turned to them, his smile unreadable. However, his eyes seemed to hold some form of challenge, an invitation without words.

On the other end of the table sat Bob, or at the very least an imitation of suck. Although every detail had, indeed, been copied physically, it lacked Bob's sheer aura. It was an imperfect copy, an emotionless being that stared at the group as they arrived. While most certainly most would have simply thought it was another one of Bob's tricks, those that had seen it in action would be well aware that this was 5, simply taking another form, mimicking another being. In fact, even as the party arrived, a wave seemed to wash over it's body, replacing it's feminine features and extravagant outfit with angular, insectoid carapace. However, although it seemed to mimic Bug in every way, some details seemed to have changed. 5 wore a long white lab coat, stained with a mysterious black liquid. It's form seemed slightly different, smaller, of a different hue. And in it's hands, lying on the table, was a single black, nondescript suitcase.

Most ominous of all, however, was the figure sitting in the centre of the formation. Far from as impressive-looking as the other two, Genocide was a short man. He had dark brown hair, medium length, with shoots of grey showing his age. While not a beard, he sported a stubble on his chin that indicated he hadn't shaved in a while. he wore a grey suit of fairly standard make, like what one might see on a cubicle employee, as well as a bright pink tie, with a pattern of blue elephants running across it. The most surprising aspect were the large, cuddly-looking bear slippers he was wearing, faintly visible through the tinted glass. To say the least, he was not a very impressive-looking foe. And yet, what made up for it was the eyes. His eyes were grey, but not the grey of storms, or the grey of metal. It was not an empty grey, nor was it a faded grey. It was a grey that seemed to radiate, that seemed to leap from his eyes and burn what it beheld. His gaze was not appropriate of a man wearing slippers of any description, and as he looked up, it was as if a wall of sheer mental force slammed into the group.

Smiling, Genocide leaned forward. "I've heard a lot about you. I'm so glad we can finally meet. I always like to know employees personally."

((Notice: This post was done on a time limit. I'm planning additions for Mia, as well as an update on what happens to Najimi. However, I don't have the time to put that in right now, sorry. They will come tomorrow morning!))

Even as Kevin took his first sip he knew it'd been a mistake. The smallest taste burned indescribably as it went down, but before he could recoil from the glass he felt something hit it and was unable to stop the liquid going down his throat, and splashing into his face. He didn't even remember what happened after that. All he knew was that it HURT! When he finally gained control of himself again he immediately silenced the cries he'd been making, and shakily got back to his feet. 'God damn it...' He thought, groaning. 'Why am I always the butt of everyone's jokes?'

Creed collapsed with laughter as he watched Kevin, his own friend, in agony. He agreed with Bob, that was quite amusing. It was some time before his laughing halted and even as Kevin glared at him he snickered.

Once time began again, Mithias immediately withdrew the orb back into his hand, absorbing it and removing it from Bob's presence. He gasped and blinked so wide-eyed as he usually did in his idiotic innocence, watching Bob stride away with a feminine hip-swing. Mithias had no idea that the orb would react in such a way against Bob, and the fact that it seemed to actually hold him at bay was utterly shocking. Had anyone else seen it in that fraction of frozen time? Probably not. Regretting the orb's offense, Mithias stood up apologetically, but Bob had already moved on, leaving his words to linger on the vampire's mind. Lon? Prophecy? And what was that bit about the 'deepest darkness' and 'blackest chains?' The mechanics of emotions were beyond him.

Walking over to the meeting with Genocide, Mithias stopped to help Kevin up from the ground. The vampire reached a hand to the man, lifting him gently. "Welcome to the Lounge." He said without further explanation. The look on his face was fairly stoic. Mithias knew what that drink felt like.

It was surprising to see Number 5, Tugoro, and some apparent ally of theirs, who must have been Genocide, all sitting like civilized beings at a table. Mithias felt a surge of adrenalin kick in without his consent. He glanced to Asura, Creed, and the others to witness their reactions. Hopefully, nobody else on his team would get turned into a doll.

Genocides eyes slammed the company with their powerful, penetrating glare. Mithias felt the force of that radiation and was prepared for it. He glared back at Genocide with strength. It wasn't the first time he had been attacked with a look. Stein's gaze had been much worse.

Number 5 took on the modified form of Bug, and at first, Mithias didn't get the labcoat.

Asura started talking. This was going to be interesting.

Bug sits down, on his orb of light again, and gazes across the table, his eyes showing a sort of darkness, and strength.
"Hmph. I have to say genocide, your one employee disappoints me. All he can do is make cheap knock offs of people." Bug says, but it's in an entirely serious tone. "Although it won't matter. You're all trying to rush the end of days. Foolish. It's going to happen anyway, you're just speeding up the inevitable.....moronic, and stupid. How I knew this? I'm everywhere. You'd better just give up now, before you all get hurt....." Bug says, his gaze aimed dead set at Genocide himself. Bug, he who had stared down Stine, who had been there at the battle against the god emperor, and who saw the destruction of odin. He, who stood before his should be death at the hands of the dragon emperor's arch angel....Bug, the single, most annoying to kill thing for universes around, glares down possibly one of his strongest foes yet.

