I'm going to have to say that Demon will say no. That generation of Ninja has had their turn. This is a new one, which is why we're all using OCs.

I need to make a decision. I don't want to kick out Red, but if I don't this dies. If I do we are shorts not 1, but two genin.
So for now I'm just going to sideline her and her characters, and open up two genin spots.
Anyone who knows somebody who'll want to join invite them. Anyone who wants to join now is the time.
The two spots are on separate teams and nobody should make a duo that are meant to work together.

History: Angelo's dark eyes aren't found by any hyuga history book because its a relatively new visual justsu. His father was a hyuga clan member and as such had byakugan already acquired however when he meet his mother they started to fall in love and unknowingly to him she also had a visual justsu, what neither Angelo or his father knew to this very day and because of it Angelo has had a new mutation form in his eyes that he proclaimed the dark eyes or "eyes of healing" since they allow Angelo to see the inner workings of any human which allowed Angelo the potential to be a great medical ninja if he wished but knowing his father was not a hyuga because of disgrace Angelo decided to go back to the hyuga and be a part of the clan in his own right and if not then he will form his own house from what he has.
Other: something that he does out of personal habit is not take off his straw hat, Angelo will bow and kneel as needed but he does not take off his hat unless in the presence of someone he respects

Dude looks like a grown man, but that is not really important. Maybe just add little details about his appearance, like height, eye color, etc.
I would rather you not have chidori current or chidori as to my knowledge the only way to learn it would be through sasuke or jerin, which can be arranged if you wish.

Height seems good enough. As for the Jutsus, might I suggest looking at like G3nji's sheet? You can have more.

I just wouldn't know how much is to much for a genin, I just followed what the cs sheet said of 2 above average and one A rank

As a genin you can potentially know all E ranks 2 C or B( though 1 C and 1 B makes more sense than 2 B) Ranks ranks and 1 one A rank, though most have about 5 jutsu's in total.

It should be noted you know all the Academy E ranks, so substitution jutsu, transformation jutsu, ones like those. Also, equipment isn't just your needles, it's the extra stuff too, like maybe food.
