We are still accepting. Your character just needs to marvalous or DC related. You need approval of three if the four mods which include myself, Caits, MissDiZy and Klyix

I am in the middle of final exams but I will be researching and working on a CS as soon as I can. I will likely have it completed sometime next Tuesday :)
Question; do both parents have to be superheros/villains from the Marvel/DC universes or can it be one superhero/villain and a normal person?

One is fine. Katherin has only one super parent.
