**Name** – Theá Éri̱mo **Species** – Alicorn (I never thought I'd actually write that) **Gender** – Female **Coat/Eyes/Mane/Cutie Mark:** She has an aqua green coat that seems to change its nuance ever so slightly depending on where she's standing to better hide her. Her mane and tail are a healthy, nutty brown, both of which are constantly kept in a tight braid (individually of course) which are only ever untied if she decides that she finds a male worthy of being her 'prey'. Her eyes are a dark blue that seems intense at first but is softer than one would think. A quick look on her wings reveals that they are built for speed rather than long flights, though she is easily capable of travelling long distances via flight. They are incredibly large to the point where they poke out a small distance behind her when folded at her sides. Her horn is both long and slender, though it is not even close to reaching the length of Celestia's. It is more similar to Luna's, shorter. Her body is one of typical 'Alicorn design', if one can call it that. Her legs are long and sleek, her barrel small and muzzle slightly elongated compared to the typical pony. Her Cutie Mark is also significantly more intricate than what is seen on mortals, where they may have something as simply as a flower, a shovel, a tart or the likes, hers covers the vast majority of her flank, the lowers point going just a little down the leg itself. The mark portrays a dual image; It is a thick brown arrow pointing downwards, seemingly made of bark. The cock feathers are wider than they should be, and aren't the typical white one would imagine, but a large collecting of beech leaves lying in the shape of the cock feathers. The Cutie Mark is the picture of both an arrow and a tree. ![Here's how she looks](http://th07.deviantart.net/fs70/PRE/i/2013/334/2/7/commission__kapuchu_by_greatleonopteryx-d6w9s3g.jpg "enter image title here") **Spheres of influence:** Hunt, Wilderness, Wild Animals and Fertility **Powers and abilities:** A collection of her more signature abilities, including but not limited to: - Her 'basic' attack is conjuring an arrow out of pure energy that she simply fires at her opponent in a straight line. They can wary in strength and number, depending on how much power Theá puts behind the spell. - Can move through the forest and wilderness with almost no difficult and nary a sound, as well as being nigh on invisible when standing still when surrounded by foliage and the likes. - Shapeshifting. She's capable of taking on the form of any wild animal. The only limitation is that said animal has to inhabit the Wilderness, so only the ones that lives in forests, plains, and the likes. Birds, Fish, Insects and so on are beyond her abilities. - Theá can call forth a small number of woodland creatures (non-living, basically puppets or familiars) to aid her in a battle. They have the same abilities as their living counterparts, being no weaker or stronger. The only difference is that they can carry small, verbal messages. - Can sense the presence & species of every creature - but the most skilled at hiding - within a fifty metres radius - A spell that drastically increases her speed, allowing her to move much faster than she usually would be able to. - Other standard spell such as Telekinesis, shields etc. **Seat of Power:** A hunter never settles down. A hunter will go where the prey goes. **Number of followers:** She has never really bothered to keep an exact count, but she estimates her amount of followers to have reached about four thousand. Their numbers range from bounty hunters to nomads that pray for good huntings. The only price she demands is whatever information she can give them about the going-ons of the world. **Divine Blessing:** Being the goddess of the hunt, she has granted the Boon Of The Hunter to her followers. It provides them with sharper eyes and ears, as well as allowing them to move more silently. Doesn't mean that they can't be heard, but they are significantly more difficult to hear when approaching a target. She also offers a addition to the blessing. Being able to move silently and get slightly enhanced sense is not her full blessing. Every single one of her followers is given a choice. They can get the "normal" blessing which leaves out the final part, or the full one. A "full" blessing allows the mortal to not only move silently, see and hear better, but also to consume meat should they be herbivorous. Only a fraction of her followers have taken it, but the ones that have are those she consider her closest followers. **Purpose:** To restore the wilderness to its former glory, stop the needless slaughter and let the natural order of the hunter killing its prey return to its rightful place in the world. In other words: Stop the war, and especially stop the Everfree Liege and Laughing Mare. **Divine Flaw:** Theá's greatest flaw is her extreme stubbornness. She hates to lose and will do anything she can to win. It has often led to violent outcomes. She's also known for trying to seduce both stallions and mares, mortal or not. To her, they are just a different kind of prey. **Other:** - She is extremely patient as any