And not a single fuck was given by Bug. He knew he wasn't in danger.

The sun was a burning eye, as it arched across the sky. The night was a frozen gaze, as if the stars would expose the secrets hidden within. Sands battered Najimi, as she stood and fought alone in an endless desert. Wading through a sea of corpses, as hands grabbed at her ankles, seeking to drag her beneath the spray, to drown her in the blood that she had spilt, even as new foes charged her. Day after day, she fought, as more and more rose from the sands, wielding blades and magic, inhuman eyes glisteningly empty, like those of a corpse, and yet, the eyes of the dead filled with pain. From the writhing piles of fallen, emerged a single creature, a serpent, formed from the mutilated corpses and weapons that had formed Najimi's unstable footing just moments before.

Rising up into the sky, the creature let out a horrific shriek, the voice of thousands, merged into an inhuman war cry filled with undulated bloodlust. it's iron teeth gnashed, it's eyes of flame staring down, under the gaze of the deformed sun of this prison world. It blocked out the light, and turned the ground to light. It struck, it's tremendous jaw outstretched to swallow her whole, to devour her, and all she had ever been. Najimi's own flames struck out, filling the creature, even as it fell. Like a firework, it lit, flaming bodies clattering to the ground, as Najimi desperately struggled through the fallen, through the hands grabbing for her throat, into her mouth, as they tore at her, held her, burning, desperate, screaming all the way.

Minutes passed. Breath was running out. With a bright explosion, Najimi broke to the surface, gasping for air, shaking off the clutching fingers of the damned. And, as she looked up, once more, there were more men. More figures, climbing out of the depths of the desert, their faces rigid, their eyes hollow. Once more, she would tear them down, she would burn them, slice them, watch them strangle. For a week, she had stood here, as they had assaulted her, as the very world she stood in had tried to end her life. And yet, she had not yet fallen.

Hundreds at a time now, they came. More than ever before. An army that raised the sands from their beds, as great typhoons twisted towards her, malignant grins etched onto spectral faces, visible within the storm. Lightning struck down from the sky, and she deflected it back, laughter echoing like thunder. The ground shook, as great fires rose from endless chasms. And once more, death tried to take her.

And all this time, from high above, the flaming eye watched it all.

Najimi looks up at the eye and chuckles at this dangerous world's repeated failure to kill her. It was the chuckle of one who had lost their mind.

Or at least that's what she was going for anyway. Even in this condition she kept her sanity, and quite frankly hid it perfectly

Genocide didn't smile, and he didn't jeer. There was hardly any emotion in his voice as he spoke besides... disdain. "I truly do wish it was. Inevitable, that is. But no, while destruction is inevitable, creation is always it's equal. Such is the nature of Balance. Simply look at those that have gathered here. Even as I struck out to perform destruction, you, the forces of creation, step out of the shadows to equal me. The weak are granted power, the old return to the battlefield, even the evil and malicious leave those roles to enforce the rules of balance." He then shrugs, as he stands up. "I have no doubt that if I were to face you, in the end, I would lose. I cannot yet predict what would be the source of my loss, but Balance requires it. Any power necessary to achieve this goal would simply be granted to you. Even I cannot thwart these basic principles, these basic rules of the Multiverse. As such, I have decided to find an alternative solution."

From deep within his suit, he retrieves a small, wooden box. It pules with strange power, which seeps through the room. The table he sets it on seems to shimmer, and partially dissolve, as if it weren't truly there. Opening the box, Genocide reveals a small, blue panel, frayed and burned around the edges, it's glass front scratched. It looks like what used to be a solar panel. "I found this many years ago, stranded in my home universe. in all my years, I never thought to discover it's like, however, I believe this item is the key to a section of the Multiverse that has never yet been seen. Worlds that were normally inaccessible to us." He then shrugs. "It was then that I realized that this artifact is the one thing that falls outside Balance. While it would undoubtedly fail against those chosen by Creation, I chose to wield it differently. I searched the Multiverse for an ancient hero, no longer Chosen. And I used this artifact on him, to draw him from this world into a new, unexplored realm."

Genocide tosses the artifact at the group, before turning to leave. Even as someone catches it, they can feel this thing leeching their magical energy, or rather... negating it, removing it's existence. It was as if the magic that touched it simply ceased to be, ceased to function as magic would. "Good look finding him. I have no doubt you will succeed, after some time. However, your quest will occupy you for long enough to give me time to prepare. Perhaps, this will be the event that truly tips the Balance, the artifact that allows me to end this endless cycle, and bring about True Destruction."

Scrawled on the front of the object, faintly visible in the glass, is a name. it reads 'Drac'.

Bug, he is the first to try and catch it, and this is a huge mistake.

"AUGGG!" He screams, unprepared for the magic absorption, as his hand turns into a large bunch of different insects, all venomous, which falls into his lap, causing the thing to drop to the ground, before Bug sees the name imprinted on it.

".....Drac......." Bug says, his eyes showing a tad of confusion. "Does he mean.....strange...." Bug begins, before using his other hand to reach into his jacket, and pull out a mortal and pestle.

