Name (must be a Disney character): Genie
Nickname(s): Gene
Age: 16
Grade: Ninth
Appearance (Sorry but no anime! Descriptions are fine!):
Personality:
(I know I said I wanted to make him creepy, but I decided not to)
Gene is an arrogant person. Really, he is. He comes from a very rich family, and they can practically snap their fingers and get what they want. Though he is a nice person on the inside, he feels like he has to live up to his parent's expectations. Unfortunately, his parents do expect him to be the cool kid and have everybody like him. According to them, it's "business". He's likable to those who are jockeys, cool kids, and anybody well-known. Not many of the nice people actually like him, not to mention the nerds that he picks on all the time.
On the inside, he feels terrible for what he does. He knows he's mean, and knows that everybody thinks so. Well, the only people who's opinions are actually worth listening to. He can't even stand being by the cool people. It drives him crazy just being near them, but of course he can't show that. And he doesn't, for the most part. On occasion, he'll secretly help out the not-so-fortunate. And just like his parents, he virtually snaps his fingers and can get them whatever it is they need. Only a few people actually appreciate this, though.
All-in-all, he is a nice person when you get to know him. He's into music, history, and math, which pretty much tells you he's smart. He may not be a genius, but he definitely knows what he's talking about.
Background:
Gene's parents are very expectant of him. They expect him to be cool and get everybody's attention. His parents sell rare artifacts, and have been extremely successful. As far as their concerned, money makes the world go round. Gene usually is pretty good about pleasing them when it comes to popularity and such. He didn't play sports, he wasn't in much, but people still liked him. He quickly learned that it was all for the money. He couldn't do anything about that, either, because he knew that his parents would hate him for it.
After a while of living with his parents, when he was old enough to understand, he learned how twisted and cruel they were. Life isn't really about wealth and being popular. It was about having real friends, real family, and being who you are. Ever since then, he tends to be more and more of a good person around people. It's his life goal to be better than his parents and to show them that he can be a good person.
Every now and then, he takes small portions of money from his parents and gives it to charities and things similar to that. He has no real friends, that is, none that actually like him for who he is. He always does small acts of kindness for those less-fortunate when he can, never really noticed by the cool-kids.
"It's almost like I've been trapped. Trapped in a world of richness and wealth. No. I refuse to live this way." he mutters to himself often.
Hobbies/Facts/Orientation (whatever you can think of that might be noteworthy): He really enjoys singing and reading. He reads to escape the real world and learn more about people who, when you think about it, really are more fortunate than him. They have life-long friends, happiness, and amazing goals. And that's all he needs. He is heterosexual, and always will be. He does not understand anything else, and finds it awkward and strange.