hunter should be, but ruthless once engaged in combat. - She's mostly acts neutral, but is benevolent to those who serve her. Her boon is also freely given to those that bring her the hide or other trophy of a beast, proving themselves as hunters. - Her physical strength is lower than that of other Alicorns, though her speed is far greater. - She is omnivorous, in that she consumes both vegetarian food and meat. - [Her Voice](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LoESWL159GI&list=FLAuPKmiDyhxmjeifFsMAxSw#t=85)

And here they are. These two are connected and will rarely be seen without the other Name: Epic Lore Tribe: Pegasus Sex: Male Age: 29 Appearance: Stands about average height with a white pelt. Has a long black mane and tail both usually held in rough ponytails with leather bands. Eyes are a deep blue. His cutie mark is four black stars arranged in a diamond and connected by a thin black line. Handsome features like his father and a proud stature. Wears the robes of a Free scholar, a dark grey robe. Talent: Gained when he helped on an expedition to find the burial place of the Starsworn, a group of radicals that rose after Nightmare Moon's fall. He has a passion for mysteries, usually ancient ones. Besides this his talent is his knowledge in mythology and uncovering the past. Other skills: Not much in the way of a fighting. Average flyer. Puzzle solver. Currently learning how to fight hoof-to-hoof from Glory, insisting he know how to defend himself. It would be a long process. Personality: Laid back but with a serious jones for knowledge. Has a gift for solving puzzles and can be arrogant at times. Sarcastic and a bit of a goof. Believes the world is not what it seems and will challenge the natural order when he feels he's being lied to. Has good people skills thanks to his upbringing and likes the company of others but if anyone gets in the way of his pursuits he will do everything he can to go around them. Stubborn. Backstory: hailing from the Freelands, a continent that resides across the Sea of Harmony, he grew up in Lavidport a seaside village that was the commerce center of the coats. His parents were wealthy nobles that own most of the ships in Lavidport so he grew up in a home of prestige. FHis father, Grande Lore, was an explorer before he started the company, Expanse Inc. and was an accomplished sailor. He taught his son cartography and how to sail, who shared his father's love for ships. His mother was a socialite and the very model of noble lifestyle. She saw to Epic’s proper upbringing even though he showed little interest in socializing and more time with his nose in a book. He was fascinated with mythology, tails of grandeur about the beginning of the world and of the apparent gods that ruled the realm. He especially loved the tale of the Mare in the Moon, a story that toldof Nightmare Moon’s fall and other such tales. His love stemmed from the tales his grandfather told him of. His grandfather had been a soldier in the Equestrian Royal army before he pulled his family out a year before the civil wars broke out. He spoke of a golden age ruled by the Royal Sister, Alicorns of the Sun and Moon. Eventually he came out of his shell at the age eight when he met Glory and Gambit. He met them through his parents. They were always by themselves, the other foals not wanting to go anywhere near them thanks to their intimidating demeanor. He befriended them eventually after several attempts to bring them out of their shells. The three became inseparable soon after. When he was eleven he gained his cutie mark after helping his father and a colleague of his find the burial site for the Starsworn, a group of radicals that rose up shortly after Nightmare Moon’s fall. They apparently fled to the Freelands after Princess Celestia tried to obliterate them for their blasphemous views, believing the Nightmare was the precursor to the Dark. Lore found several references to this Dark in the Starsworn’s religious books often. They believed the world would become wrapped in eternal darkness, the sun and moon snuffed out and they would rise as kings to rule under the Nightmare, their goddess. Lore found this ridiculous but it gave purchase to one of the greatest mysteries in mythology. The Equestrian mythos. They refused to call her Nightmare Moon, only referring to her as the Nightmare, or the Precursor. The Equestrian mythos had always been wrapped in mystery always leading to Celestia and Luna alone but never talked of the world’s beginning. The other cultures around the world had a different opinion. The Griffins believed of the Grand Wind that blew the world into existence and shaped the souls of the world. The Minotaurs believed that Warthes molded the world with her hands and gave each living thing form and brought life to them by giving them a spark of the Eternal Flame. Many in the Freelands believed that the world was brought about by the chaos of the Spirit Realm, as texts called it. But the Equestrian mythos had no written stories of how the world was formed. One would think a country ruled by an eternal goddess would believe said goddess was their creator but none such texts