Refreshes the page. Press it quickly enough and your computer asks to access the site before the server is finished processing the previous request to access the site by your computer. Press it too many times in a short period of time and the site crashes.

It's been getting in my way. Three days in a row, I tried to access RP guild and it kept telling me the servers were down.

Ah okay. Well, I hope this thing gets fixed. It's been getting me down that the site crashes so much.

We closed the other thread because it was the same four people repeating themselves at each other with the intent of winning points against each other -- at that point, it's a derpbate in a deathspin, and we closed that thread down reluctantly because we were hoping to get more useful feedback. But hey, useful feedback was being smothered by an argument between extreme positions bickering with each other over who had the biggest e-peen.

Several of us even said we weren't closing it down until immaturity pretty much forced us to close it down.

I'm not a big fan of a public explanations of moderator actions, because I tend to feel that the rules themselves are a sufficient explanation of how and when we act, but I feel that since certain people *ahem -- ^* seem hell-bent on misrepresenting us in public, I'm going to break silence and say something in our defense, rather than let people self-anoint themselves our spokesman and really hose it up, something that also happened in the aforementioned closed thread.

Also, as indicated on facebook and is known in IRC, mahz is aware of the problem bottlenecking performance and has identified the cause. I'm sure I'll hear shit for this, but here goes: no promises on when he will have it solved.

I know that infuriates people, but it's more honest than setting a deadline and having people go ballistic when it passes.