"Bob, could I perhaps buy some mana crystals, some wax paper, and maybe a bit of chalk from you?" Bug asks the god of insanity, searching his coat pockets for the portal key he had created, to allow him to portal to different locations, if he had on him something on which to draw out a portal rune.

"Outside balance?" The vampire repeated, looking at Bug with the strange object. "'Drac.' That's the same that ruled that underworld I had first fallen into. Bug, if Drac has been cast into some unreachable multiverse, how will we find him? ... What are you going to do with mana crystals?"

Since Bug seemed occupied, Mithias looked back to Genocide and his lot. "Wait. Why would you give us this artifact? Hm...You're forcing us to use it by trapping our ally." The vampire didn't like this scenario. "You're using us." He added bluntly. It was clear that genocide wanted someone else to do his dirty work for him. Mithias and company were either going to all end up dead, or they would trip some chain of events that would undo the balance between creation and destruction entirely as Genocide had hoped. "We're not foolish, Genocide. We're not going to help you get what you want. You may as well give up, and take whatever grudge you have against existence itself with you."

Suddenly, the mechanical draw of breath became audible behind the group. An uninvited intruder to the meeting appeared out of the shadows to the door. The glow of red eyes slowly brightened from behind a metallic skull-shaped mask under a black hood. The being was some kind of half-machine or cyborg. It held up two futuristic guns across it's front and stood ominously before them. Having overheard the conversation, an electric voice repeated, "'True Destruction...' The eyes flared brighter, and if it could have born a crazy grin, it would have. "I WORSHIP THEE!"

Bob turns and chuckles, as she holds out both hands, one holding a pure black crystal, clearly ringing with magical energy, as well as a number of other supplies, which would undoubtedly fulfil whatever task Bug had in mind, most likely better than he could otherwise have hoped for, the other hand empty. Long claws extend from the empty hand, and her smile is a knowing one, as her eyes turn red. Slowly, black runes and letters move over her skin, which turns pale as paper, as her eyes flicker to a familiar bright red. "Oh, you know how I love making deals! The best in the Multiverse for you, my dear, in exchange for..... a favor. Just a small one. A prick of your blood will do to sign it, my dear, you know how I do things." One of Bob's many names was The Contractor. The reason for this was simple. She loved contracts, and the contracts she made, while requiring the consent of the dealer, could not be broken. Once one entered the contract of their own free will, they effectively pledged their free will to the contract, and whatever their true intentions were, their will would always direct them to complete the contract. More powerful than any control over the body, or any death threat, those bound would be warped into WANTING to complete the contract, should they attempt to break it.

Mia simply stepped forward, as she tossed a crystal at Bug. "it's used, but I'm sure you don't mind. I actually like the old man." Other than Bob shooting Mia an annoyed look, there weren't any consequences to the action. Normally, the fickle Bob would most likely have inflicted some form of punishment, but punishing someone who loved pain as much as Mia did became a complex task in and of itself.

Genocide, as he walked away, didn't even send a glance backwards. "Well done, you've figured out I'm the bad guy. I'm sure there's a prize for that out there somewhere. Of course, you could simply ignore me, and go on with whatever you were planning on doing to stop me. But doing so would leave Drac in a place where his magic is worthless, where he's nothing but another human, at best. At worst, he's just another corpse, without any magic keeping him alive. But I suppose that's not my problem." He holds up one hand, as he waves absentmindedly, stepping through one of the many portals leading out of the Lounge. "Of course this is a ploy, but you'll go anyway. It's the only chance of you finding your friend back. You're the good guys, after all."

With that, he's gone.

Mia instantly turns to the group, smiling brightly, as she holds up her bleeding fingers. "I managed to get a drop of Black Blood under his shoes, he's mine. I'm sure we could follow him and kill him. Shall we go?"

"Listen, I'm not going to let my father be killed, and yet I'm not falling for that fool's little trick. You all head after him, I'll help drac...and I'll get you all some help, a old friend of mine." Bug says, with a chuckle, as he clutched the mana crystal in his hand, the one Mia had handed him, and put a small amount of magical energy into it, before sloting it into his portal key, and drawing on the paper a strange symbol. Soon, a portal opens, and out steps.....

The treant, Leeroy. Now, seeming for less maniquin and more tree, his gi seems rather oddly shaped on him.

"Long time, no see." Leeroy jests slightly, his stone staff on his back, and his eyes glowing a light green. He lacked a mouth, so one could only assume he was making the noise to talk either magically, or via some structure inside of his wooden body. Bug, picking up the peice of glass with metal medical forcepts, heads though the portal, where the faint smell of burnt metal, and mechanic oil drifted though....

"Now then...Bob, I believe this is the first we've met." Leeroy says, holding a hand out to bob, a friendly gesture of sorts. Most likely anyone who knew bob well might get slightly...un-nerved at this...someone trying to shake bob's hand.

"......well, let's go." Asura says. He looks at bug and says "I'd go help you, but every little bit's gonna count in the fight against genocide. Oh, and tell drac I said hi." With that, he rises from his seat. Ready for anything