exist. They omitted how the Royal Sisters came to be, where they or Discord came from, not even an idea or theory just nothing. When Lore was accepted into the Academy of Sireleaf at the age of fifteen, he dedicated his studies majorly toward the Equestrian mythos, finding out what he could. Along the way he became well versed in the mythos of other cultures. Particularly that of the Nhorse, and how they spoke of other Gods baring sky and celestial magic, or horns and wings. He kept in constant contact with his old friends, Glory and Gambit through letters. The flow slowed when the war broke out with the Minotaur clans to the south. At seventeen he was devastated to here that Gamble was dead. He rushed to Threewing where Glory was recuperating. She wouldn’t talk about her brother’s death but thanked Lore for his concerns. He stayed by her side as she healed in silence as she opted for it. When she was ready to go back out to the battlefield he saw something change in her, she grew darker, even though she always had a view that combat was beautiful, a dance but now it was as if all she could do was fight. He returned to Sireleaf to resume his studies shortly afterwards. They drifted apart over the next few years. Reluctant to let his only friend drift he still kept up contact but after the war ended she stopped responding altogether. Lore graduated from the Academy with a doctorate in Mythology and Equestrian Literature. He became a Scribe and Archivist for the Library of the Greats in Sticksreal. It wsans’t until a few years later he would hear form his old friend Glory. She sent him a letter out of the blue and wanted t meet. He agreed and found she had changed drastically. She was colder, harsh but nonetheless she was still Glory to him. They grew closer but the old bond they once had was gone form the years of isolation. He continued to pursue any connection to the Equestrian mythos and spent many years in fruitless labor. His first real clue came in the form of a rumor when he attended the funeral of Just Visage, Glory’s father. He was at the harbor to visit his father, Grande, and heard a rumor that sightings of Alicorns across the sea in Equestria. He pursued this rumor and found several sailors could reiterate the same rumor. He was bound and determined to bring light to these rumors. After the funeral he met up with Glory, their friendship beginning to bud again. He asked her if she wished to join him in his journey to equestrian. To his surprise she accepted the invitation with enthusiasm. Two months later they set across the sea on one of Lore’s father’s ships. Goals: Wants to see if the rumors of the alicorns are true and if they are, to chronicle their trails. Above all else he wishes to finally unravel the mystery of the Equestrian Mythos, form the horse’s mouth if need be. Second character. Name: Glory Tribe: Unicorn Sex: Female Age: 28 Appearance: Glory is tall, usually standing head and shoulders over others of average height. Her fur is a bright ruby red and her mane is a shock of white. Her tail and mane are styled in waves that fall over her right eye that has a vicious scar across it. He features are sharp and her eyes are a piercing silver. She is often seen as a dangerous beauty. Her cutie mark is a brilliant white blade surrounded by a ring of silver light. She wears an immaculate barding of white with gold trimming under a white long coat of the Free army general. This was her military uniform. She carries herself with an air of dignity, almost demanding respect from others. She carries a blade that matches her cutie mark. Talent: Glory thinks her talent is only her ability to fight. Truly her talent resides in her ability to inspire others during the heat of combat. Despite this she is a skilled tactician and an adept war-mage. She began to think her talent was making war after her brother’s death. Spellbook: Despite her skill with her shards she is a gifted mage and as such has a respectable set of war-spells. Telekinesis: Years of practice with her blade has cultivated a skilled use of this spell. She can lift up to six objects at once with extreme precision. Light Spear: Sends up spikes of pure light. The most she can make at one time is five and the farthest range is fifteen feet. Passed down through her family. Teleportation: A rare and powerful spell. She discovered this spell was available to her when her brother died. She had cleared the filed the second she saw him fall. Since then she’s painstakingly practiced with it. She can only teleport up to fifteen feet at a time but she keeps the busts small distances. Other skills: Hoof-to-hoof combat and tactics in battle. War sharped her senses forever making her ready for a fight. Her mind is as sharp as her senses, easily able to come up with tactic in a matter of moments. Personality: When she was young she was brash, challenging. She eagerly learned combat form her father but she kept close to her twin brother Gambit, thus she wasn’t very social. Due to this she can come off as cold and distant. She has a strong sense of respect for her elders and sees beauty in combat, seeing it as a dance. She is graceful and carries herself highly. She can be vain and arrogant but is fiercely loyal to family. After her brother’s death she became obsessed with pushing her skills. She forever seeks challenge. Subconsciously she is waiting for death, but will not just roll over and die. In combat she is cruel, cunning, and without mercy. Background: She grew up in a strict household of a Noble with her twin brother, Gambit. Their father, Just Visage, was once a royal guard and had moved his foals to avoid the possible outbreak of war after the disappearance of the Royal Sisters across the sea to the Freelands and ended up in Lavidport. Their father trained them how to fight, pushing them to pursue their birthright as War-Unicorns, having come from a long line of them. He taught them tactics, magic, and above all else to rely on your comrades. Glory earned her cutie mark after she and her brother beat their father at sword play. She had pushed her brother to new heights and as such he finally mastered a spell that had been passed down through their family, Light Spear. She and Gambit met Epic Lore when they were just foals and eventually opened up to him. They became their own little cliché and did everything together. When he left for the Acadamy, Glory was devastated but hid her emotions and saw him off with a tearful smile. Soon after war broke out in the Freelands. Gambit and Glory enlisted in the Free Armies and walked out into battle time and time again. They rose through the ranks with frightening speed. They still kept contact with their old friend find it a small comfort. Gamble hated the fighting but Glory reveled in it, loved it. After three years in combat Glory, having surpassed her brother, earned the rank of Captain. She led a garrison to Wine Hill intent on taking it, wishing to further her ambitious rise. This particular battle had been one of the bloodiest. In the heat of the battle, Glory saw her brother speared through by a Minotaur’s claymore. After killing said Minotaur in a fit of rage, Glory watched the light in his eyes fade. He had no last words, only pity was in his dying eyes. With that light so died something in Glory. She laid his body out and continued forward. They won the battle but Glory had sustained heavy injuries including a vicious gash across her right eye rendering it useless. But she had seen to the death of over half of the Minotaur battalion. Lore arrived the next day. She regarded him in silence, not wanting to show anything in the way of emotion. She couldn’t in the first place she just felt dead. It was then that she decided she wouldn’t inspire her allies. She would inspire her enemies, show them the terrible beauty of war. They would know fear. A week after being bed ridden she began training again much to Lore’s and the doctor’s disapproval. When it was time to go back to the battlefield. She spoke for the first time to Lore since he arrived. “Don’t follow me.” With that she walked headfirst into the battlefield. She became a terror. She indeed inspired fear n her enemies, and allies. She earned the nickname the Demon, a joke at first but it was fitting. There was no mercy, no quarter. Prisoners never survived the night under her charge. On would cross her. She earned the rank of General-Adept shortly before the war ended. She took to training new soldiers as the peace settled. But she itched for the fight so she resigned and became part of the Scarlet Zephyr, a group of mercenaries. She ran with them, further pushing her skills. Eventually all jobs she faced were easy to complete, no foe could stand against her. She learned much from many of them. One, Wraith, an old zebra, taught her hoof-to-hoof combat. Her blade skills soon became something she could rely on alone thanks to his teachings. Unfortunately challenge became rare so she slaughtered her fellow mercenaries in hopes it would give her what she wanted. Wraith was able to give her a good fight but in the end he fell as well. She wandered the Freelands for two years afterward and even reached out to Lore. She =didn’t know why she had the sudden urge to reach out to him but it just felt right to do so. The contact was small at first but eventually they became close once again. Then she heard of her father’s death. She returned to Lavidport for his funeral. She ran into Lore. He hadn’t changed but she was oddly happy to see him. When he told her of his intent to travel to Equestria and asked if she wished to join she saw this as fate. Equestria, she had learned, was thick with civil war. A veritable hell to anyone that wasn’t able to defend themselves. If there was any place she could find challenge it was there. As well these rumors of Alicorns piqued her interest. The idea that such beings still existed gave her hope that there was a challenge that would push her skills to push the limit of her skills for the first time in years. She accepted with a renewed vigor. Goal: Glory wants to partake in the war of the Houses in Equestria. As well she wished to see these Alicorns for herself, and challenge them if possible. A small part of her though wants to ensure Lore’s safety as she sees him as her last living family even after all these years.
